i had an experience few days ago when i was traveling to warsaw and my train was delayed by 3 hours and they announced in polish language so non-polish people can not understand what is going on,so you should announce English with polish.

Ticket sold as "window seat". 11 hours of travel. Thanks to PKP IC.

Traveled from Wroclaw to Warsaw first class train "Sleza" on a 23rd Nov and supposed to have WIFI access on board. Very disappointed- coudnt connect and other passengers had same experience. Train experience though was very good, new modern PESA train layout and friendly staff with food on board but WIFI access has to be fixed.

Scandal. Delay over 2 hours. Workers from the previous era. Standard from the Middle Ages.

Yesterday I was coming back by intercity train from Sopot (destination station Vienna). The train was 4 hours late due to the breakage of the overhead contact line! During the stop in the middle of nowhere, passengers were not informed of what happened or how long the stop would last. No replacement communication was organized. As part of the apology, the drunk waiter distributed additional refreshments. In the dining car, unimaginable crowds, dirt and a surly waitress who did not want to accept the order because "a colleague does not make". What are the standards that the service reads messages in English-like language from the card or does not know it at all? I am disappointed with the level of your services and I will not use your "offer" again.

On the way back from Kielce to Lublin on September 8, 2020 (11:59), the train was delayed a few minutes, but it was not the fault of the carrier. Railway line modernization works often affect punctuality in running. I made the trip comfortably in a nice atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the range of the network is a failure, and there was no electricity in the entire range.

During the quarter I was waiting at the station twice for several dozen minutes for a familiar Wroclawian. Another trip with PKP EXPRESS INTERCITY PREMIUM turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The level of service, new "Pendolino" trains, service, comfort and travel time, punctuality - the WARS application thanks to which you can order breakfast or lunch, coffee or a snack, which the waiter brings to your place is a great solution. I am positively surprised and I will definitely use the services of this carrier more often now. Congratulations

Yes, I don't travel by PKP Intercity trains very often, but as it happens to me, there is ALWAYS something going on. After Christmas: 1.5 hours delay (because it's cold? But there was no cold). Yesterday over seven hours delay (because of heat and storms). And chaos, lack of information or misinformation about the final arrival, and in addition incomprehensible order of passing trains. My squad was pushed not only by Pendolino, but also trains of the same category, but with ... less delay. It's good that we arrived at all ...
Coming Intercity with a change I do not take into account connections with a waiting time of less than half an hour at all, because on my routes it is practically not possible for a train to go without any delay. I also did not find my place on the train (allocated by the Internet system), because the numbering of the seats in the wagon was incorrect. There were simply no numbers between 40 and 60 in the wagon and for a long time nobody did anything about it despite repeated applications.
The only thing that keeps me on the Intercity trains is the ability to transport pets (prohibited on long-distance buses). I give the second star for new rolling stock - I hope that I will never have to ride smelly, cold or red-hot wagons of the old type again.

Reading some previous reviews, I am saying that the statistics, however, are confirmed. Secondary illiteracy prevails in the nation. People, no one is asking you about the travel experience here. Bitter grievances write in complaints to the carrier or on consumer forums! The "West Station" office building, because it is called, is modern and fits in well with the post-PRL architecture of this part of the city. Cool for me...

Pedolino on the Warsaw - Wroc aw route goes 3.5 hours only because there are no stops every city. A train for so many millions is traveling at the speed of an old passenger train. The lack of GSM and Wi-Fi coverage is a mockery.

You regularly extend the time of "cheap" TLK and IC trains to Pendolino.
And so from 8/06/2019, the IC406 train on the Budapest - Warsaw route will take the Krakow - Warsaw route at 3:16 where it currently defeats at 2:47 and a year ago it defeated at 2:30. Why such an extension?
Same with TLK Branicki. A year ago he traveled around 2:30 on the Krakow - Warsaw route at 3:18. Good progress. Below is a comparison. In addition, the carriage of people like cattle in TLK in particular;) shame, how would a private carrier would have been killed long ago - that's why you do not want to let it go to the market :)

How I like intercity and their company, in particular trains and ride them on longer routes, something beautiful.

Clean, fast, convenient and not always but on time. Please note that in most cases delays are not the fault of the carrier. Besides, really nice conductor teams (especially younger ones), good food in WARS, although it's not the same company: D Definitely the best alternative to cars :)

Trains are often late, after which the message "we apologize for the delay ..." even our neighbors say that the east laugh at this company, that there are no such delays even with them, and on some trains they feel at home ;-)
In my opinion the worst is the website, it is still screaming.
The exchange of tickets is almost a miracle, I tried the same effect on different phones, computers and browsers. Pages do not load or display correctly, an obvious problem with paying via BLIK.
Technical breaks supposedly from 23: 30-0: 30, but in practice they can be until later hours as in the pictures below.

This is one big drama. 2h I'm going from Central Warsaw to Minsk. And I wonder how much I will go to Terespol. Stuffy. No air conditioner. Kaza sit in face masks. I wanted to share my feelings about traveling on the Warsaw-Bia ystok route.

Trains are always delayed. Adding 5 (!) New stations on this route certainly did not help ...

Please, do 2 types of trains. One, direct, which would go 1.5 hours and the other, which stop every 15 min and go 2.5.

I don't know about you, but it seems to me that this online ticket purchase system does not charge all discounts. A senior ticket with a 30% discount costs as much as without a discount.
