Nice food and good portions. I had the cannelloni and it was okay needed a bit of extra flavours but not bad.

Food and drinks was really good. Service was good as well, we were able to get a table for 6 and the wait for our food was not long.

I really wanted to like this place... I LOVE pizza. I am staying at a nearby hotel, so I put in an order online. It was supposed to be ready between 8:15 - 8:30, so I got there at 8:15 hopeful. They said it was in the oven and would be ready soon. At 8:45, I flagged someone and asked if they could check on it. Without even knowing the order, they told me "They are working on it".
Someone else came to help and when they checked on it the order was complete. As soon as I got back to the hotel (less than a 5 min walk) I discovered a cold pizza that had been done for a WHILE that wasn;t cut.
It's hard to judge the taste when it is cold, but I won't be going back due to the service!

VERY busy and noisey but lots of staff, quick service and good food.

When you can get a seat it's a nice enough Pizza Express. I've never felt relaxed there.

There were a couple of problems.
1. The food was rushed and not taken care of. E.g. Tomato sauce round edges of pizza not cooked
2. It is very cramped and noise in every area of the restraunt

Often eat here when travelling and despite always being busy the service is always fast and friendly.

Good pizza and good service, however the manager would not let us redeem our taste card discount even though pizza express are a chain who are involved with taste card scheme. The app even informs users this restaurant will take taste card. Very disappointed.

I like this place very much. The staff are always friendly and just attentive enough. The food is good, not great, but perfect for a quick pizza with a glass of red.

Always make sure you grab a voucher online to save yourself money, but the pizzas are always great!

The pizzas were super good! Even the vegetarian options. I tried a vegetarian Padana, which is a combination of goat s cheese, mozzarella, tomato, caramelised onion, spinach, red onion and garlic oil. Really yummy and I would totally order it again! Some of my friends had pesto pasta and they couldn't get enough of it. The staff were super friendly. We were in a big group without a reservation, but they didn't mind accommodating us.

Nice, warm atmosphere opposite the British Library. Lot's of space. Very good service and pizza in my case classic American was super. Try peroni gran riserva it's taste just perfect after pizza. Good for kid's or pizza party. Nice early lunch;))

Did not enjoy the pizza, very floppy dough with little flavor

Although it should close at 11:30pm, we are rudely told at 10:40pm that it is only for take away ... we are not used to such a behaviour in London :(

Found this place almost by accident, as it was located right in front of our hotel. Pizza was really good, they had a special menu for kids and offered entertainment (crayons, puzzles, etc.). Staff was friendly too.

Enjoyed excellent service and food. Consistent with Pizza Express standards elsewhere. Good ambience. Ideally placed for all the major stations feeding into the north of London.

We came with two young children and staff were very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and there was a good atmosphere. One of the better restaurants to this chain.

Just been to this bustling branch of pizza Express, a brand I've always been really fond of. I don't think it's ever really disappointed in years of on/off custom. The service was great and, for a branch that must groan under the weight of passing tourist custom, our visit felt remarkably intimate and personal. It was loud and bustling, but clean and relaxing. A fine line well negotiated, and a commendable achievement.

Excellent food and service. This restaurant has a very relaxed atmosphere. It is also great for families. Plenty of seating.

Fantastic. Excellent, exemplary food as you would expect. Not the best view or prices but it's worth it. I highly recommend the 'Margherita Bufala Romano' - it is as traditional as you get and tastes fantastic. I absolutely love Pizza Express and highly recommend it. Staff kind, caring and attentive. Overall excellent.

An excellent service, and delicious meal. Can't remember servers name. Lady begins with T. Was alternative and understanding of my OAP relatives. Friendly and thoughtful. Making our relaxing meal just what we needed

A group of 3 of us enjoyed a lovely meal here. We were extremely gluttonous and had the 2 for 1 mains EACH so we all had a pizza and pasta dish.. Very over indulgent but after a long work day it was very well received. Great service from the poor gentleman who served us and had to deal with us. Lovely!

