Since I'm gluten free I found out I get charged extra for my food. So I emailed last week and left my # only to have no response. This same restaurant location served me regular food after I specifically told them it had to be gluten free. After I got extremely sick I called and spoke to their manager. He said, ' this will be a great learning tool for my staff.' And, ' was there a logo on the plate?' Because I'm supposed to know a logo designates gluten free. No apology. I'm done!!! And I bave lots of friends with celiac and gluten intolerance. We won't be coming to your restaurants.

Worst customer service I've ever received from a restaurant. Placed a to-go order, waited 1 hour for it to be ready, then when I went in to pick it up my order hadn't even been prepared. I still paid full price $60 for four orders and was not offered any sort of complementary service for their mistake. The manager was useless and unconcerned. Definitely not satisfied. Do not go to the location off of Frankford and the North Dallas Tollway, you will not be treated well or respected.

This is their corporate headquarters. It is not open to public and they serve no food. They get people wandering in all the time who they direct to the real PF Changs. Restaurants. They might give you coupons for free appraisers. .

I live in North Carolina near the Greensboro PFchang location. I have been trying to contact them to make a reservation for the pass 30 minutes. I've been on hold and was hung up on 3 different times I'm so passed off.. my wife and I have been spending our hard earned money here since this location has opened. I'm sad that the customer service has gotten so bad that we will no longer be eatimg at PFChang zero stars

Yesterday I called the number for the Winter Park, FL location. The customer service representative was extremely rude and dismissive of the questions I was asking about new foods they have on their menu. You see I was looking to order a new item on their menu. I had given her some items I was considering as part of my order. Well instead of properly going over the order with me she hit send without seeking confirmation that I was done placing or possibly changing items on my order. In midst sentence and with extreme rudeness she informed me that she is transferring the call to take out. I got the take out person on the line and immediately asked for a manager. then I found out that I was dealing with the call center. I will be going elsewhere for my meals.

I have no words for their new menu. They ve removed the Hot And Sour Soup. That s like the Dairy Queen removing soft serve from their menu! Other than for their Lettuce Wraps, I will not be frequenting PF Changs in the future. It was always my go to for Asian food, but not anymore.

I only selected one star as zero was unavailable. I regularly order delivery via Chandler Blvd location website. Today, at 7:22pm, confirmation states ready for pick up at 8:05pm. Restaurant hours indicate closing at 8! I immediately contacted store at 7:23 and spoke with Savannah who transferred me to Dave? who then transferred me to Mike who stated himself as manager. He advised that he has a long line and will cancel when he gets a chance!! Additionally stated that since my order was already made and ready for pick up, why not just come in. Multiple problems with this experience. Order placed for delivery and confirmed as pick up. It was at 7:26 that Mike said food was already made and waiting for my pickup, 4 minutes after ordered but portal states pickup time as available 5 minutes after scheduled closure. I feel this establishment has in fact stolen my money which is already paid and refusing to refund me. Also, because of this stated congestion of customers, is this restaurant endangering us all with no social distancing and risking food poisoning the public by having orders which are supposed to be freshly made, sitting out on a counter?!?! I pray I have not been robbed by PF Chang's and receive full refund without having to fight for it.

My beef fried rice was awful. The rice was not cooked. The beef was dry and in huge inedible chunks. The Honey chicken had a strong egg flavor. I had the same experience 3 weeks ago, then excellent food and now this time...it was bad. The server was down. The food is not always good. I spent $22 on inedible food.

What a horrible surprise I had when I stopped into P.F. Chang's on the Plaza and my favorite menu items were gone from the menu. I come here for the hot and sour soup. Well I guess I will find a new location for a bowl of hot and sour.

I suggust you bring back the old menu.

