Nice hotel. Typical Marriott amenities with concierge on 20th floor. A little bit outside of the downtown area, but it's still a quick ride or a little longer walk to get down to the Market Square area. The hotel's location does give it quick and easy access to the highway.

Needs updated. Elevators are slow. In-room food service is problematic due to language barriers, and a lack of familiarity with the menu. Food pricing is reasonable, and a fair value. Conveniently located near PPG Arena. The front desk staff is very good. All staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is amazing! The front desk staff is so accommodating and nice. The bed was one of the best beds I've ever slept on. The pool and fitness center was perfect, my kids swam for 6 hours on Saturday and they loved every minute of it. We will definitely be back again!

The room was bigger than I thought it would be, even with 2 beds, a chair, and other furniture. Air conditioning worked great, and my bed was super comfortable. The staff I spoke to were very polite and helpful. I got a burger at the lobby cafe, and it was delicious. Great view from my room, too. The hotel was quiet on my floor, even at night.

The location and rooms are perfectly nice, but the service is exceptional! I arrived in the Concierge Lounge about 15 mins after all breakfast items had been put away, but Brian, the lounge attendant, insisted on getting everything back out so I could eat. This went well beyond just "good" customer service, and really left a lasting impression. Next time I'm in town, I will definitely be back!

Don't book here if you're able to avoid it. Paid $250 for one night but no extra perks offered such as complimentary breakfast or free parking. Parking for 24 hrs costs an extra $20.00 of your hotel stay per day. Was out of the hotel room for majority of the afternoon/evening but bathroom was not attended to in between and dirty towels were not replaced. Window curtain did not close fully for those who prefer pitch black dark setting for when they sleep. No fridge available in room to store any purchased cold beverages or left over food.

This was a great hotel! The pool is clean. The sauna is awesome. The staff treated us amazingly. The place was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. It's okay for the convention center as long as the hotel shuttles are running.

We spent two nights in a room with two queen beds. Our experience was remarkably uneventful which is all we could really ask for. There is nothing exceptionally great about this hotel, but there were also no glaring issues or downsides. Our view was fine, the room service was fine, the service and hospitality of the workers was great, and the hotel itself is clean and relatively up to date (though not super modern in style). Overall, a great hotel.

Booked a room with 2 "double beds" .. These were the smallest beds I have ever seen in a hotel. The decor was very dated,, more like a Best Western or Super 8 -- not a Marriott ... Vending on our floor was "out of order"... Paid $300 for 1 night -- would never stay there again at that rate

One of my favorite places to stay while attending a Penguins game. Close proximity to the arena and the T if you want to go downtown. Great and helpful staff and clean rooms with great internet.

Was just in the women's restroom with my little neice and a grown man employee decides it's ok to come in to clean while I am in a stall!!! Not ok. Apparently there is a lack of professionalism at this hotel

Beautiful hotel! It was my first time in Pittsburgh & I can say with utmost sincerity this hotel made my trip even more special. All the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in & when I arrived to my room it was spotless. Not to mention the view of downtown was breathtaking. I truly wish I could take the bed home with me because it was just that comfortable! Please be sure to stay here next time you're in the area. I surely will be back again!

I did not spend the night in this hotel. I was here for a one day conference. The conference rooms were very nice and clean. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel and the hotel restaurant called Crafted is excellent. And reasonable for a hotel restaurant.

Overall good stay, restaurant food wasn't quite worth the price and rooms could definitely use a n uprgade to match some the newer Marriott standards. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean.

This place is amazing! The bell hops to the valet is amazing. They have a shuttle van that will take you almost anywhere. The dude driving in the evening is a riot was very funny. He made sure we were having a good time. The rooms are very nice the view was wonderful. Showers are great. Bed super comfortable for us. The hotel is very close to a lot of attractions with in a 5 min drive.

Went to the hotel bar Crafted. The servers are very nice. We had the Pittsburgh fries and they were seriously spot on! It has a nice crowd in the evening and nice and quiet during the day. They have a nice and simple menu for food. Nothing that is over priced. The long islands are very good. Along with their crafted beer.

It was fine. Not the best part of town, but not the worst either. Room service closes pretty early, but they'll give you a menu for a late night delivery place instead. Not quite the same thing, but better than nothing.

Comfortable room, the room service craft burger was excellent - not just by "hotel food" standards, but by overall burger standards, would highly recommend. Very friendly staff, great central location.

2 Double beds room. Pricey for the quality and amenities. Parking is $18-$22, and no breakfast included like most hotels. Curtains let lots of light in in the morning. I'll probably look around next time I'm out that way.
