Really enjoyed our tasting event last night - Rory was knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend to my friends as it was fun and interesting.

I purchased a couple of cases of wine from them on one occasion, admittedly it was very good wine but it was about 2/3 years ago and they haven't stopped hassling me since!!! The most recent time being five minutes ago, despite me telling them EVERY time they call I'm no longer interested in purchasing from them and blocking EVERY number they call me on. They have now resorted to calling me from various different mobile numbers!!! Bore off Pieroth I'm no longer a satisfied customer!!!

Lovely evening with Gino Batley back in August with friends. Would recommend her to others. She was not pushy at all. Not all the wines were to our taste. More choice would of been nice.

They re a very annoying company. Whoever they are they ve left numerous messages on my phone searching for someone WHO IS NOT ME. I can only imagine if I was a customer how annoyed I d be getting with this many calls. I even blocked the number and she STILL called me.

I was recently invited as a guest to a wine tasting which turned out to be by Pieroth. Having been a member of a wine club for five years and been on a good few wine tours I was astounded by the prices quoted, which neither reflected the quality of the wine nor its value. l would estimate that the prices were at least double the value of comparable, or better, wines.
I also spotted one misleading inaccuracy in the presentation, which leads me to believe there were probably several more.
Having hosted excellent Pieroth wine parties many years ago the emphasis of the company is now much less customer orientated and much more commercial. This was not an experience I will ever repeat.

Our night was fantastic! Phillip was a great host! I surprised my friend to this wine tasting and it was even better than I imagined. I didn't know what to expect but Phillip was great! The wine was so nice! Getting a free bottle of my favourite red wine was a bonus.

My only criticism would be that it was only 45mins long but they said it would be 90mins.

We had a very enjoyable wine tasting experience yesterday with our host Stephen. He was informative and entertaining and made it a fun and relaxing evening. The wines were amazing. We were not pressurised into purchasing any wine and we were delighted to receive a gift as an apology for our first appointment being cancelled at short notice. Thank you very much.

DON'T TOUCH THEM!!!! My father was forced to pay twice for the same wine order, having been told that they had never received his first payment (cash paid to the salesman!!!). I challenged them about it and they were eventually apologetic and told me that they would reimburse my father AND send him some free bottles of wine. That was back in March, it is now June and after numerous calls and apologies for the "paperwork still being with the accounts department", my father has received nothing. I've heard the salesman doesn't work there anymore - funny that!!!!! Stick to a reliable wine company.

Do not book this company! They cancelled our wine tasting with less than a day's notice and claim to not be able to get a replacement ''personal wine consultant". Completely unacceptable. Very poor.

This was an absolute joke! David came over last night to do our wine tasting. I had 7 friends over and was looking forward to it. Firstly the wines were absolutely dreadful, only one of the 11 was drinkable and it really wasn't that good. More

Terrible and unreliable company do not get involved! On two separate occasions we have been contacted and staff have booked a wine tasting which neither of them turned up for totally disrupting our day. We told the second one who called us (Rebecca) what happened with the first person (David Williamson) and in her own words Rebecca reassured us and said 'I will definitely turn up' - WHAT A JOKE because she didn't and we have just been constantly lied to. I am absolutely disgusted by the incompetence of this company and expect some kind of compensation for the way we have been treated. It's no wonder this company has so many negative reviews and people think it's a scam as it probably is!