Homestead/Waterfront/PA location. What a disaster! Table of 6 for lunch-time was 2:30, only 2 guests already inside restaurant--should have known better at that point. Waiter was a sloppy mess, took him 10 min just to come to table, then 15 min to bring back beverages--of which he never brought mine the entire meal, ordered several apps all came out separately in 10-15 min increments. Then he told us that he delivered the wrong app to our table, then entrees came out separately, first only 2, 15 minutes later the other 3, the last entree never came, then the kitchen forgot one of the dumplings on the last entree plate and brought it out on a separate dish---I mean it was a nightmare! We sat there quietly until the end, I then spoke to the so called "manager" at the bar(away from guests,) and proceeded to let him know that we had all of these issues. He was a joke--his comment was, "this is the first I heard of it." Put my hands together and told him that the Expediter needs to pay attention to ticket times, food orders etc. especially when there is no one even in the restaurant. Told him that we had just received the last entree and all other guests had already finished eating their meals. Then this manager walks over to our table as we were paying the bill and he starts coming at me arguing loudly with me-right in front of my guests. His words. "I am a grown man, what you said to me was unacceptable" I said, I am sorry that you are not paying attention to the ticket times and that you feel like my hand movements portraying expediting tickets bother you." It was unbelievable! Right then, I should have called the police for infringement on my 6ft social distancing space and for Offensive Public Misconduct. Will be contacting PF Changs Corporate Offices. This was absolutely shameful! Stay away from this location!!!

This has used to be my favorite restaurant, since I work from home and meet clients, this was the best place to do that. Until you changed you menu, I loved the soup and udon noodle dish, I have stomach issues and only thing I could eat a long time. I used to go 2 to 3 times a week, now it is 2 to 3 times a month.
Bring back your old menu, it was amazing no reason to change.

Store bough Sesame Chicken was disgusting to say the least. Frozen meal was filled with inedible bits and scraps of chicken, nothing like what the label pictured. Garbage, total garbage. I would have eaten better had I purchased dog food; they both likely had the same ingredients!!

Poor quality and questionable ethics: I purchased 5 bags of frozen honey "breast meat' chicken on sale from Kroger. I thought with PF Chang's name on it, it would have to be good. Turned out to be a waste of money for rubbery chicken that was a mix of chicken meat, not "chicken breast" and a whole lot of breading. Maybe it was chicken meal, I do not know. What I do know, is it was nothing like the quality I have found in their restaurants. I will not purchase their products anymore and I do not plan to eat at their restaurants if they support deceitful packaging and subpar food quality with their frozen grocery distribution and/or licensing agreements.

Disgusting. ZERO customer service. Our table was so tightly situated that the servers were constantly bumping our food platters with their rear ends and if that weren't enough the hostess continued to bring parties through the narrow space-one woman had to hold her car seat over our heads to get through. As she did the bottom of her coat and her zipper drug through my Changs spicy shrimp and double pan fried noodles. I got up and asked a manager to be reseated at the table he was cleaning. He told me I could not have that table because he had already assigned it to another party but said I could have a cramped two too in the corner. I insisted and he relented. Once I was situated in our new table I went to pour a second glass of Jordan wine to find the bottle was FILTHY. I showed our waiter who dismissed my concern, brought back a cork that he dug up from who knows where-and offered to let me take my dirty bottle home. He did say he let the bartender know he should wipe the bottle. Needless to say, my appetite and my desire to enjoy my wine was completely gone and I left the $53.00 bottle of wine minus one glass on the table.
I stopped on the way out to share again with the bearded, bald amanger. He was completely dumbfounded and could not have cared any less.
PF Changs, I would sure suggest some manager training and a review of your entire establishment because these standards wouldn't even fly at McDonald's. My bottle of wine should have promptly been replaced by a full and clean bottle and an apology for the table situation was in order!
I won't go back to PF Changs.

