Yes when I go there it s good but sometimes they fill up and we can t watch it so I m mad now i hate that movie place

Nice locally owned, well run theater, but it is long past time to invest in some new seats. So many are broken and sagging. Eat some ibuprofen with your popcorn for your back.

This is an older theater but the screen is crisp, the sounds are good and the vibe is relaxed. The seats are a bit tough and it is a bit expensive almost $10 per ticket for what the theater is.

The popcorn is a little salty and overcooked. It could have been just my batch, but it does the job at the movies.

Very expensive and the screen was not that big and clear and sound was okay for the 8dollars they charge you each ticket

Good Small Town Movie Theater the seats need to be replaced though

A good theater for a small town. MovieWorks Cinema is good; not great, not bad, but adequate. There are five screens including 3D (for the color-blind among us, the 3D is the updated kind and does not require red/blue glasses). The seats are not new: cup-holders included, movable armrests not included. There is a slightly incline to the seating but it isn't full stadium seating. Be prepared to move if you're short and a tall person sits in front of you.

Staff is always friendly and helpful, concessions are a good value for the money. There's only two registers so the wait can be long if you hit it right before the show starts.

All in all, not the personality of Jackson Hole Twin Cinemas, but as the showings never overlap, MovieWorks Cinema fills a needed gap in the town theater options. My husband and I tend to go to Idaho Falls for the "must have epic experience" movies though.

As far as the theater itself, "okay" but not the greatest. They only have hot dogs for food and the drink they gave me was screwed up so it poured all in my lap! When I complained to the manager and showed him my soaked pants, he just smiled, then laughed and said "Ok"! So I tossed the empty cup on the counter top and walked out! Reeeeallllyyyy posed me off! No apology, no compensation, no new drink, nothing! So congratulations, you earned yourself 1 star!

No 3D showings of Star wars except opening weekend.

Ample parking, big plus. They show first run movies. Clean facilities, prices for tickets are typical movie theater. The concession stand offers typical theater snacks, again not any higher than normal, possibly slightly less, not bad for our small town. Sometimes there are 5 movies to choose from. I deduction one star as the chairs could use an upgrade.

Not clean, old seats, stale popcorn and half a cup of a soft drink. Worst movie theatre we have been in in the last 25 years.

Nice small town theater. Chairs aren't the most comfortable but if you are visiting Jackson this is a nice place to see a movie. Can't complain.

This theatre is nice from the outside. Walked in, bought 12 ish dollar tickets, got some popcorn, and sat down. Initially, I noticed that the previews were lacking in audio quality. What I came to notice was that there was no subwoofers or low end in the audio what s ever. It was as if I was watching the movie at home on a regular tv without any speakers other than the in tv ones and I had rented the movie for 12 ish dollars. What s the purpose of watching a movie in a theatre if I m not going to get a movie theatre experience.

I reserved our seats online and saw the Downton Abbey movie. Loved the theater seats!

Prices are a bit steep for a movie theater but you are in one of the most touristy trappy areas around. Nice seating with a large screen and A+ sound. Food was pretty alright but again, very spendy.
Would definitely go again however.

Extremely friendly staff and the theater has a retro homey vibe. Cheap tickets too. Only complaint is the seats aren't very comfortable. But if you're in Jackson it's definitely worth a visit

Staff was very friendly and good size screen for small theater. Seats need to be upgraded.

Super comfortable reclining chairs, friendly staff, and conveniently located right in town.

They recently replaces their seats and for a small cinema it is a HUGE upgrade. Great small town movie theater.

Nice prices, clean theatre. Wish others would be more considerate in the theater and not talk so loud.

These seats are extra comfortable! Had the theatre to ourselves, considering everyone else must have been tied up with the Super Bowl. It was an enjoyable trip to the show, and we will return soon!

Seats are now super comfortable recliners. Visited from out of town and was weary because of all the reviews claiming it needed renovating, but it's currently doing just that and our experience was pleasant.

LOVE the cozy reclining chairs. The popcorn is always amazing here. The staff is always friendly! The bathrooms are always spotless. It makes it so nice and convenient that you can now buy your tickets online and pick out your seating.

This theater is in desperate need of an update. Seats are old and uncomfortable. Owners must not care because there is no competition in town. I try to see movies in larger cities with more modern theaters when I can. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and they show current movies.

Comfortable seats, reasonable ticket price, and they deliver pizza right to your seats. Not sure what else I could ask for, I'll be back!

This place has the best candy for a movie theater and the seats are great

It's a place to see new movies. More blockbusters than art flicks, don't expect anything more than what movie theaters were like in the 90s.

Same as ever. Pay what you pay to see a movie in a modern theater to watch it in one that refuses to update. Time for a renovation.

It is really nice to have a resource like this in Jackson. It is not an incredibly nice or modern theatre. It is small and not very clean and the temperature was very up and down throughout the movie. But other than that it really was a positive experience with a great staff.

Popcorn lover? This popcorn here is made with coconut oil and when you want butter, it's real butter. Not that movie greasy stuff that you regret getting because it leaks and stains your pants while watching a movie. They are a great theater! Why? They have an old school feel, nice people who work there, and it very much reminds you of a small town place. A little remodeling would help this place out though however! If this is a historical land marker perhaps it would be a good place to restore into a "new" antique place.

I thought they would have great seating quality. The quality off the movies and sound is good. Great popcorn. Amazing service.

Volume is set so loud they have to be damaging people's ears. Had to use napkin paper as earplugs. Won't ever go back.

Not great. Man at front desk was very rude and not polite or nice. Service and staff was mediocre at best. Movie was good and seats are comfortable. The way I was treated ruined most of the experience.

Good salty popcorn, great sound system, seating provided is luxury recliners for all, the bathrooms smell like Twizzlers....what more could you want?

This place has certainly improved with the seat situation. Seats are now extremely comfortable with recliners and leg rests. Prices for concession are still pretty crazy. But finally, my dad will come with me to a movie here rather than waiting to go to see a movie out of town due to the comfort of the seats.

It had been a couple months since I had been to the movies so what a nice surprise to enjoy a beautifully refurbished theater! Clean, comfy recliner sitting with ample space and as always yummy popcorn! Thank you!

Great little theater. Recently updated their seating to nice comfy recliners. Ticket was $12 for a regular showing.

For a small theater it was nice. They have reclining chairs and the popcorn was great! The staff were extremely nice as well.

This is an old outdated theater, with unconfortable seats.

It's not your newest theater. Nor is it the largest, the cleanest, the most high tech. It's basically a theater that looks like it was built 35 years ago and hasn't really changed much since. But honestly, all this new crap with huge digital screens, surround sound, concessions purchased on your cell phone, reclining chairs. We were able to make it through WWI and WWII as well as Korea, Vietnam and Desert Storm without those luxuries. So in little town Jackson, this suited our needs for a post dinner, rainy day, night time activity. We were visiting, but also tired from having driven for a major part of the day. This was a calm and relaxing way for us to prep for lots of physical activity the next day.

The new recliners are phenomenal...the movie, ad astra, was not.
