This was my first time in Pilo Arts. It was such a great experience. All the staff is very professional and welcoming. Jessica did my hair and she walk me through the process. She made me feel comfortable in sharing my ideas and getting feedback. Will definitely recommend for everyone to come here. They treat you like family.
