Yesterday I was coming back by intercity train from Sopot (destination station Vienna). The train was 4 hours late due to the breakage of the overhead contact line! During the stop in the middle of nowhere, passengers were not informed of what happened or how long the stop would last. No replacement communication was organized. As part of the apology, the drunk waiter distributed additional refreshments. In the dining car, unimaginable crowds, dirt and a surly waitress who did not want to accept the order because "a colleague does not make". What are the standards that the service reads messages in English-like language from the card or does not know it at all? I am disappointed with the level of your services and I will not use your "offer" again.
