Not sure what is happening with their business. My tenant was unable to organise the inspection since they could not stay home all day to wait. I also tried get it done and booked it in for a Tuesday. They wont tell you a time so I asked to call me in the morning to let me know when they could attent. I have to drive 40 minutes and have two small kids with to consider. They called at 1pm when I was on another call so they left message. I called back and left message 2 times (approx 15 minutes after missed call). Also texted them to call me or tenant to organise visit that day since tenant told me she was home. This would save me the time to drive with my kids. We heard nothing from the inspector. Next morning I received an email saying they were unable to complete inspection. To me this is hardly trying when they call one time and left message. We left several messages and texts asking them to call back. They had 3,5 hours to organise what was scheduled for that day. Sorry guys, you are making it way to hard for your clients. We are going somewhere else.