The service was no good, I do mean that was ' No GOOOD' . The food was mean + cold . I did complain but 2no avail. I hv bn visiting there for years + I had no problems, but this Mon16th April was astonishingly bad. There was new faces, ie new staff + they had no idea about clientele handling. I put it down to lack of training but also lack of common sense !
I visited this restaurant twice on that day of 16th. At 7pm I invited my 2guests who came frm Liverpool + had a train 2catch at 8pm. They had a pizza + I had a caffe latte. My coffee was cold. I didn't want to complain in front of my guests + also I wanted 2make the best of the short time I had with my guests rather than tackling the waitress about my cold coffee. The worse scenario is that after an hr+half about I had a terrible tummy pain. And I put this down 2two reasons. 1) as the fresh milk they used or be it that the milk was not fresh did not reach 2the right temperature so the microbes hv become more alive, 2) hv u ever seen those cloths the so called " baristas " ie the people behind the counter who make the coffee , those cloths they use to wipe down the nozzle of the machine ,that heats up the milk are filthy . I wouldn't wipe down my toilet nevermind the nozzle to heat my milk for my coffee . I usually ask them 2 use a fresh cloth but on this occasion I couldn't hv done in front of my guests. So I took that chance + hence the result I had an upset tummy +had diarrhoea for 3days. This is my 1st experience of my 1st visit on that day of 16th. I shall hv to continue next time about my 2nd visit of that day as I'm getting off my train now. Goodbye for now !!

Close to Euston station. The food was good and the service excellent. It is a busy restaurant and with the expected quick turnover you should expect to be in, served and out very quickly.

It 's a nice restaurant, looks hip and modern.
The pizza we ate tasted very good, also the baverage was from good quality.
Another delicious thing was the raspberry ice cream!

The price was ok too!

But we were less satisfied with following things:

- Chocolate fudge cake (the chocolate really does not taste good)
- The service was an average service...

We always go there when travelling via King's Kross. Good food, nice service.

I suggest to check offers on website - without them not worth to go.

Great pizza as often and great service from my waiter. I was on my own, at lunch time, just had a coke and pizza Romana buffala extra pepperoni. Simple but no mistake from them, I didn't even have to wait for my bill and pay.

Fresh delicious pizza! Service was amazing too! The owner/manager was extremely polite, greeted us, and even helped us out the door as our hands were full. Super nice in a genuine way. You can tell they care about their business and customers! Today was our first try of it and we'll definitely be back. The pizza was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the crust soft and perfect, and seasoning was perfect! Happy to have a new favorite pizza! Good job Pizza Express!

Absolute life saver. When every other restaurant is packed to the brim with over an hour's wait, Pizza Express always comes in handy. Was seated straight away and served delightful food. As well as a menu for meat eaters, also a great vegan menu with tasty starter, main and dessert options. Delicious and reasonably priced. Nice drinks menu.

Well for troubleshooting next to the station but ultra light pasta and barely cooked, very fat for the new carbonara.
In short, surely better elsewhere ...

The pizza is so tasty ! My kids loved this place and wanted to come back again, and we did.

Lazy arrogant personal, yesterday in nut full restaurant they had no time me during 15 minutes to ask me what I would like to order. Restaurant was not full ...

Great place with an amazing selection of pizza. The seating was good but quite few as this place always seems to be busy but a staff managed to squeeze us in. Lovely pizza, taste delicious. We'll be coming back here often

Between pizza express and Franco manca. I definitely prefer pizza express. A very busy restaurant but delivered the pizza rapidly (possibly aided by their computerised ordering system) with good service. A small headache after the pizza. But will go back next time I get a 2 4 1 pizza offer. Or I might just pass and go for a walk instead. Depends on how I feel but won't be due to slow service certainty.

It's a pizza express like all the others. It's often busy, and the staff are actually good enough to deal with that.

Fast friendly service at this very popular branch opposite St Pancras. I really enjoyed my pizza. Perfectly cooked with no soggy/burnt bits.

Didn't book but managed to find hubby and me a table in quick time. Our waiter Xina gave excellent service and our food was delivered in quick time. Thanks very much. We will call in again on our next visit to London

Reliable as ever, and very quick (which was exactly what we wanted).

Went to the pizza express is near Kings Cross St Pancras. It's opposite the British library. Really good customer service and didn't have to wait for a table. They kindly switched some toppings on the spinach pizza. Was delicious and would very much recommend. It is great value for money and good experience. Probably come to pizza express at least once a month.

Great pizzas, fast friendly service. Ideal for a quick eat and meeting friends before moving on. Hope it lasts.