Horrible service! As soon as we walked in the hostess was rude and then the waiter intentionally ignored us and was rude taking out order and didn't even want to explain things off the menu! The manger did nothing and only gave us an insincere apology! And on the way out the hostess aggressive asked us what and we weren't talking to her and rolled her eyes! Will not be coming back until the staff and manager learn some customer service! We left with no order and very upset!

terrible Mother's Day experience, but more importantly no one has reached back out to me despite my leaving messages and sending emails with regards to the horrific service as well as the fact that the staff had loud blaring music on while over 25 people waited in a lobby for their food. Many without masks... the staff member was NOT wearing gloves and certainly was not using hand sanitizer at all for the over 2 hours my daughter waited in a lobby that should have had NO where near that many people in it. I will forward this to the Governor of Va. who is anxious and trying to assure us all that these restaurants are doing what they are supposed to be doing to get up to speed on safe handling of the patrons, food, staff, etc... ridiculous.

I have never been so disappointed in service at a Restaurant. We had a reservation for 14 ppl for a Birthday celebration.
We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before we were served and our waiter was the rudest, most arrogant server I have ever been around.

Then my 84 year old Birthday mom got very sick and I rushed her to the bathroom where she got violently ill.
I asked the bartender for help and all I got was a yellow fall sign outside of the door.

Then we had to box up our own food to leave.

There was no sign of a manager at any time.

We were also charged for our free fried rice coupon on several bills.

Our family is in the hospitality businesss in Huntsville. I was embarrassed for your company.

I can promise we will NEVER-be at your business again.

I have been to this sawgrass location a million times and I have always had great service. Tonight I went and the server added additional charges twice on my bill claiming they didn t have a button for the added side so he charged me 10.00 extra. He sent the manager over and the rude manager working late on 11/24/17 who didn t give me his name basically said well, look, the shrimp was an extra 10.00 and didn t even try to understand I was upset I wasn t told about this. when my husband got upset and said he wasn t just going to pay for something we weren t told about the manager snatched the receipt from me and said well fine then and stormed off. He is a disgrace and his customer service is horrible. I will never give them my business at this location again. My bill was 47.00 and courtesy would have removed 4.95. I hope they get better managers there because this one clearly shouldn t have the job. #Rude

Don't work for this they tell you in the interview and once you start working for them that you can work a second job but once you let the so called general manager know you got a second job that's when they think of a way to fire you i hot fired for putting gluten free sauce on a gluten meal that was ordered managers and the waitresses all started to argue with me and then cops were called on me this place is not professional at all smh i just don't understand how you get trained well so called trained to cook a food and when you put the right the right ingredients on the food they get mad and fore you instead of the real reason why they are deciding to fire you smh

That was weird. I walked up to the bar said hi to the bartender and say down. Another customer came up about 30 seconds later. The bartender then proceeded to help that customer and start ringing them up for a to go order. Is this not a first come first serve establishment. All I wanted to do is place a to go order. I left, I don't sirens my money at places that treat patrons in this manner. Amazing, where business and customer service levels have dropped too. As long as they are making a profit they don't care about you or I. I'm going to go support local as I should've in the first place. Loveland, Colorado store.

No problems with the service. Thats why Im reviewing corporate. I understand keeping things with your menu fresh but why do you have to change 75% of it, offer way less options, and make recipes worse. For example the vegetable spring rolls used to be robust and full of veggies now they are small and have carrots and cabbage. Also removing the lunch options doesn't increase business as most people lunching are not looking for family style dinner. The quality of meat used to be fresh and battered or dusted right before its cooked. Now its the same frozen quality of Pei Wei. Making your restaurant taste like the frozen food isle at Wal-Mart was a bad idea. PF Changs Was once a fabulous place 10 years ago and every year since it has gotten worse. I could go on forever but another problem is the menu online has lower proces than in the restaurant (okc) that is flase advertising and it was every single item. I suggest going back to your roots when the food was actually fresh and good.

Recent visit to PF Chang's at Buford location was horrible.They were having an anniversary celebration 25 years buy one 25cents.Obviously overwhelming.We were told it would be 1 hour 40 min wait.This we agreed to.After waiting asked did we still wish to be seated.Yes we said get to the table and they tell us that it would be another 2 hours because the kitchen was behind.Never said sorry not even offered a glass of water.If you are celebrating your restaurant's birthday you need to plan L
