Food ok, better than pizza hut but still not great pizzas, plenty of other authentic places to go that are better.
Nice place for students groups because they offer student discount on Monday and Tuesday, I like it
Its not good one bit would avoid my pizza has the wrong cheese
really good pizza as always and really good service. we had an issue with the pizza but they resolved it even at a busy time, and with a smile!
The staff were really helpful and nice, even when very busy! Great food.
Pizza express is always a quality experience, they really know how to do great food and service in a consistent way. Not their best venue but great and friendly staff. Good for kids.
Very nice experience. EXTREMELY quick service with amazing food, wasn t busy at all and our waiter was very nice. The only problem is they didn t have ketchup.
Good value pizza good location handy for Euston kings cross stations
Suitable for children and many gluten free products
Service was good and food was ok. No complaints here but the experience was nothing special.
Nice and nice place to eat, the pizzas for me taste too thin, but taste good and rather expensive around 11 and 14 pounds. What I would like to highlight is a detail and it is that I went with my girlfriend loaded with the backpack and suitcases because after eating we returned to Spain we were greeted by a friendly boy and on the way to the table my girl threw a drink on the floor with the backpack and broke, beware because after that one of the kitchen could not think of anything else but to clap loudly very well. A lack of ethical respect on the part of him in short from that moment all changes already looked at us with carelessness and dry treatment. To highlight a nice blonde waitress. To come back? Of that nothing. Recommendable? Partly if and not you will know, this was my experience
Well what can I say! The floor staff worked hard and l could not have asked for more. If only we could say the same about you food. It was so bad we had to go to Buger King to get fed with something more substantial!
The best pizza express in London, the place is spacious and the pizzas are to die for!
Very friendly service and tasty pizzas. Good place to bring children in the early evening.
The glassware had watermarks all over it, as did the cutlery. No condiments provided, and the price for the size was poor value for an unexceptional pizza that did not have enough toppings.
The menu didn't state the size options, and the staff had to mime the sizes as they had no reference to use (roughly 20cm, or 9 imperial duo-centimetres).
Nice booth, good service, colouring set for kids.... great family venue at a busy time.
To be honest food and service were excellent except the hair in my drink.Staff have to be more careful
Easily the busiest Pizza Express I ve been in, and definitely one of the best! Quick service with the usual great food they re well known for. Really helpful staff also. Highly recommended.
Grab a table by the window to watch the world go by! We had child pizza and pasta, adult lasagna and a diet pizza, all delicious. Doughballs very good as expected. Very friendly staff, atmosphere spoiled by screaming baby for 30 minutes but overall a good experience.
they refused to accept my discount voucher saying the system dose not take it !
Fast service. Attentive waiter. Menu was standard as all other pizza express. Kids favorite place
Pizza was not cooked well (overdone) good customer service
Very good meal, not too badly priced considering this is on the Euston road in London. Had a Barbacoa pizza, bit spicy but very good.
Fabulous waiter, very nice of Rimini, but almost inedible pizza
Not really impressed. Prices are high and selection is not so good
Cleaning. Speed. Amiability. The exquisite food and the waiter who attended us by name Ivo a wonderful person.
Soggy bottomed arancini when they should be crispy and like pieces of deep fried volcano, other wise where's the fun? Pasta pollo was very delicious. Do you think the Italian who discovered pasta, chicken and mushrooms knew what an amazing combination it was. Do you think he relished his place in gastronomical history or just wolved it down like me!
There's even a Brazilian waiter, Diego, who's got great tips on the city, and the pizza and note 10.
Highly recommend.
Rude staff and waited more than 45 minutes for the pizza and risotto to come even where there s not many people in the restaurant.
There was a hair in one of our pasta dishes. The manager was kind of enough to replace the dish and discount our bill but the hair put us off our meal.
good pizza but its a little expensive for what it is
Nice place, friendly staff, lovely Italian started but very tiny pizza
Awful food. Small quantities. High price. Avoid like the plague.
Was nice and quiet when we went.
Food was good and fast, I was there with a friend and we had 3 courses in hour and half, but they did so without us feeling like we were being rushed through.
High prices which is expected in London but still worth noting.
Staff were helpful but not as friendly as in some over branches.
loos were hard to find, with the locks being temperamental.
Nice food but I was expecting more plus you need to ask the set menu because the stuff not bring to you.
Friendly stuff, we book a table of ten for our company lunch, nice food
Very nice Italian restaurant, 2 steps from St-Pancras.
Lots of people, relaxed atmosphere, fast service. Friendly and efficient servers.
During my visit, soda, homemade Bolognese pasta, hearty and excellent dish.
Homemade Tiramisu Dessert, excellent.
40 to 2, we ate very well for a reasonable price.
Honestly, I'm not so much a Pizza Express fan (see my other review of the Highgate location), but the service here puts it over the edge. It may have been because the place was pretty empty, it may be because this is a tourist-heavy location so the staff is trained to be extra nice... whatever it is, it was good enough for me to seriously consider coming back here.
A friend and I were looking for a place with WiFi where we could plug in our computers and do work. Pizza Express had plenty of tables so we decided to try going there. Unfortunately, we couldn't get a table by an outlet (but the staff would have let us move if we were still there when one opened up), but the staff was extremely accommodating. We decided to share a pizza - half a topping I like, half a topping she likes - and the waiter had the kitchen cut it in half and put it on two separate plates for us.
