I have been using the services of this company for many years and nothing serious has happened to me so far. The cars are clean, the train staff is nice and very helpful.
On the way from Lublin to Kielce on 7/09/2020 (9:59) I asked the train manager to increase the heat in the car and there was no problem with it.
On the way back from Kielce to Lublin on September 8, 2020 (11:59), the train was delayed a few minutes, but it was not the fault of the carrier. Railway line modernization works often affect punctuality in running. I made the trip comfortably in a nice atmosphere.
