I do not recommend work in this game.
They do not even deserve 1 star rating. Work here is a continuous matrix.
Dog money and treating the employee as a necessary evil. You are good and patted only when you take shitty servants from overtime planners or accept adverse changes in the schedule, because nobody wants to come to some services (nicks, holidays, etc.) because of the meager earnings compared to the pressure exerted on the employee .
Graphics usually on the last day of the month so that you can not plan anything.
Get something in the office? You are sent from Judas to Cajapha because no one wants to make a specific decision, no one knows who is there.
You learn about some things and changes practically at the last minute and you can be not informed about it sooner (the mass of errors in the plans of services and corrections). What is worse the lack of responsibility of people who do it.
Leave??? Practically forget, you have to be an invigorate and walk a few times and it is not known whether you will get it from the planner or the head. They give it when it usually suits them, which means mostly in the autumn and winter season without any major problems.
If you do not have a family, friends and loved ones (bachelor, divorcee will be great here) then this job is just perfect because it fills your entire free time without respecting privacy.
Calling in your spare time at your private number from dispatchers or planner "You listen, you would go here and here ..." is the daily bread in this company ...
In a word, the swamp with really nasty treatment and typically communist management.
It's a waste of time and nerves for this company, I advise anyone to come to work here !!!
