We went for the motorcycle show, it seems to be shrinking every year, kind of disappointing

Good facilities and services, but not much to do outside the resort

Cool place a indoor outdoor pool just went under a glass wall to go outside and a couple Jacuzzis

Just stayed there Saturday and was there for a wedding at the Special price of $119 only to find out others with the wedding did not ask for the wedding special and got it for $85 when asked the person checking us in was told those $85 rooms are not in the tower and are smaller and not as nice and don't have microwaves and other amenities.Well found out that was bull because one of those people had a room in the tower at $85. Get me once but never again.
The Room was clean and nice. Played a round of Golf the course was really nice and not expensive senior rate of $35 and $45 for others.
Took my grandson to the pool before check out it was around 9:45am When we walked in noticed no towels in the rack so made a call and was told they will inform
house keeping. well 45 minutes later no towels so called again this time another person told me they are drying and will get there when they are done. Watched as others call and others just walked out the door all wet to shiver their way back to their rooms. Finally told my son in law to bring down a towel. You know if you are going to charge a resort fee on top of the $119 then give your clients better service.
Someone with that Resort should have bought in some towels as soon as they received the call. And not make people scoop up there little one in their arms just to try and keep them warm on the way back to their rooms. Oh the towels never came and now it's 11:30 Wow time to check out

This is a great location that offers a lot of great amenities. The hotel is excellent, great rooms, clean, nice helpful staff. They had a bugfest hosted here where there were a lot of older VW beetles, buses, gtis and more. It was nice to see this event here and already looking forward to next year.

Very nice somewhat historic resort, but rooms are very outdated, and in fair condition at best. Many other options in close proximity for a better value.

Not sure if the ac was broken or just so old that it couldn't keep up with the 90 degree weather, but it was hot everywhere except the room. Rooms are more motel than resort. Lots of options for amenities in the place and great location, but definitely in need of some upgrading.

Mirror on the closet is cracked. Called the front office and was told it would be fixed. Came back 6 hours later and it wasn't fixed. Called the front office and no notes were out on my room's account.

Room had a funny smell, tub filled up with water and wouldn't drain. But the complex was nice

Just used the main hall. It was pleasant. Able to hear and see the speaker well.

Went to Zanies for a comedy show. Place is a little run down looking but show was great and staff was wonderful.

The area was very cool. There was a lot going on. Bar, food, party, all while we were waiting to go to the escape room located on site. The escape room was a lot of fun and the drinks at the bar were very good. Definately would go back

Love the hotel. Megaplex is a great venue. Golf course is impeccable

I attended an event at Phesant Run Resort which was heald in their New Orleans banquet hall. The hall was absolutely beautiful and accommodating to the large number of guests as we were there for a benefit. The stage was a great size without being over bearing, and had a wonderful sized dance floor before it. I'm unsure if the decorations were done by the resort but if so they were incredible. The food and staff were equally amazing. The only issues I had were that the drinks were a bit light from the inside hall bar Tender, and I'm a complete light weight. The only other issue which I'm sure they will be looking into, is that the whole day it was raining fairly hard and by the end of the night the roof began to leak in various places thought the establishment.

Amazing car show! Great venue! Great people! Absolutely wonderful!

Went for Combo Breaker 2017, huge crowd but still plenty of parking. Venue was perfect for the tournament.

The course was in outstanding condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Did not get real good value at the resort. Pretty average experience.

First room I had was on the main floor in the "golf wing" but the carpet was stained and ripped up so I asked for a new room. They "upgraded" me to a room in the tower on the 5th floor but it smelled like smoke and had a crumbling ceiling. Would not recommend!

Had a great time there the rooms were really clean we only stayed overnight we didn't use any of the amenities or anything but all of the staff was great we were well taken care of and if I ever get back there again I will definitely stay there again

Went for 18 holes of golf. Course was well maintained for coming out of the cold season. Would recommend.

This place needs some serious renovation...must be hemorrhaging money. Prices are over the top...too much!

I hated it no cap this was boring because I was in a program for college readiness and didnt get to go swimming or go outside and enjoy the amenities to the fullest because look at our schedule barely any freetime throughout my visit we are staying till Sunday and we came friday that is disappointing

Friendly staff, nice facilities, some areas show wear.

Fun banquet area, food was average to above average.

Atttended the Home Show this past weekend as a volunteer. The hotel staff responded quickly to requests regarding the exhibits and guests. Ballroom lobby lighting is poor

This is a must go!! You will not be bored at this place while you stay so I do highly recomend it

Enjoyed my time at CABDA. The event was fun, and the venue was great!

Friendly and accommodating staff, but the building itself needs a little love. While we were there we came across a couple flooded hallways and some peeling wallpaper. Nothing beyond reason. Nice enough place for the price.

We went to Zanies for my best friends Bachelorette party. The comedians were great and interacted with the crowd. It was a great experience, we'll definitely go again.

Went golfing. Course was in very good shape and the personnel was happy and helpful.

Very unique and interesting establishment. Three pools and one hot tub that was unfortunately out of service for our stay. Room was clean and nice, check in took longer than hoped. Overall I would recommend.

Zanies comedy club. Drinks and a walk around inside. Cool setup looks like New Orleans walk. Entertainment always going on.

Loved it! Here for a church retreat and the facilities are pretty satisfactory for the cost including an indoor-outdoor pool, decent roons and better than usual food.

