I bought a tasting experience at Oxford Food Festival in August and a gift voucher. I was told a rep would contact me within 14 days but this did not happen. I went on the website to try and arrange the tasting and followed their instruction but had no response. I have now called and left a message 3 times and have still had no response from anyone at Pieroth. Will be contacting the Foodie Festival organisers and Trading Standards as this is clearly a scam.