My girlfriend organised a wine tasting with pieroth which took place on the 17th of December and everything went well on the night the fella that came to our house (Jonathon Mushrow) or (Jon) seemed nice on the night

And then the following day I noticed a large sum of money missing from my account so I spoke to the bank and Pieroth's name was mentioned

Jon had failed to mention the prices he had given us didn't include VAT, not only that but he had charged everyones separate orders to my account in one sum instead of taking everyone's orders separately from the details they provided

He also said that a receipt would be sent to my girlfriends email address which never materialised and we never received our free bottle of wine as promised

We finally spoke to someone from pieroth on the 19th of December after trying numerous channels of communication we received a phone call from them and were promised a refund

We gave them their 7 working days the bank said we had to allow them to achieve this refund which with Christmas and the new year bank holidays taken into account took a lot longer than we would have liked

So after their 7 working days we have done nothing but ring them continuously for the refund we even spoke to Jonathon Mushrow on the phone and by email and he pretended not to be the same Jon that attended the wine tasting which is very unprofessional and extremely childish, when we typed his name into Facebook a picture of the same Jon appeared so he was caught out to be a liar

We have still not been refunded even though we were told it should be in my account yesterday and it's still not in even today, I am due to go overdrawn because of this in the next few days when bills start to leave my account

Steer well clear of this company, dodgey would be a massive understatement, we haven't been given so much as an apology from them

They have been dishonest and deceiving throughout our dealing with them and we have reported them to trading standards

Second experience of Phil. Superb selection of wines-really nice atmosphere, interactive and fun for everyone. Nice amount of wine ordered and will be back.

Top quality wines for very low price.
Remembering the fact that the wine keeps for a much longer time then cheap supermarket wines.

I redeemed my voucher and was told someone would be in touch 3 weeks later. it is now over 7 weeks and no one been in touch. Seems as if I have wasted my money.

While the evening itself was enjoyable, we were not overly impressed with the quality of wine once delivered, not for the price that we paid. And when we received a follow up sales call from Alex Martin, she was very rude and hung up on me. Not what expect when you have spent so much. Not good customer service at all. Would not recommend.

We had Andy for our wine tasting experience on Wed 3rd Feb. Evening was ok and he was friendly.
We did not put in an order and I did not get my host gift of a bottle of wine. He wasn't even going to mention it but when I brought it up he gave me some tale about all the wine needed for a valued customer and he would have added it to my order had I made one. He said I would get it with in a week or so depending on his diary. I don't believe it.
It is now 11th Feb and still nothing. I have tried writing to the company with no response. Next step is to trading standards as I have not received the service/product I signed up for.

You can really taste the difference with these clean fresh wines. And no hangover! We have a great area rep who delivered excellent service on our wine evening.

My experience with Pieroth started off mixed - I made great first contact with David but then it took him several weeks (even months I think) to put me in contact with the representatives local to my parents.
Long story short I was eventually put in touch with Chris. What a hero. Aged only 26 he was the most interesting, professional and enthusiastic Wine Expert you could hope for on an evening like this.
Not only did he bring 15 bottles to taste plus a liquor, but we got given birthday presents, an extra bottle of free wine on top of the standard free bottle and an evening delivered to us that only surpassed expectations.

The wine itself? Well to a young palate I think it's great. Most wines had a certain amount of 'fruitiness' to them and very few if at all left an aftertaste to disagree with. Most of the white wines were fairly sweet and more appropriate for post dinner which ultimately may put off my parents but my sister and I loved them.

The rose was really top notch as were one or two of the Reds. All of the Reds were nice and I would be very happy drinking them all. The highlight was probably the coffee liquor which as a non coffee drinker even I loved!

Above all, Chris was excellent and anybody on the south coast should ask for him. He let us re-taste a few wines and was just brilliant company. Thank you!

Would highly recommend this as a great occasion and something to repeat often!

Have had 3 brilliant evenings and days tasting wine. Our wine advisor Rory Brisby brings a brilliant mix of energy and knowledge with humour and a friendlyness to make an evening thats fun and enjoyable for all. Yes its more expensive than what you would pay in the shops but the quality is amazing and worth it.
Bottom line id recommend anyone to atleast try a Pieroth night even if you dont buy.

