I have been making monthly payments and so far so good until today I woke up
And saw they took another $75 payment after I made my payment 4 days ago! Can t reach anyone I m not sure if it s because of the weekend but I called every number they have and just get a voicemail. Anyone know how to directly reach these people!!

You can definitely see class action suits in their future. Their apparent legal work appears shady and quite questionable. Their customer service reps are apparently taught to respond arrogantly and condescendingly. Shame on the consumer for reaching out and willing to work with hhl, hhl will still kick you down and apparently at no cost.
Awful people to try and work with, anytime we reach out to make sure we get our bills properly its like they purposely continue to not send us the bills. I paid online one time with my debit card and somehow they hacked my account and started writing there own checks to my bank account. CNB could not figure how it was possible the only fix was to close my account. They don't care to work professionally what so ever. Personally these people should be shut down.
This company is Horrible! I called and asked Melissa Mackintosh not deduct from my acct. my balance and told her the date I could pay it. We also discussed that my final payment was only $26 and not the $107. She assured me that I could call in and pay my final payment.well she did not take care of it and the 107. Was deducted from my acct.I called and she assured me the deduction was pending and i would be credited the $81 right away.That didn t happen and my bank charged me an over draft fee of $35.! And now I m told that it may be a couple of days before I see it but can t really give me an exact date when I will see it in my acct. This person and company do not care about you or the stress they cause. Horrible people and company!!!!
Nothing but a nuisance. If you are ever contacted by these people a lawyer is not necessary. These people just grab stacks of papers and send out treats in hopes you a). pay them some number or go to court. Go to court and they will withdraw their case because they know it it bogus.
THEY STEAL FROM YOU. I have a 2 year old to raise you bottom feeders. I hope you sleep well at night. Because nothing goes unpunished in the end.
I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this company and the people that works there are the worse of the worse. After calling them trying to resolve a deposition against my mom, they gave me the run around. They told me someone will call me in regards to my question, a week goes by and no one calls. So I called again today. Now they are giving my the run around about they can t give me any information and my mom even sent in a email authorizing that they can talk to me. They say that did no receive the email. I told them oh that s funny, because I told her to send them to 4 of my emails as well to make sure it went thru and I got it in all 4. They say they don t know why. I told them all I m trying to do if pay off the debt that you guys are trying to sue my mom for. And they are still not giving me any answer. Been on the phone since 10 am and now it s 1:29pm. I just want to make sure after I pay off the debt that these scumbags won t be bothering my mom again.
