Was here for the first time for a company Christmas party. Great venue , service , food, everything was great all around, well taken care of.

Waited in the lobby after our concert for our Uber ride. It was very nice and the staff was very friendly.

Accommodations at this Marriott were very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Had a corporate kickoff event there. Great hot breakfast, comfortable chairs, and good multimedia setup. Lots of parking onsite or across the street.

Stayed in the hotel for a business trip, nice hotel, but not in a easy walking distance to night time attraction of the city

The room is so dated. Front/desk lobby staff are nice. This is the first Marriott I would not stay at again. Three stars for the staff. I'm here for business, if the rest of my group weren't here I would change hotel.

This place is four stars all the way. It's clean and new. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Located in the Pittsburgh Center core and close to the PPG Paints arena. Not a lot of restaurants in the area so disappointing from that view. Hotel is a little dated but clean with friendly staff. Can be a little congested when checking in on a Penguins game night. Steelhead restaurant on site and close to Subway.

The room was very clean and well kept. Service was great. Only down side was that I had to pay an additional $25 just to park my are there... At the hotel I was staying at.

Hotel is centrally located. The decor is a bit outdated and the you can hear the noise from the highway at night. It didnt bother us much but could be and issue for more sensitive people.

It was ok. Rates were not compromised with service.

Good location next to the stadium. Rooms were pretty good, clean. Had some construction on the 11th floor so the whole floor smelled like chlorine (they have a pool on the 11th floor!)

Convenient downtown location, check in was smooth and pleasant.

Clean and workers are all nice. We used valet they were also easy to work with. Bar was crowded but fun. Drinks were also good.

My favorite downtown hotel for conferences friendly staff

One of the most popular hotels for business travelers, and well deserved. The staff is courteous and helpful, three amenities are solid the bar and attached Starbucks a solid plus.

So far the Hotel Staff has been excellent! Bonnie H downstairs clerk, concierge, and all around information guru is what any business needs to clone. She's just awesome! We are staying at the Marriotts Pittsburgh City Centre.

If you re going to a Penguins game, stay here! Literally walk across the street to the rink. Great hotel and amazing staff.

Great hotel. Location is pretty good, easy access to downtown and the subway system. Courteous staff and very comfortable bed.

The front desk staff (Angel) set the tone for our stay as soon as we arrived at the hotel, upbeat and friendly. We enjoyed dahntahn Pittsburgh and came back to a quiet room with comfortable beds. I would return just as soon as I found myself in Pittsburgh again.

The room and the restaurant in the hotel were very nice, but the beds weren't great, as they were fairly uncomfortable, kinda leading me to slowly fall into the middle of the bed.

No matter how cool the room design is, having paid Internet sucks..

Nice hotel. Everything moves slow here through, especially on a game night. Only 3 elevators. Service was slow in seating for breakfast.

I have held a black tie event at the Hotel for 5+ years. The staff is amazing and my guest really enjoy the atmosphere at the hotel. TaMichele Rocks!! Thanks for always being right there!!

The rooms are nice, but the staff was a bit young and immature. They were professional but they didn't understand the needs of someone from out of town. I called about parking and they never said there was valet service. I took an uber all weekend and on Sunday one of the staff asked me if anyone told me about the shuttle service. I said no and he then filled me in. The hotel lobby is full of drunks during events at PPG Paints Arena. Hard to get in and out during those times. That bar should be for staying customers. Overall I suppose because of the proximity to PPG I'd stay again. Like I said the Hotel itself was clean and the rooms are nice.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms and close to everything. Every staff member we dealt with was super nice. By far one of our better experiences in any hotel.

Solid service. No worries, which is all I expect from a hotel.

No complaints, but nothing extraordinary either. It's in a great location, and there are tons of good downtown restaurants within a half mile. Other than that it was what you expect out of a standard Marriott. For the most part it didn't seem very recently renovated. Again, no real issues, just nothing stood out. It looks like they are trying to make the restaurant in the lobby legit, but it was pretty empty and it seemed like the options within a half mile walk were better.

Concierge staff (Brian and Byron) are the best! Love those guys. The entire hotel staff is fantastic! Great location!

The rooms are very large and very clean. Staying there was very enjoyable and relaxing and will definitely be staying there next year.

This hotel definitely shows its age in terms of design and architecture... very 70s/80s, however the rooms and common areas are pretty modern. You can't beat the location if you're going to see a game at PPG Paints Arena. The staff could not have been more friendly and accomodating.

Has a great venue for large events for dinner I had the London Broil a beef dish wich was absolutely excellent, but I heard negative responses about the other food options.

Pool was a little cold do me. But everything else was very nice.

What a great place... All the Marriott's are nice but this one is a standard setter. The entire staff went out of it's way to make sure you had a five star experience.
