Alexandra was very helpful. We had the drinks and starters Asap. The pizzas came in 20 minuets served by another member of staff. Very smiling. Thank you for it is a very busy place on weekends.

Food and location ideal for people travelling in the area, especially from and to St. Pancras Station.

I do like this place. No fuss menu - still do great salads - quick service, always clean, not too expensive. Smash and grab eating or more relaxed depending upon need!

Had a pizza here while staying the night at a nearby Premier Inn. Busy place but they found us a table and served us quickly. Friendly waiter. Nice food.

I ordered online, it was ready to collect on time. The pizza was delicious but pretty expensive for the size. I probably wouldn't go here again as you can just get so much more for your money elsewhere.

Service has always been fast here, and if you have tastecard or student card it's very reasonably priced.

Everything about the restaurant is top class, the service provided by the staff was of such a high standard. When tables were vacated they were cleared in no time at all. The atmosphere was buzzing, and the food selection was good. Not just pizza but other very tasty alternatives. First class eating house.

Too loud and busy. People crammed in like sardines. Only got 2 stars because of the good service.

Burger King is a delicious restaurant in the UK that is not delicious Staff was friendly and chefs made pizza. It's been 2 months in Europe.

It was so bad had to go to burger king after. Will never go back! Just look on their web page before wasting your money and time.

Pizza was fine. But I had different expectations. The missus and I had passed the place a number of times in our wanderings, and decided to order from our hotel, via the internet. Ran to pick up the pizza, which was surprisingly small for the cost. Only about the size of a dinner plate.

Booked a table online only an hour ahead of arriving at King's cross. Not only managed to get us into an absolutely packed restaurant but the staff were friendly and helpful despite being clearly rushed off their feet. Couldn't believe the speed at which we were served and nice to see that the usually inflated London prices were no different to our local ones.

We had a lovely dinner, it was a good representation of Pizza Express's consistent standard.

Great food as you'd expect but I would reserve a table as this place gets busy.

Pizza in the standard. The bruschetta was not made with the classic slice of bread but with softer pizza dough. Fresh tomato ok but pesto I would say no (which was also on caprese mozzarella and tomato)

Went to grab a pizza and do some studying. Spicy chicken pizza !!! Tasted really good... Finished off with Avogato and that was delicious too. Service was friendly and good despite being busy.

I love Pizza Express and have fantastic experiences everywhere else, but this one had extremely poor service at the time I visited and had to wait for huge stretches of time to be served. Would not go back.

Absolutely first class service. From the moment we walked in the door to moment we left every member of staff was wonderful. Every interaction we were made to feel like the only people in the restaurant.

After ordering one thing gluten free they made sure to check I was happy with every other item ordered.

The food was wonderful, the gluten free dough balls surpass the original ones.

Could not find a single fault.

For a pizzeria abroad both pizza and pasta are acceptable, the staff is friendly and the environment is very nice

We had booked a table for 2. We walked in and the place was packed! We saw walkins getting jurisdiction over us, which as we booked I felt as unfair. The mains were fantastic, service quick. But ordering desserts. Service was slow, took 20 mins to get a glass of wine and one fondant. The table next to us was used as a 'stockpile', for clearing plates and setting them on that table and sitting new customers down. I understand the place was rammed, but more organisation wouldn't go amiss.

Nice pizza, very busy, however the manager felt he should stand over table's glaring like 'Lurch' until people ate faster. That eagerness to turn the tables over for the next lemming has a negative effect on customer service.
I remember when Kings Cross had a number of small restaurant s and pubs, and a more edgy vibe, alas it is now an area of transience, catering for non- fussy travellers who don't know or care for anything better.

I generally find Pizza Express to be hit and miss but this is one of the better ones I ve been to. Really friendly and helpful staff also.

Anyway, the restaurant was convenient and comfortable, with friendly staff, attentive yet unobtrusive. I was there at about 5 and it wasn't busy at all, a great time to go.

I visited with my daughter. I had booked a table in advance and was seated very quickly. As I had a suitcase, the waiter found somewhere to put my case. My brother in law joined us unexpectedly and they were only too happy to accommodate us to another, larger table. Despite being very busy, the service was first rate. The food was good and served quickly. I will definitely visit this branch again.

The place was busy and noisy as always, but I enjoy that buzz. Food was good, and the service, given how busy they were, perfectly acceptable. I often eat here when I'm in London and I intend to do so in the future.

Unremarkable chain food but I end up resorting to this place for lunch meetings near the British Library. Strange, often rude service. They are aggressive about where to seat you and won't allow you to order only coffees even if there is nobody else in there! Weird.

Big place, good (full)pizza, quick service.

This place is child friendly and it seems they don't put families on one side of the restaurant. Therefore noisy kids will be around you everywhere. This is also my suggestion for improvement. It's a budget pizza place so it's logical there will be families, but that way it would be more bearable for. Me.

Nothing above the average. Tries to seem hip and authentic. The only above average here is the price. The food tastes ok (had better pizza in many non Italian restaurants), but I will not eat again here. Also, the owner totally embarrassed himself and his restaurant when he came running out in the street yelling after us to check if we payed instead of asking the waiter. (Paid the bill with over 12.5% service charge added, which I regret after that behavior)

When I went to London this place was the best. It was my whole family's favorite. I ordered the best Cesar salad i have ever had and my mom got the best pizza she ever had. I HIGHLY recommend this place

The pizza was lovely, and the staff very accommodating of a large chaotic party. But the Summer Tiramisu was mediocre - sweet, bland and with no discernible alcohol and a mere single half a strawberry and a tiny mint leaf - avoid this dessert!

We had the mushroom and truffle pizza on romana base. the mushroom and truffle was full of flavour however the base was very thin and soggy. it was disappointing.

Turned up without booking. Very busy but had table in 5 mins. Good and quick service.

I came very hungry out of the British Library and was so happy about the Pizza Express right across the street! The Pizza i had was very good! My mums Lasagne was delicious aswell! We had a very nice waiter! I can totally recommend this place!
