This place was amazing. The rooms are so clean and the staff were all very friendly and made suggestions of places to visit

Somewhat shabby, elevators slow, infrequent and invariably crowded. And good luck getting a drink of water for less than $3. But the front desk staff were very welcoming, reception has free apples and it s pretty central.

Rooms were large and well appointed. Breakfast buffet had nice variety. Dinner menu was a little disappointing, mostly hamburgers and sandwiches. Staff were uniformly cheerful and helpful. Special kudos to Ron Gilbert, restaurant host, who went above and beyond to make our meals there perfect.

Attended a wedding in the grand ballroom. It was super pretty and the employees were great

We were just in the lobby waiting for a tour of local brewers, it looks nice, the staff were kind, and this place has a great location if you want to hit up a Penns game.

Needed a room last minute and we were see to get one here. Staff was friendly.

I called one month ahead of time and made reservations for this hotel. When I arrived they said I didn t have any reservations so I had to pay an extra parking charge and relocate to hotel last minute which means $$$. Since then this Marriott has charged my credit card twice for $146 for the hotel room they said I never reserved! It s been a nightmare trying to get them to stop charging my credit card and not one person has apologized.

Used the parking garage to go to the Penguins game. I think it used to be $10 dollars, now it's $20. Haven't been to a game in a few years. At least it's directly adjacent to the arena.

It was pleasant but boring. I tried having conversations with staff behind the desk and in the concierge lounge and they were hard to engage. Lee Ann in the restaurant was great though and so was the driver of the shuttle

Our family had an amazing stay here during Christmas 2019. Great service and hospitality. We ll be visiting Pittsburgh quite a bit over the next few years for business. This will definitely be our hotel of choice.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful great staff I would definitely recommend nice beds they even come and change your sheets in front of you even though they already changed them but at the end of the day I would stay here

Excellent customer service! Thank you! Rooms were very clean. The only negative is our air-conditioning wasn't the greatest, and the Room was too small.

The room service and staff are very kind, and the rooms are very comfortable. Unfortunately, the TV and WiFi are completely just...BROKEN. There's many mistakes with the cable, and many customers can't even connect to the Internet. Please fix this soon!

Nice accommodations, swimming and exercise rooms, friendly staff. Parking is a little expensive and tight.

I've always liked this hotel. Very good restaurants and location. Rooms are newly remodeled.

It is a nice hotel, the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable. The only issue was that house keeping came in at 9 AM and woke us up. We stayed at this hotel because we went to Pittsburgh to see a concert the night before, so naturally we were up late... so that kinda sucked.

Among hotels I've visited, this one is an unusually nice oasis of civility. And the foodservice menus and quality were excellent. Great choice for Downtown Pgh.

Great rooms! A little dated but I spent 30 days here working hurricane response and it's a nice place. Quiet on 20th floor even on the weekend.

Clean and well maintained. Garage parking was convenient if a little pricey. but as we were there for a convention and didn't need in and out it was only $18 a day. Service was excellent any time I interacted with staff. My biggest issue was a large convention (we'd been at) let out on Sunday and getting carts or even an elevator down was near impossible. This would be less of an issue if there were a way to get to the garage without using an elevator, which I could not find. However, all and all it was a good experience and we'll pack differently for the convention next year.

The location at the heart of Pittsburgh was great. The rooms were great for a conference.

Busy place when there are events at PPG Paints arena.

Nice, clean rooms. Hotel Is right beside PPG Arena, making attending events there a breeze.

Walked in and waz greeted and welcomed. The lady at the front desk gave all the kiddos an apple. Its a very comforting place that i would recommend for any stay!

Next to PPG paints as arena. Perfect place to stay on game nights.

My hotel room is suitable for my needs. My only real issue is having to time getting down to my event the elevators hear are super slow. Room service was adequate but there isn't much to do here in the hotel and I've only seen one restaurant

One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Rosemary beef melts in your mouth, rustic toasted bread was excellent. Everything was seasoned perfectly, no need to add anything. I'll be back for sure. The line moves pretty quick, it's usually down the street.

I love Marriott, always the best hospitality. This location is next to the T. Hotel shuttle will take just about anywhere you might want to go.

I was there for a social event. The ballroom was nice well stocked and everything tasted good. Wish there were more choices though.

Located downtown near restaurants and attractions. Great customer service, decent food. Hallway navigation and signage a little confusing.

Service was OK, rooms show some age. Beds are mediocre and some rooms are so loud the floor shakes.

Took 20 minutes to get out of the parking garage. None of the machines could read any of my credit cards. Finally had to get the attendant.

Perfect for attending a concert. Literally a two minute walk from door to door if you hit the crosswalk light just right.

Husband stays here every week and I asked them to do something special for his birthday one day and they were great and so enthusiastic to helped. Loved it. Paul at concierge was great

I booked my room through a discount site... some hotels treat you like second class patrons, but here at the Marriott, the front desk clerk couldn't have been nicer or more friendly. I was given a choice of upper or lower floors as well as bed choices. My room was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. If I had to gripe about one thing, it would be the staff persistently knocking on your door even when you've arranged a late checkout. Beyond that, it was a great stay, in a great location, for a great price, and I will be back!

Close to the arena. Perfect place to stay if you plan to go to hockey game.

The location of the hotel was great for walking around and seeing a good representation of the city. The room was comfortable but not super well lit. The shower had good water pressure.
