DON'T TOUCH THEM!!!! My father was forced to pay twice for the same wine order, having been told that they had never received his first payment (cash paid to the salesman!!!). I challenged them about it and they were eventually apologetic and told me that they would reimburse my father AND send him some free bottles of wine. That was back in March, it is now June and after numerous calls and apologies for the "paperwork still being with the accounts department", my father has received nothing. I've heard the salesman doesn't work there anymore - funny that!!!!! Stick to a reliable wine company.
