The guys at Coffee Machine Solutions know everything there is to know about coffee. They walked me through a number of options and helped me make an educated decision. Very happy with my new machine.
I assess customer service when an interaction doesn't go right . Rather than take the opportunity to listen to me, the repair man at Caxton st accused me of doing something I didn't do and charged $220 to remove a piece of rubber. I had previously spent $700 on a service there.
If listening, honesty and value for money is important to you, consider your other options carefully.

Great service! Fantastic guys and excellent machines.
Charged $213 for labour that involved nothing being fixed.
Messed around for 2 hours taking apart my equipment and putting it back together to scratch their heads and say "we don't know" and then charge me for it.
Won't be going back there.