I have purchased 4 times with Pieroth, and we always have a fantastic night on the tastings. Phil is brilliant and always shares lots of interesting information. We have always had quick communication, fast delivery and fantastic service. I have never gone back to supermarket wines! I would recommend to everyone

Me and my partner had an amazing wine tasting experience with Paul. He was really informative, polite, nice and had good banter! The wines were some of the best we've tasted, with no headache that I usually get when I drink even just a few glasses of wine.

We had an excellent wine tasting with Gini Batey - it was informative, pleasant, and fun! We would highly recommend it. Not a hard sell and an excellent variety of thoughtfully chosen wine.

Daksha was an amazing host! Her knowledge surrounding the wines was impeccable. Daksha s bubbly personality made our session fun and an experience I ll never get! She is an asset to the Pieroth Wines team and I would highly recommend this service.

I bought a tasting experience at Oxford Food Festival in August and a gift voucher. I was told a rep would contact me within 14 days but this did not happen. I went on the website to try and arrange the tasting and followed their instruction but had no response. I have now called and left a message 3 times and have still had no response from anyone at Pieroth. Will be contacting the Foodie Festival organisers and Trading Standards as this is clearly a scam.

got evening booked and rang 5 times to confirm left lots of messages no one calls me back and emailed to a few times and not replied to them either no idea how to contact this company or if they are even still in business ?

Won t stop calling me, literally 5 - 7 calls daily. Told them to remove me from the calling list countless times.

Testing times using this company second order with this company just before Xmas ,cold called by a member of the sales team asking me would I like 12 bottles of wine with a free bottle of champagne .
Which I agreed even asked me what type of champagne I would like, I received 12 bottles of wine some only bottled this year also a bottle of proesco instead of the promised champagne the sales agent lied to get the sale very disappointed by the whole experience to add insult to injury when I phoned up to complain the customer service person told me can I hurry up as she had other calls coming in so much for a family business has got so big they have lost control

I had a terrible experience with Pieroth. I paid for a wine tasting session from the taste of London Festival on June the 22nd 2019. I was promptly contacted and I went ahead to book my wine tasting for the 21st of July 2019. I was then contact by will who gave me all the information I needed for the tasting as well as the different glasses, cheeses etc. I did not have half of the things so I had to go out and purchase glasses, a jug etc. On the day I was called in the morning by Will saying that there was a family emergency and that he cannot make it. I already had friends on their way over to mine. I then had to run out and get wine and beverages.

Since then I have been contacted several times to re-arrange the wine tasting however I am completely put off by the experience and so are the rest of my party. To day I just asked for my money back as it is evident that I am not going to book with Pieroth again. I was told that I cannot get my money back.

I refuse to take this lying down as the tasting was cancelled at no fault of my own.

I do have a voicemail recording and text message from Will which confirms that he cancelled the session and I am willing to take this trading standards as well as the press. These comments are proof that I am not the only ones that has been let down by this company.

Do not book with them as they will take your money and not offer the service.

Great night. Excellent customer service and amazing wine.

I originally booked this with my partner at a food festival in August time, I redeemed my voucher and it took a while for them to contact me and I had to chase them a couple of times. I then had a call to get me booked in, this was all sorted with a date and I was just waiting on a call from the rep to ask for the address etc. Tim called me on the Monday which was 2 days before he was due to come, he was very nice on the phone and told me he will be with us 15 minutes early just so we are ready to go for 8pm. Tim did arrive on time that night and I have to say he was a lovely bloke ! I read some bad reviews just before this night but I had paid and thought I may as well go through with it, and I am extremely glad I did ! Myself, my partner, my sister and her partner had a fantastic night and a great laugh, we learnt more about wines and learnt more about what we like and what we would look for when we eat out at restaurants. We did a quiz and there was a couple of cool prizes and a free bottle of wine which for the price we paid was a real bargain !!
As you find with a lot of these things at the end the reps are very pushy to get you to purchase wines, Tim asked us if there any we would like to purchase which is part of his job of course, but he was not in the slightest pushy and he did not make us feel uncomfortable at all. We will use Tim when purchasing premium wines and we have also already told other people who are keen to book a similar night with Tim. If you do book one of these please ask for Tim Pocks to run the evening, we will definitely be using him in the future for another wine tasting evening or to purchase some wine !
The company messed up at the start and I had to chase them, and if the rep was not likeable I would be giving this 2 stars but with Tim it is easily 5 stars for the night itself.

