Had a lovely evening wine tasting - which was then ruined by the awkward 'buy now or else' part at the end. It was too much of a hard sell and made us really awkward and uncomfortable. Our host turned moody and walked out in a huff. Perhaps give more options to customers such as the option to buy 1 bottle of wine, not 12, and the option to buy at a later date.
