Disgusting. ZERO customer service. Our table was so tightly situated that the servers were constantly bumping our food platters with their rear ends and if that weren't enough the hostess continued to bring parties through the narrow space-one woman had to hold her car seat over our heads to get through. As she did the bottom of her coat and her zipper drug through my Changs spicy shrimp and double pan fried noodles. I got up and asked a manager to be reseated at the table he was cleaning. He told me I could not have that table because he had already assigned it to another party but said I could have a cramped two too in the corner. I insisted and he relented. Once I was situated in our new table I went to pour a second glass of Jordan wine to find the bottle was FILTHY. I showed our waiter who dismissed my concern, brought back a cork that he dug up from who knows where-and offered to let me take my dirty bottle home. He did say he let the bartender know he should wipe the bottle. Needless to say, my appetite and my desire to enjoy my wine was completely gone and I left the $53.00 bottle of wine minus one glass on the table.
I stopped on the way out to share again with the bearded, bald amanger. He was completely dumbfounded and could not have cared any less.
PF Changs, I would sure suggest some manager training and a review of your entire establishment because these standards wouldn't even fly at McDonald's. My bottle of wine should have promptly been replaced by a full and clean bottle and an apology for the table situation was in order!
I won't go back to PF Changs.
