Customer service? I can't get them to answer my calls. Coverage? I can't get them to give me a list of what and how I am covered. Get this, they for prescriptions they make you pay a copay. That's okay. However, they add something else called "co-insurance" (which doesn't mean what it would normally mean a decade or two ago), which thing triples the cost of the drugs I take. If you're diabetic, you are almost better off paying out of pocket for insulin, syringes, strips. They won't let you get a long term meter for your blood sugar -- not without being part of some kind of experimental program. A fancy way of saying no. Oy.
Since then I am on Ucare. Wow! Night and day!!!
