Very crowded but still managed to produce a great pizza and excellent service.

Big place with lots of comfortable seating. Amazing helpful staff. I and my son had nice and yummy lunch here

If I could give minus stars I would. Food was awful, pizza and pasta. Food was served within minutes so that says it all about the quality. Cannot fault our waiter - that was the only positive about the place. Will never go to pizza express again.

Overpriced and terribly loud. Definitely not worth a visit.

Food was good, service was great, and the price was reasonable.

I came here on a wednesday, so the place was absolutely packed (orange wednesdays). The staff were nevertheless attentive and very pleasant. The food came quickly and was delicious as always! The only thing I would say is that because the place was so busy, we were packed in like sardines.

Fast service but bland dishes and value for money disappointing.

Very good restaurant !! The waitress was perfect (smiling, trying to speak French to help us ...) I highly recommend it during a short weekend in London.

A large and busy pizza express, with service being a little slow but now to much. Good place to eat.

Would have been a five but the staff member who served me was fairly unattentive, for example taking me to my table and throwing the menu's onto it while walking away without saying anything.

Lovely Italian restaurant suitable for families with kids to bring. They have kids menu and will provide pencils and fun activity book for them to keep them busy while they wait for their food to arrive. Friendly staff and spacious place with delicious desserts.

Ate here when I was in London in May / June. Good pizza for a reasonable money. Quick serving. The chocolate fondant we ate for dessert was also very good!

The restaurant is nice and clean. There is a lot of tables. The food was delicious. The staff that served us food was kind, friendly and positive. The choices of food she recommended were probably the best as I have enjoyed the food. It is also a bit expensive to be honest but for all of these things combined it's worth the money.

Actually impressed with my first visit to Pizza Express! Was quite busy on a Friday lunchtime. But the pizzas were amazing.

Can never go wrong at pizza express. Great, quick service and tasty pizzas!

Disabled access is non existent! Due to the double doors and incline on the way in, you cannot physically push a wheelchair and open the doors. There is a disabled assistance call button outside which we activated 3 times. The customers inside were observing my wife and I as were waiting outside for 4 1/2 minutes (as staff inside stood around). Finally a customer left her table, came outside and opened both doors to allow us in. We were then greeted by a staff member, by this point we felt so uncomfortable, I expressed my disappointment and said we were leaving. The staff member still stood there as I struggled with the doors again, before another customer helped us out. Will never return... cannot physically do it anyway!

#### UPDATE ####

Having contacted Pizza Express I have now given them 3 stars as opposed to 1. They dealt with my complaint expeditiously with a genuine concern. It has now been resolved to our satisfaction. Eva is a credit to the company.

Went for dinner on a busy Saturday evening as a large group (8 adults and 10 kids). Great service from Adam and generally a very well managed restaurant. The food was delicious and we didn t have to wait too long for it at all.

Had a fantastic evening with delicious pizza. Fast service despite being busy on a Friday evening.

Excellent service - wonderful friendly waitress who paid special attention to our 2 young children-9months and 18 months. The lunch was enjoyed by our whole party of 7.

Arriving in London too late for a pub-meal, I went here for a meal at 10pm. Was advised that it would be 5-10 minutes to get my order, which was fine as I had just completed a four hour train trip. Food did arrive in exactly 10 minutes. Had ordered a basic pizza and a glass of wine.

Can't say enough good things about this place. The best pizza and italian dishes I've come across in London. Prices are a tad steep, but worth it for fresh made items.

Try the leggaro pizza...delicious and reasonably healthy portion.

Really yummy pizza! Because it is a family friendly restaurant, there are lots of kids around and kids are noisy, so might I suggest seating families is separate section of restaurant so as those without kids and wanting a somewhat quiet dining experience can enjoy their visit too!

The Euston road is hardly a destination for fine dining but Pizza Express constantly get the experience right with an easy menu (Pizza duh), great service and proper tasty food. But most of all it is about the food quality extending to the kids menu and little touches like the paper chefs hats for kids. Happy days for all the family

"A picture is worth a thousand words" some TERRIBLE SMALL POLENTA SHELL splashed with a pinch of pasta sauce,tasteless .........and very expensive ......they say it's a NEW gluten free vegan pizza.....DON'T GET FOOLED
