My girlfriend organised a wine tasting with pieroth which took place on the 17th of December and everything went well on the night the fella that came to our house (Jonathon Mushrow) or (Jon) seemed nice on the night

And then the following day I noticed a large sum of money missing from my account so I spoke to the bank and Pieroth's name was mentioned

Jon had failed to mention the prices he had given us didn't include VAT, not only that but he had charged everyones separate orders to my account in one sum instead of taking everyone's orders separately from the details they provided

He also said that a receipt would be sent to my girlfriends email address which never materialised and we never received our free bottle of wine as promised

We finally spoke to someone from pieroth on the 19th of December after trying numerous channels of communication we received a phone call from them and were promised a refund

We gave them their 7 working days the bank said we had to allow them to achieve this refund which with Christmas and the new year bank holidays taken into account took a lot longer than we would have liked

So after their 7 working days we have done nothing but ring them continuously for the refund we even spoke to Jonathon Mushrow on the phone and by email and he pretended not to be the same Jon that attended the wine tasting which is very unprofessional and extremely childish, when we typed his name into Facebook a picture of the same Jon appeared so he was caught out to be a liar

We have still not been refunded even though we were told it should be in my account yesterday and it's still not in even today, I am due to go overdrawn because of this in the next few days when bills start to leave my account

Steer well clear of this company, dodgey would be a massive understatement, we haven't been given so much as an apology from them

They have been dishonest and deceiving throughout our dealing with them and we have reported them to trading standards
