Once a year I use the services of this company and always play tricks.
Trains are often late, after which the message "we apologize for the delay ..." even our neighbors say that the east laugh at this company, that there are no such delays even with them, and on some trains they feel at home ;-)
In my opinion the worst is the website, it is still screaming.
The exchange of tickets is almost a miracle, I tried the same effect on different phones, computers and browsers. Pages do not load or display correctly, an obvious problem with paying via BLIK.
Technical breaks supposedly from 23: 30-0: 30, but in practice they can be until later hours as in the pictures below.
