A fine example of a good Pizza Express. The staff were friendly, and very efficient. We didn t have to wait for very long, even though it was a Saturday evening. If I am in the area again, I would certainly consider returning.

Appalled! On 1st December at 1830 after a very tiring week was so looking forward to coming to pizza express in Euston and enjoying a very well earned meal... was absolutely shocked the moment I came in. After struggling with the unlabelled stiff front door I finally got in to be met by an arrogant Seater who sneered and who's opening line sarcastically was "you'll find most doors in Britain open inwards" something that must have passed me by in my 40 years. He then looked me up and down and I was left there shocked. So I turned around and walked straight out. Is this hospitality? Will I come back to a pizza express again??? ....
Slow service, staff didn't seem very happy. Food was as expected though.
Pleasant service, nice atmosphere, the mini dessert : cheesecake and coffee , amazing. The cheesecake had a crumbly, not too sweet base, with a creamy, not too creamy top, yummy! The coffee became perfect after adding somevBailey liquir, a bit more to pay but worth every penny.
The main dish, hmm, I do not like to criticize but it was supposed to be a lasagna and it was a tomato soup with few floating sheets of cheese. Very healthy, I am sure, but not what I was looking for.
The service here is really bad. All the waiters are seriously rude, reaching over 2 people to grab your plates. No excuse me or anything. Really would recommend finding another place to eat if you don t feel like miserable waiters ruining your day. Food was average

It's okay, and with student discount you can get a decent price too. Staff have always been great at this one and food seems to be better than others I've visited too. Yes to pizza, yes to starters, grab a grigio, or a peroni, and let the food do as it does. It'll do.

Terrible service, forgot stuff, complained to use when we asked them to bring then missing items, brought the wrong items instead.

Although a little noisy, this Italian restaurant is very nice. My pizza and tiramisu were very good. We were served very quickly and our waitress was perfect. Rates are very reasonable. A very good address. Bravo
perhaps the service depends on the waiter but I've had a really bad experience with mine. I was out with my friends and then we wanted to pay. so the waiter took my card and gave me the machine to enter my password, i could not enter my password so I said 'sorry it won't enter' then he shouted just press no. and when he said that i just pressed the red button than the transaction was cancelled but he just started shouting at me. okay so the screen was touch screen and i was supposed to touch on no instead of pressing the red button on the post machine, bus is this a reason to shout and be rude at a customer? he kept complaining about it while it did not even take him a second to fix it. my friends were just silent and scared. Also he kept calling me 'dear'. I understand it might be 'nice' but for me it is inappropriate and i felt really uncomfortable. i am not your dear and please be nicer to your customers. me and my friends were simply shocked and just walked out by the treatment i received. The place is fine. The food is okay but pricey.

This branch is near Kings Cross, so it's a convenient place to meet, but it's not so close that it's always packed.