Had a great night. Sam from Bristol provided a great laid back but informative evening. Would recommend to anyone. Also the wine was brilliant.

Not a 'wine tasting experience as was advertised when purchased. Purely a hard sale tactic. Very awkward and felt under pressure to purchase.

I have had 2 wine tastings with Phil, a 4 and an 8. His relaxed manner and attitude of letting the wines sell themselves is endearing and with me laying on a nice selection of bread, cheese and antipasti makes for a wonderful evening. I highly recommend the experience and we are currently planning a bigger summer party hopefully with Phil's help and some BBQ to add to the experience!

Very good wines. Good selection with knowledgeable staff. Not had any of the issues regarding the hard selling mention in there reviews.

My wife purchased a voucher from these guys for a tasting evening, sadly we've been unable to book this as they don't answer their phone nor reply to emails. Overall a dreadful set up and unless they refund in total I can only put them down as con artists of which I will be reporting to the police. STAY AWAY

Paid for the service, tried to book which took several attempts and then a couple of days before they rang to confirm, to which i got a voicemail and tried to call back to confirm. They didn't pick up or reply and so never turned up. My sister had them come round and they were very pushy in selling their wines and she felt obligated to buying some. Which sadly turned out to be rather nasty, so a complete waste of money.

Rory has been amazing this evening. We really can't wait now for our wine to arrive now! Fantastic evening

Had another wine tasting by Lewis Dudley who comes to Exeter frequently. He rings us when there are new wines to try or asks if we need a top up. He always brings us superb wines to try and we place our order which comes about a week later. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. We love the wines by Pieroth and like to try all the new ones.

Superb wine tasting evening conducted by the fantastic Phil who brought a great selection of wines to try. Will definitely be coming back to purchase more bottles!

So far very very unimpressed with their service - still waiting for contact from the company to arrange my wine tasting. I am beginning to think this is a scam!

Booked a wine tasting evening at Hampton Court food show which was sold as a sociable evening with wine tasting and no hard sell.
On our wine tasting evening Daniel gave a good presentation of the wines but inevitably the hard sell at the end came. If you are going to run a wine tasting evening where the prime objective is to sell wine then make it clear at the point of sale.

We were sold a wine tasting experience promotion with Pieroth wines at a stall at their Winchester Christmas market. However, the wine tasting events are purely a chance for their representatives to try a hard sell on some very mediocre wines. I would say the representative did know his stuff but the wines were very average and completely over priced. I would recommend steering clear of this company and sticking to more reputable wine importers. However, if you stick to your guns and don't buy any of the wines (unless of course you like them!) then you are likely to have an enjoyable evening - just go in with your eyes open!

Fantastic changing selection of old and new wines. Jay is always suggesting different wines to suite our specific palette, as well as our well loved favourites. Highly recommend a tasting to get you started.

Absolutely wonderful tasting with Rory! Wonderful selection of wine and lots of wine knowledge which I will use. Plan on being a Pieroth customer long into the future. Can't wait to see their new selection going forward.

Just back from BBC good food show at the NEC. Was allowed to taste some nice wines and then they tried the HARD sell, these wines will not be available if I have a wine party they could only be purchased at the show. I was informed the rep would only bring 1 wine for a tasting and not a range. I informed them I would come back latter, the sales person was just not interested and got up and walked off. I do video mystery shopping and was filming a different seller located at the show with hidden camera. Now thinking I should put the footage on Youtube.

Unfortunately I received a Pieroth voucher as a present; registered it on 14 September. Since then silence. Even email and the main phone number given on the website are ignored.

