I found Pilo through Groupon nearly two years ago. Jessica is fantastic! She cuts and styles my hair beautifully. Plus she is a lovely person to chat with.

I came here after finding it on groupon. I got a wash cut and color. Tanesha gave me a haircut and it was absolutely beautiful! The girl before my appointment got her color done by tanesha and her color was AMAZING, it was just perfect! Highly recommend this place! I ve had bad experiences from hair salons who work with groupon but this was the best experience I had. Also got lots of compliments on my haircut!

Second time at this salon the first time it was great very attentive and my hair came out. The second time I came back just for the highlights. It felt very rushed the appointments are spaced so close together that the application takes about 30 min then the wash girl checks on your process. Then toner was applied which made my hair so white it s almost grey which u not what I wanted. Then I was handed the blow dryer to dry my own hair for a highlight job that s $160 they can t even blow dry your hair. Disappointed in the second time visit.

This was my first time in Pilo Arts. It was such a great experience. All the staff is very professional and welcoming. Jessica did my hair and she walk me through the process. She made me feel comfortable in sharing my ideas and getting feedback. Will definitely recommend for everyone to come here. They treat you like family.

15 years ago visited this place and told myself to never go back. Well, my sister broke the spell and decided to go and do roots touch up. I now have to endure her continuous complains how badly her hair color is. Actually there is no hair color, her grey hair is barely covered. I guess not going to this place another 15 years. The worst - she does not want to complain and get her hair color redone. Guess what, not complaining customers are the most dangerous ones. They just don t come back!

Went in for a last minute blow out and style and pilo arts fit me in with Alexandra and she was amazing! My hairs never held such a nice curl. Half hour in and out. It was great. Highly recommend.

Got my hair colored with Mohammad and my eyebrows done with Suzanne.. the best ever!!!!! I been coming to Mo for over 10 years and he has never disappointed me. I get stopped in the street by random people always asking about my hair color. Mo. And Suzanne I can t say enough how great she is. She did my make up for my wedding and for special events. Was skeptical going here due to other reviews, BUT, I must say Hermina IS AMAZING. I do not trust anyone with my hair especially with cutting. My hair hasn't felt this soft in years!! I would definitely go back for her. A little on the pricey side, a slight few can use attitude adjustments but otherwise I like the atmosphere.

I went here with uneven highlights and Stefano told me that the blonde hair I had didn t look nice because I wasn t European then he dies my hair this ugly brown color and guess what my hair is still uneven. They even deleted my review this my second time writing a review.

so after tediously searching for a hair salon in Brooklyn, I found a Groupon for PILO two years ago and have been meaning to write a review! I return every 5 months for my cut and leave with a smile every time. customer service comes as first nature to the employees and stylists at pilo! appointments are kept as promised, they serve me espresso and its really clean! my hair always come out FAB!!! thank you Germina <3 and staff for awesome service I will be forever getting my haircut here

Beautiful high-end Salon. They offer a coffee bar and water served with lemon in a wine glass. The stylists are all well trained. My appointment was with Carla and she was amazing!! She listened to what I wanted, gave me tips and made me feel comfortable. I have found a hair home!!

This was my first time going to this hair salon to get my hair done. I was lucky enough to get Sia as my hair stylist. Sia was very professional, pleasant and diligent. She was very informative and knowledgeable. She did an excellent job on my hair and overall I was very happy with the cut. I will definitely be coming back.

Jessica was overall great!! She explained to me the process I needed for my overall desired outcome! She worked with me and made my first time a very happy one! I enjoyed my coffee while I waited and the lady who washed my hair was great and attentive. I will definitely be back!

I get my regular haircut with Jessica. I always come out looking like a movie star. All the staff if very friendly and brightens my day. It's always a nice break for me weather I am getting a hair cut or a facial.

Victoria was recommenced to me because I needed color correction for a balayage that went wrong. She made me feel so comfortable, fixed the brassiness and made my hair look beautiful again. I highly recommend her hands of gold !