I attended a convention held at Pheasant Run. Overall my experience was beyond satisfactory.

I am here for an event weekend and all I can say is, "I don't get it." My room is clean and the bed is nice, but it also still has a TUBE TV in the room. It is a suite, with a TV from 1996. The whole resort is just very dated and very much needs a renovation. Pool is great.

Zanies comedy club and an indoor- outdoor pool make this place fun. However, the whole place is a bit dated .

Its ok, needs a lot of updating. Awesome indoor pool for the kids.

Visited here for the annual pipe show. Very clean and friendly. Plenty of restroom facilities.

Chicago rooms were full due to a convention. Had to drive almost an hour but came across this place and enjoyed the stay. Very interesting place to stay. Bar, food, and a golf course. I was traveling for business and my stay was pleasant.

Attended a trade show. Facilities were clean. Staff was friendly.

Was here for the all Canada show. Great facility for the trade show. No wifi though unfortunately and cell reception is very poor on the floor.

If you are looking for quality of appearance in rooms its not updated. Theres lots to do but the times weren't extended enough on a sunday so it didn't work out the greatest. The resort has a great pool and bourbon street is kinda cool. Needs an updated elevator.

Beautiful rooms, attentive and courteous service. Lots to do and see, especially if you include a show at the intimate theater.

Its not the worst place in the world to stay on, but it's way too expensive for just average quality service. The rooms look nice but the bathrooms are not up to par. The food isn't as good as it should be for the price as well.

Hotel definitely needs some help. We walked into our room to find ripped bedding, stained lamp shades, flys on the very dirty window, no outlets near the bed which also means there was no alarm clock. The chair in the room was dirty and stained, the 3 pillows on the king size bed were travel size, and then found pubic hair in the shower. Will not be returning. Thought the experience would have been nicer for the money we had paid.

Was there for a community theater event. We stopped into Harvest for dinner, everything was awesome!

Horrible and filthy. Service is terrible all around. Our room was filthy when we checked in and no one apologized or offered a solution. They were annoyed we even called the front desk. It was almost like we were burdening them to do THEIR JOBS. On top of that we got 4 body towels and 1 single washcloth for 2 ppl...what were we supposed to so with one wash cloth

Went for Easter brunch, it was nice! Especially enjoyed the Easter-themed fruit carving decorations.

Everything I saw was nice, except for my room, which is sort of the whole point of being in a hotel. Why spend money on all other areas of entertainment, and leave the room so horrible smelly that it smells like a very overloaded cat litter box?? Badly in need of new carpet. Someone must have smuggled in a cat because I don't see how anything could smell that bad.

The staff is pleasant and the dining services are adequate. Unfortunately the rooms have something to be desired of. The beds have a sheet with a thin "blanket" like felt with another sheet on top. We asked for 2 more blankets because it was a bit chilly and we recieved one dirty comforter. We asked for blankets again and recieved nothing. I would not recommend staying here, instead maybe visit for the day and stay else where.

Our group played from the gold tees, about 5700 yards. Plenty of distance for our senior group of 28 golfers. Plenty of sand and water in serious places. Check the back of score card for water, some not easy to see, but definitely comes in to play. Good condition, but greens roll out. Parking is a pain, due to lack of parking near the check in area. They do have bag drop area and will pick you up at remote parking area. Driving range is long way from first tee and cart is needed to get there. All in all nice conditioned course and very playable.

Went for the motorcycle show on February 28. The show was extremely disappointing. It has gotten smaller and smaller every year we have gone. What used to be multiple rooms of vendors has now turned into one room with multiple booths that aren't even motorcycle related. Very disappointed in how a great show has gone downhill over the years. It's unlikely that we will return to this event.

There were two large events happening the weekend we were there... They did a daily good job at managing everything.

We went for my daughter's birthday with her girnds and everyone had a blast. The indoor outdoor pool was the highlight

Went with family to the Easter brunch. The food was excellent.

Perfect for an intimate setting and celebration with genuine customer service and caring people who truly value you! My wife and I were greeted a with family welcome and treated with sincere hospitality. The Sunday brunch was filled with delights and the fare was reasonable. Have returned many times with our gusts also appreciating the atmosphere and warm greetings.

Room was nice and comfortable. Conference facilities were great.

My husband and I went there for dinner, at the Harvest. Service at the restaurant is very good, the food is excellent.

We visit often! This visit was at Zanies and the comedian John Roy was great! I loved the service! The wait staff was very friendly !

Easter brunch was a zoo, felt like a cattle herding session. Probably will not return.

Great scenery and when events are active the activity site is secured by local cops as so no disorderly conduct happens

Was impressed right when we walked in. Theresa was the person at the front desk. Very kind and informative. Even mapped out the resort so it was easy to find our room on the 15th floor ...I'd give 10 stars if possible.

All of the staff was kind, the venue itself is nice although parts feel a bit dated. I had no major issues with the room, the food and beverages were not too unreasonably priced, and the band I saw in the bourbon street was phenomenal.

I got a Groupon deal. Our room was very nice. Has a problem with the tub drain not draining, but they promptly fixed it. Pool area was nice, bars were nice, and they had a nice bonfire area. Live music was just okay, but overall so much to do!

GREAT local getaway. AMAZING events. Indoor outdoor pool with a hot tub that will melt your worries away. Outdoor fire pit that will warm you up on a beautiful fall night. Family & pet friendly. Enjoy