We booked a few months in advance for the Pieroth wine tasting on 10 Oct at 8pm. We were very excited about the wine tasting and had invited 2 friends to join us, we had prepared some food that would go with wine.


So at this point of the conversation I was speechless, it was apparent that it was useless to tell him that he had ruin our evening. He said he could make it up to us and rebook our wine testing for the following week. I got back to him on Monday saying I rather to have the wine tasting refunded, and he agreed to arrange that for me. I haven't heard from him for a good month and texted him to check where was our refund, but never heard from him at all. Luckily I bought the deal on LivingSocial that they had refunded us in credit instead, it is not ideal, but still better than dealing with Pieroth again.
Other than the wine expert cancelled him on the day, the overall experience I had with Pieroth was quite poor. I booked the wine tasting a few months beforehand. On the Tuesday of the week that the wine tasting supposed to take place and I still hadn't had anyone to contact me to arrange the details. So I called their phone number on their website and a lady picked up the phone said she didn't know what I was talking about, so she transferred me to the other people and at the end I was able to talk to the wine expert that supposed to come on the evening.

Fabulous evening with Phil at the helm, bringing over a lovely selection of wines to taste from all over the world. His extensive knowledge of wines brought the evening to life and helped me choose which wines were perfect for every occasion. I highly recommend Phil and the team for a night of fun, laughter and very good wine!

John was great... Entertaining and informative. We had a very nice varied selection of wines all very different and with their own characteristics. John was more than happy to answer all our questions silly and serious and was a great host. Looking forward to our wines arriving!!

Really wish I'd read these reviews before signing up to a case of wine following the RUDEST customer service I've ever experienced in my own home by Michael Eyre at Pieroth, at a wine tasting. He swore constantly throughout the tasting, admitted to drink driving (and was drinking that night and intended to drive home) and also at the end of the night when about to walk out of my home calling me a 'miserable cow'. My boyfriend and his 3 friends bought the wine but seriously regretting it now. Trying to get money back and cancel all communication with them. Awful.

An entirely lovely evening centred around amazing, well priced wines!

Had a lovely night for wine tasting with family and friends. Andrew was informative, professional and excellent at making us feel part of the whole experience. The wines were fab, delicious and the sherry was amazing i cant wait to have it at christmas. Planning our next one for spring summer. Delivery of wine was quick and efficient. I am leaving this review on behalf of my mother as I was the one that received the voucher for wine tasting through my Taste Card, but offered it to her as I do not drink alcohol myself but was present at the evening.

Absolutely appalling customer service from this company. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this company at all costs.

Myself and my mother registered the voucher to which she had a promt email confirming a representative would get in touch to arrange the night etc. We contacted family and friends to invite to the night as we thought it would be an enjoyable yet different experience, although coming to book the night was down right annoying! We hadn't heard about it for quite a while and in all honesty forgot about it completely until a representative phoned the home telephone and took me by surprise as I was the one at home. He was rather unpleasant to talk to when I explained my mother was currently at work and would need to contact him when she had a spare moment, his reply was rather strange as he seemed to be in such a hurry, however my mother did proceed to get back to him in due course when she had a moment free.
He then proceeded to be rather rude to my mother as she asked the simple question of would there be an obligation to place an order for the wines etc after having the wine tasting event.

Although we must say the wine tasting event was amazing, as we had a different representative named Pete or as he explained to ourselves "Pete The Wine Man". He was absolutely lovely and pleasant throughout the entire night and made us rather glad we had him instead of the original representative that contacted ourselves. Our party did proceed to place a rather substantial order sharing out the wines etc.

However then my mother has been contacted twice by rather pushy employees to place another order, now these wines are not cheap by any standard. To a normal household these are probably once in a blue moon purchase to be completely honest! The first experience of my mother being contacted resulted in her just saying yes to the order and then cancelling it as she felt ridiculously presured!


