We as a company ordered from Pinnacle Promotions and it has not been a very pleasant experience. We approved the print they sent for our order. The product that we received was not what we ordered. We ordered an engraving and the engraving was supposed to be black per the print I approved. When we received the product it was engraved, but our company logo was not visible. When I contacted my Pinnacle Promotions account manager she apologized and said the print was not correct and the laser engraving we chose does not offer color with the particular vendor they used for the order. I asked why the print I approved wasn t what we received. She explained they made a mistake and was sorry. I asked if I would receive a discount since we received the incorrect order due to Pinnacle Promotions mistake. She offered 15% then 25% refund. We paid a lot of money for the tumblers to receive anything less than what we ordered and what we paid for. We decided to return the tumblers and asked for a new proof showing what we ordered. We received the new print and it looks very unprofessional. We are not happy with the services we are receiving from Pinnacle Promotions. They could have taken better care of us as customers especially since we paid a lot of money for product that was not exactly what we ordered. Needless to say we are requesting a full refund and we will not be doing business with Pinnacle Promotions ever again.

08/13/2019 Pinnacle Employee attempted to contact me. I returned their call and have yet to hear back from anyone.
