Atrocious customer service. It is no surprise that this company has less than 3 stars. Can't get a grooming appointment after 4 attempts. The person they have answering the phone doesn't know the which way is up much less the business. So I ask for a manager and her response is, "we don't have a manager," as is evident by their lack of professionalism. I then called back to speak with the store manager get a similar answer. So I call their corporate office to be put on hold for more than 15 minutes. Are you kidding me? Does anyone work here?

NO STARS! Went into the local PetSmart to get fish for my daughter. Brand new tank ALSO bought from PetSmart, along with 200.00 + of accessories. In the end, 1000.00 was spent, including 200.00 worth of Tetra fish. They gave us a REALLY hard time about introducing so many fish to two tanks, but then put all 14 fish into two TINY bags. They were all dead before we drove the 35 minutes to our house. We lost 200.00 worth of fish within the time it took us to get home and they will NOT adhere to the policy because they warned us it was too many. THEY DID NOT EVEN MAKE IT TO THE TANK! This store is and always has been truly a scam. Staff is full of wrong info and love to give the wrong info to others. I watched them sell an under age and underweight Bearded dragon, and they sold the man basking bulbs for a snake and not infrared for night. I had to stop the man and direct him tot he PROPER lighting as I have had two beardies for 3 years now, and the basking light is NOT the same as the infra red light PetSmart! Not the same at all ;)

I will never go to Pet Smart again. After searching several Pet Smarts I had to purchase a turtle for Christmas Two hours away from my home. I was told I have fourteen days to return. When my turtle would not eat for 10 days I decided to return the turtle to my Pet Smart which was out of the turtles when I made the purchase. The Store manger refused to take the turtle back saying I had to return it to the store two hours away. I was never told this nor does any of my paperwork say this. I feel completely used by this chain. Now I have a dead turtle that they refused to take back and treat.

PetSmart, Chewy. ,same thing, does not carry the Royal Canin product I require so I am forced to purchase it at Chewy.. For the past year, practically every bag of dog food, costing over $100, has had a hole or a tear in the bag. This dog food is to be kept airtight at all times. Last week I ordered a bag and FedEx lost it. Called Chewy to inform them and they told me they could do nothing until the bag was located. Well that may never happen! So the supervisor finally decided he would send me a replacement bag. (After scolding me about how many replacement bags they have already sent me, which I replied the bags have had holes in them.)

After spending over 600.00 in a few days at petsmart stores the company will not do anything about missing products unless I make a 4 hour round trip. I purchased a fish tank kit that included the stand all of which was loaded into my vehicle by employees. After getting home I noticed I was missing the shelfs for my stand. This company will not do anything unless I drive the 2 hours to the store to pick up 2 shelfs and then drive 2 hours back home. Extremely not happy about this experience.

I requested a groomer that I have used in the past and was happy with her work. She told us when I called to bring my two in together and she couldn t guarantee when they would be finished. That was fine. She asked that have proof of their shots I had tgst info through my vet who was opened today. Anytime in the past, as with all other groomers in this area, a verbal call to the vet handles the shot issue I am not a new and unknown customer and they have records in the system of all my dogs. I got there at 11am to give her the time to work on my dogs. She asked for shot records and I told her I would call my vet she insisted I needed to have them fax the proof to the store before she would accept my dogs.

And thePet smart fax continued to make a busy signsl. I waited fir over an hour and asked if they had an email address so the vet could send it in email firm and the employees said no. I told the male employee I was late for an appointment and he said they were only trying to help me. At that point I left the store with my dogs. I went to the archer Road location and asked fir them to help me. They found my records in the system they asked fir shot records and when u said I didn t have them they suggested I call the vet, place the call on my speakerphone and she allowed my to have my dogs cared for without written faxed spprival. The bad news is I could only get their teeth cleaned, ears cleaned feet trimmed and neils clipped and drummelled. They couldn t let fit them in for a bath and clipping because it was too late. I have never been so disrespected in any Petsmart in my life! I have been doing business with this company for over 12 years. I adopted a dog from them in Atlanta I had my dogs through basic, intermediate and advanced training with them. In addition to purchasing treats, toys and food from them. No more!

They are selling the Simply Nourish brand of food which appears to be manufactured (or contracted for) by Pet Smart and putting the corp, non-working number on the bag as the source for info on the product. Not so good when a purchaser seriously interested in the source of raw materials can get through to NO ONE. Very bad business- and I've purchased my pet food there for years. Freightening.

I have been going to your Maple Grove MN pets hotel for 8 yrs. 4 yrs ago i became disabled and could no longer walk all the way to the hotel and out again. they would come out and get Macey in the AM and bring her out in the PM with no problem and when i started having her grooming appt the same day as her day camp this was not a problem. For 4 yrs not a problem. They all new i could not walk to where they were and out again. Then on a day when her grooming was first thing so she did not go to camp first, they tell me i need to walk her in as i am sitting with her in my car in the prkng lot on the way to work. I argued with them for 20 minutes before you store manager Todd, told me they would take care of it. I asked if just for this time or only for today and was told don't worry he would take care of it. He lied. I got a call that afternoon as was told if i could not walk her in to the back of the store for grooming or 3/4 of the way back for camp, they could not help me. Not help a handicapped person. What kind of business does this to people at the drop of a hat or at all. Very, Very dissapointed in how they are treating the disabled.