I work in customer service myself and by god would never respond to customers I have seen this company responding. No wonder all the bad reviews! The correlate with our experience entirely.

Will continue to telephone you despite repeatedly asking to be removed from their database.

I have never had a wine tasting session from them but I have been a monthly customer for well over 8 months now and apart from one wine (not to my palate) ALL have been excellent wines. I cannot commend them enough, especially Emma from the wine sales team, who is always nice, cheerful, funny and very helpful. Thank you Pieroth Team. Long may you continue and prosper. Colin.

Lovley night with Pieroth wines, huge selection of wines and a lovley host. Really reccomend the night. Wine is of such a high quality!

Rory was an absolute delight. Made the night fun with lots of wine and laughs.
He definitely knew his stuff and was always keen to make us happy and find the perfect wine.

Always had great service, from Sales (Jay) and customer service, orders always on time and everytime we have a tasing its always a fantasic evening, and the wine is just fabulous! .

In summary - do not use, overpriced wine, they deny they offered promotional deals, then harass you for two years with sales calls.

Strongly advise against using this company. When I did I had to argue to get the promotional wine included with the two cases I ordered (as the didn t send it with the original delivery).

I ve also been receiving sales calls for the last two years, each time telling them to stop and remove my number. I was told once I had to contact their office to stop the calls! I m unsure of the legality of this, although I did so out of sheer frustration. That still hasn t stopped the calls though!

The wine was ok, although for the price definitely not worthwhile, and the customer service is downright atrocious.

I am beginning to doubt this company's integrity. Wine ordered in October ...paid for in full in November for delivery in the first week in December.......still no wine with 3 days to go before xmas.
If I don't get my wine or a refund I am going to have publicly disgrace them on facebook,Twitter and Youtube

Salesman arrived on time and was polite. The wines presented were no better than those available at better supermarkets or wine merchants and are more costly once the "postage" is added. My fear now is that I will be plagued with phone calls now that I am "on the list"

- Signed agreement after many samples of wine, ergo not quite with it.
- small print on sales agreement is out of date (perhaps illegal now since it was written) and a credit search was performed on my name without my consent (except the drunken signature) which affected my credit score by -15 points. NOT GOOD! I NEVER ask for nor expect credit. I pay in full from a debit account or in cash.
- Expensive wines and not entirely unique, as they are claimed to be.

had a great wine tasting on 14/11/16 with carole she was very nice and made sure we had a good laugh while learning about wine and tasting them... will be booking again soon and recommending to all my friends!!

Organised wine tasting for a 60th birthday. Received 2 phonecalls on 2 Jan 18 both guys were coming to perform wine tasting. However on the date of wine tasting 19th jan no one turned up called both guys one had his phone off the other one answered saying it wasn't him coming . Received call from area manager who informed me he was sorry and would call me on the Monday 21st jan after looki g into why no one turned up .He also said he would send some wine free for my friends birthday however no call came on the Monday and still awaiting call informing me what was the reason no one turned up . Very disappointed

Thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting experience and discovered a lot of lovely wines that I would previously never have tried. Rory was very friendly and knowledgable. I look forward to my next wine tasting event.

Had my first wine tasting last night with Rory. It was a great experience and Rory was very informative and funny. Am normally a rose drinker but in my first case from Pieroth i purchased white and red! Can't wait for my next wine tasting

dont even waste your breath let alone money on this company. Quick to take your money, then conveniently they go quiet and you never hear from them again! We were told to allow 3 weeks to hear from them, after registering gift certificate. It's been nearly 3 months and we haven't heard a sausage. They have ignored email after email about arranging a wine night. Haven't heard a peep. It's a real shame as we were all looking forward to trying something different for an evening, and the wine night itself sounded really promising.

And after reading previous reviews, we arent the only ones this has happened to.

Lewis who looks after the south west was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a great evening wine tasting. The wine is pretty pricey though.