They also let us take over two tables: one for our food and one for us to actually sit at and do work. They never seemed put out by us sitting there a bit without eating, nor did they make us feel unwelcome.
Although the food isn't the best, the quality of the service here (and free WiFi, yay!) almost guarantees that I'll return if I'm in the neighborhood, hungry and needing to get work done.
Food overpriced and bland. Staff under pressure to clear your table, mains arrived when still eating my starter.
We just left after a quick lunch at Pizza Express opposite St Pancras before we jump on an international train. We d just had some very sad news, and the gorgeous waitress noticed our sadness and was super compassionate and lovely. She sensitively gave us service, or space, just when we needed it without knowing our situation. And then when we were paying the bill she gave us some complimentary biscotti, her small way of trying to brighten our dark day. The extra mile doesn t have to be a long way, it s in the kindness of small gestures and words. Five star service, thanks for your compassion, I wish we d gotten your name! And thanks for the recommendation in Belgium!
Friendly staff and quick service. Perfect if you're on your way to catch a train. Food was good as usual.
Pizza Express have good quality metal. Indie is a bit napisy, but you can manager.
Great buzz, food is delivered fast and the staff are friendly. You may have to get the attention of your waiter for drink top ups etc but it's expected in such a busy place.
Disappointed, won't come back.
I came here with a friend when I heard about the 2 for 1 offer and as I have wanted to try this place for a long time this made a good opportunity to do so.
As I am allergic to gluten and dairy I chose a vegan option on a gluten free base from the menu, when the waitress heard about my allergies she brought the allergens handbook straight away and gave me more time to check my choice, which was very considerate.
I asked if it was possible, to not go too heavy on the cheese-alternative on the pizza, as I am not a massiv fan of it, which she said should not be a problem. But what I got was more than disappointing. Not just was there hardly any cheese at all, there also was almost no other topping on the pizza. The tomato sauce was not even spread across the whole base, it only covered the outer 1/2. Given that pizzas other than Margharita are higher prized is due to the additional ingredients that are supposed to be on this is a very bold move.
When the waitress checked back to see if we were alright I said that it is ok as I at first did not want to make a big fuss about it and sincerely thought it maybe would not be too bad after al. But as I was eating along I got more dissatisfied with every bite of the dish.
I gave some feedback after all and the waitress seemed to not be entirely sure about what my point was. She even said, that this was exactely what I ordered and that it is the standard amount of toppings when the cheese was removed. I tried to reinforce my opinion, that so little toppings on any pizza, regardless if the customer asked for one of the toppings to be less put on, is absolutely inacceptable.
When checking out we made use of the 2 for 1 mains voucher, so at least this experience was not cost extensive.
My friend was ok with her choice. It was not outstanding and given the circumstances she probably will not come back there as well.
One star earned the waitress who took the allergy-matter very seriously and stayed very calm and friendly when I gave my feedback and one star goes to the pizza of my friend.
Lovely waiter who went the extra mile with our party who had 2 toddlers
Food was amazing, prices were good. But it took a while before we could order.
visited on 20/01/18- good friendly service and food was a good standard very tasty -also I would like to say a great big THANK YOU to PEDRO who went out of his way to help me when I lost the diamond from my engagement ring in the restaurant thanks to his efforts we found it -I was very upset to lose it so he saved the day-THANK YOU SO MUCH !
Always a favorite, nice selection of food, loads of great gluten free options, good selection of soft drinks, and the tomato, pesto and mozzarella salad starter was delicious!
Quick service, garlic bread was good but had to mark it down as my pizza was undercooked and the dough was still raw in middle six inches of pizza
A nice enough environment and the food was lovely. We brought two young kids and they were very well looked after by the waiting staff. Not five stars because the chap who greeted us and offered us the table right next to the door huffed when we asked if we could have a different one!
I have no idea how pizza express was. I haven t been for years!
Usual good standard of pizzas. Restaurant always very busy. Staff could be better
Absolutely fantastic! Amazing food. Amazing service! Pizza Express never disappoints!
I usually love pizza express, but this branch was just OK.
Unfriendly service by the Asian waiter, however the pizza is good.
One of their nicer branches, and one with which I have a surprising amount of history.
Pretty good pizza. Casual dining ambience. Decent Choices on their menu..
Good service. Fast serving food. Fresh and tasty. Great for a family dinner treat.
Great service, good food and reasonable priced. Well located near many attractions.
Great place, very fast table service at peek time, delicious pizza and some of the best polenta chips I had in a restaurant in London.
A few buildings away from the Premier Inn, loved that you could book online and not have to ring up. Was extremely busy but that was to be expected however the food was amazing!
A typical Pizza Express, conveniently located between King's Cross and Euston stations and almost directly across from the British Library.
Great, prompt service and food with a modern menu and beautiful space. One of my favorite places to eat in the UK. Great menu options for those on a diet or with nutritional limitations. If you end up going, make sure to order the dough balls with garlic butter. You won't regret it.
Very busy when we went Friday evening. Service was good and food was also good. Lots of online vouchers are available so would definitely recommend looking online first.
