We are having a fantastic experience with this company. We've worked with no less than six companies over several months in an attempt to find someone who will reliably get back to us with our many questions and who can give us definitive pricing on products. Neither of these things seems like something that should be difficult and yet company after company was unable to to assist us.

Pinnacle told us up front that a few of the items we were looking at were going to be discontinued. This alone saved us a lot of time and effort. We are in this for the long haul, so we not only need to know we are choosing products that will please our customers but we also need to know that we aren't about to spend hours setting up a product on our website only to find out that product is no longer available.

Notifying us of potential issues is huge, but Pinnacle didn't stop there. Pinnacle went above and beyond by also sending us multiple suggestions of other products that were similar that we might be interested in. Again, saving us several hours of combing through their extensive product list by pointing us in the right direction. These two things alone, being forthright and making suggestions, are enough to make Pinnacle stand out in a sea of companies we've worked with but they did even more.

The team at Pinnacle is kind, courteous, and professional. They never once balked at my additional questions, answering every one as though it were the first one. They worked on our order tirelessly as we changed logo placement, product colors, and screen print vs embroidery and even as we added additional items at the last minute. Pinnacle treated us like a multi-million dollar account, which we hope to be some day, even though we're only a $2,000 account currently.

Pinnacle has been fantastic to work with and I honestly look forward to our next product order, and if you knew what a nightmare this entire promotional product journey has been for us you'd understand what an enormous recommendation that is.

We had a last minute sponsor and had to scramble to get some cool logoed swag for the gift bags. Pinnacle was so quick with approving the design and getting our swag to us - 2 days before they said they could! Sure helped with our stress level getting everything earlier than they said and the quality was fantastic! Our attendees loved the logoed ear buds! They are now on our short-list when it comes to promotional items. Great job!

Update 2: The hats I received were not the ones that I ordered and were a cheaper version that looked similar. I was so hopeful when they reached out and said they would make it right.

update - I was contacted by the new sales manager and they are making this right. I would have went 5 stars if this was handled it right away but they did contact me to fix the order. As I stated below they have always done a great job before the order I posted about.

I have used these guys for years and they had always done a great job. My last order was a nightmare. I called in and spoke with a gentleman who was going to send me some hat samples. After about a week and a half I received nothing. I called back and they showed my request but no one ever followed up. The girl took things over and sent me 3 of the 4 samples I requested. I called her back and she said she would reorder the missing hat. After a week I still didn't have my sample. I called again and the girl I was dealing with was on vacation. The new girl said she would get me the sample. After 3 days she called back letting me know that they were out of stock. I asked for 1 more sample and she sent me 2 but not what I asked for. I decided on 2 styles and placed the order. After several days I received a call letting me know that they were out of stock on 1 of the hats. I asked if we could stay with that same style but do it in a different color and she said that would work. At this point I have wasted 5 weeks and was told to get my stuff on time that I would have to pay overnight shipping. When the hats arrived they were all one style and not the two styles that I ordered and 24 hats had no embroidery. I reached out to them again with no luck and finally reached out to the Sales Manager. We traded a couple emails and I left voice mails and he just quit responding. I just placed a $3k order with 4imprint

Your employee, Morgan Tracy, was a great help to me. I knew what our company needed but not what we wanted. She helped me from beginning to end including providing me some suggested options, ensuring the design and quantities were right, and that we got our delivery on time for our event. We passed out everything today and everyone was over the moon. People started putting on the shirts and hats saying how comfortable they were, how great the embroidery was, and how good our logo looked. Thank you! I ordered 12 customized vests for my company through Pinnacle. I have used them before for my promotional needs but this time the experience was frustrating.

First, I have created an order during the cyber week and there was a %20 special discount was applied for it. When I do the checkout after a week the discount was still there. After the ordering process through the website was done, an actual person from the company contacted us for design confirmation and etc. so we agreed on the design. She send me another quote for the job which was different than the quote that I had through the website. ( There was no %20 discount at all which I checked out with ) We have discussed about that with that lady and she end up applying that discount after many conversation sessions. In the end I said okay that is it, we placed the order and paid for it. After a day or two she again contacted me for another issue, she said that the logo that I uploaded to be embroidered to the back side of the vests is way too big. She said they are liable to do 8,000 stitches but my logo requires to have 20,000 stitches so she said we either go with printed style or pay an extra money to make it as we asked. ( I don't understand why there was not any information about this in the website and how come she accepted that same logo when I was ordering.) I told her that is not acceptable and she can't just add an extra money after the ordering process was done, she didn't care and said I can cancel it or pay more to get what I want. I needed these items for a special event so I end up paying the requested extra money. ( In the end it cost me even more than the initial non-discounted price )

Anyway, they have delivered the goods in a timely manner with a perfect embroidery on the both sides, but this time the vests zippers was upside down ( Is there anybody out there has seen an upside down zippers anywhere in the world unless its a production mistake ? ) When I contact to her about that issue her solution was very simple ' This is the way that the garment is manufactured. The pockets still function in the same exact manner - you just have to pull the zipper down instead of up.'

These guys are great. I've recently taken over responsibility for securing promotional materials for our company and inherited one item from my predecessor. I now have been to Morgan Tracy multiple times for different things and she's always provided what I needed promptly and at the right price. Delivered on time, too.

We as a company ordered from Pinnacle Promotions and it has not been a very pleasant experience. We approved the print they sent for our order. The product that we received was not what we ordered. We ordered an engraving and the engraving was supposed to be black per the print I approved. When we received the product it was engraved, but our company logo was not visible. When I contacted my Pinnacle Promotions account manager she apologized and said the print was not correct and the laser engraving we chose does not offer color with the particular vendor they used for the order. I asked why the print I approved wasn t what we received. She explained they made a mistake and was sorry. I asked if I would receive a discount since we received the incorrect order due to Pinnacle Promotions mistake. She offered 15% then 25% refund. We paid a lot of money for the tumblers to receive anything less than what we ordered and what we paid for. We decided to return the tumblers and asked for a new proof showing what we ordered. We received the new print and it looks very unprofessional. We are not happy with the services we are receiving from Pinnacle Promotions. They could have taken better care of us as customers especially since we paid a lot of money for product that was not exactly what we ordered. Needless to say we are requesting a full refund and we will not be doing business with Pinnacle Promotions ever again.

In serving as the Director of Operations for our office, I have ordered promotional materials from a good amount of websites. Pinnacle Promotions did a phenomenal job in communicating to me about the product that we have ordered. Part of this was confirming the second order we placed, to ensure that it was indeed needed as it was similar to our first order. Additionally, the product that we received was simply fantastic. Each piece looks great! I would encourage every person looking to order promotional material to go through this organization!

When my pen order didn't arrive when I thought it would, I got nervous and emailed my account manager, Chelsea (this order was for a specific upcoming event). She immediately apologized and gave me an updated status on the delivery schedule (which was the next day). The order was indeed delivered the next day. Chelsea also checked in with me to see if I was satisfied with the product (I was more than happy with the customized pens). AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