Had a lovely evening wine tasting - which was then ruined by the awkward 'buy now or else' part at the end. It was too much of a hard sell and made us really awkward and uncomfortable. Our host turned moody and walked out in a huff. Perhaps give more options to customers such as the option to buy 1 bottle of wine, not 12, and the option to buy at a later date.

Cannot recommend Pieroth highly enough! Had a fantastic evening. Rory's knowledge is second to none. Already looking forward to our next wine tasting evening.

It's been 7 weeks since I was charged for my case of wine and still have yet to receive it. While the Pieroth team has been pleasant to talk to via email, I'm very upset that I spent so much money on wine that I now feel I may never get. The wine was nice at the tasting I went to but not so much so that I would go through this stress again. Unnecessary added frustration in my life.

Enjoyable evening and well presented by Rory. Our group of cynics ended up ordering a range of what we are sure will be a variety of enjoyable wines.

This company needs to stop phoning my grandad.
Not taking no for an answer. Selling an elderly man bottles of wine he doesn't want.
I shall be taking this matter further as he now scare to answer his phone.

Superb evening, knowledgeable, friendly and amenable host (Phil) and fabulous wine tasting. A good few bottles ordered. A must for a brilliant evening with friends :)

Compete scam! Given voucher as a Christmas gift. Recieved confirmation of activated certificate. Then told certificate is not transferable, despite certificate stating that the bearer can claim the wine tasting. Questioned if the purchaser can claim the tasting and had no response. Next step Trading Standards.

Phil was wine connoisseur. Great night sampling the finest libations Ickenham has too offer. Going down easy....great wines.

Had a really lovely evening. Lovely wines and ordered six bottle. Came to our friend Karen Paecock who organised it. Jenny was lovely. Thanks for a great evening.

There may be a more poorly administered company, with worse customer service, an acrobatic accounts and delivery system, but it has not yet been invented as fiction.
Deliveries sent to a different unknown address or sent unrequested, telephone conversations that differed in content and detail from the customer, an insistence in NOT sending emails for clarity, an inability to make and keep appointments, a refusal to send breakdowns of bills rather than a single number,
Apart from that and an inability to explain why cash tendered was not worthy of a receipt, an 'interesting' company.

I have been getting wines from Pieroth for many years, always great quality and fun having regular tastings with Ben. Absolute stars today for getting my christmas order to me when Yodel failed. Thank you to area manager Richard for dropping it off. There will definitely be a merry christmas now.

It s a scam. Just 4 hours before the tasting, the rep calls to cancel with no replacement and still waiting for a refund. When I purchased the voucher, my mum also purchased one and the exact same thing happened to her. Please be aware as it s a very disappointing experience

Had a home wine tasting event last night, 2nd July, and it was such a good experience. Jade took us on our wine journey and for someone who didn't know a lot or hadnt tried many wines I was very suprised about what I liked compared to what I thought I would like. The background on each wine and area it comes from is excellent, it is very personable and we felt really relaxed throughout the event. Can't wait for our wine to arrive!

Best to avoid. I had a special offer from them but then was charged the full amount!

Had THE most enjoyable evening wine tasting with Colin. There was no hard sell, but we chose to purchase a case each because the wines we had tasted were of such a high quality (plus we were somewhat tipsy at this point!!) Colin was very knowledgeable and made the whole tasting experience an absolute hoot. We can't wait to arrange our next one!

They provide exceptional wines. Unfortunately, they continue to pester you. when you have politely informed them that you do not want anymore telephone calls from any of their staff.
They have telephoned about 25 to 30 times. On the last occasion we told them we do not require anymore of their excellent wine. They can only blame them selves for not heeding our first instructions "We would Call Them If we Required any of their wines" They had become so much of a nuisance. We have decided never to purchase any of their wines ever again.

You could say we have cut our nose off to spite our face. furthermore we hate being pestered when we have expressed our wishes not to be bothered by them.
