so after tediously searching for a hair salon in Brooklyn, I found a Groupon for PILO two years ago and have been meaning to write a review! I return every 5 months for my cut and leave with a smile every time. customer service comes as first nature to the employees and stylists at pilo! appointments are kept as promised, they serve me espresso and its really clean! my hair always come out FAB!!! thank you Germina <3 and staff for awesome service I will be forever getting my haircut here