That I had made a vet appointment with her vet.Meghan then became rude and stated that they would be booked up through SEPTEMBER and I wouldn't be able to get my dog in right away. Well ok there are other groomers in my neighborhood that I use so what? Meghan and Petsmart are no longer receiving my business or donations to charities. I will take my business elsewhere, ever hear of chewy or walmart Petsmart? Yep no longer need your services thank you!! Thank you for keeping the Lilburn, GA store open. It serves a wide geographic area. All of your staff is always helpful and pleasant. I've dealt specifically with your trainer Hilary Peer (for pet/owner training) She was very professional and competent, so much so that when I enter the store my dog looks for her and wants Hilary to pet her. She introduced me to Blue dog food and helped me choose different types when I indicated my dog may have food allergies. She was detailed on the pros and cons of the varieties. Hillary is a real asset to the store.
Dr. Orlando Williams is her vet and he too is competent. I followed him to the Scenic Hwy store for my dog's vet services. Dr Williams always comes out personally to discuss my dog's health which is reassuring. For everything else I still go to the Lilburn store.

3/18/2017 FRIDAY , I am writing this in hope that the animal abuse will be fixed. I went to the Lacey, Washington store . to buy some fish. I came to buy from the new shipment because there fish tanks are not well kept and they sell sick fish. I use a new be tank/ hospital tank. the true reason for this email is when the shipment came ,I waited 30mins before asking when will the fish be out of the boxes. I was told , 1 to 3 hours. I told them I will be back in an hour to see the fish. when I came back they were still in the boxes, I read the labels and had them open the boxes with angel fish , most of all the fish were dead. the sales person said oh they died in shipment . NO they died because the were not take care after the arrived at Pet smart. I have talk to the managers of the treatment of the fish and they fall on uncaring ears. I left upset and bought my fish and heater at Petco instead. this whole thing is a wasted, the death of the fish and money the Pet smart is losing and the customers is unhappy. please fix this as soon as live shipment come in. fish need to get new air. maybe you can learn from Petco,

My dog was seen at a PetSmart in San Antonio,TX the weekend of Valentine s Day. Not too long after we notice my dog was licking his self more than normal and noticed he had been knocked/cut. We took my dog to the vet (Banfield) where they let us know he had an infection. My dog is a 12 year old Shi Tzu whom we have had since he was 3 months old and has never ever had any health issues. Upon finding out he had an infection we also learned he had an ear infection as well. He was prescribed antibiotics which failed to work. We continued to take him back to banefield and paid for more tests to be done to figure out what the infection was and what could be done to clear it up. Banefield could not tell us what the infection was after so many tests, doctors visits, and coming out of pocket for expenses. We finally found a vet about 10 minutes away who were able to let us know my dog has a staff infection. Since the first diagnosis we have reached out to the PetSmart all they have offered was to give back the money that was spent to get my dog groomed and not to mention a measly $5 coupon was sent to us in the mail. My dog medical records will state that he has not had any health issues until after his visit at the San Antonio PetSmart. Their corporate office will not take any responsibility for what is happening to my dog who is still fighting this infection 4 months later!!!!! If there were an option to post pictures I would definitely let you all see for yourselves what my dog is going through it is upsetting and over $1000 has spent trying to get him well. Please share this with anyone you know that has a pet whether they get groomed or not.

Generally speaking I couldn't say enough good things about the staff at the Pet Hotel in Mesa, AZ.They took great care of my cat during and again after our AZ move. There seemed to be consistent care and some degree of staff longevity over the 5 months. Two of the staff recognized my cat by name upon arrival and always had things to say about her, and took personal concern over her.
However we did experience a big disconnect recently when a different person was there at check in. I said she had a grooming appt on our last day there but they must never have written it down or typed it in the computer. Usually it goes on a form as a note but I forgot to make sure they really had it down this time because in the past they always took care of it without me checking up on them.
She had a grooming appt in the grooming salon while staying at the pet hotel on her last day there. Both offices use completely different computer and phone systems I believe and noone was knowledgeable about the verbal information I had shared re the appt before leaving town. An unknown situation developed where someone cancelled her grooming appt,no one knows who did it, and no one told me from either office. So when picking her up at night she had never had any grooming done, and I have to go back to get it done.
However managers in both offices took full responsibility and owned the problem head on and are making it up to me on a business level and were also very apologetic. Great team. Mistakes do happen.
Come on Petsmart get on the bandwagon of Cloud connectivity and networking. The Pet hotel doesn't have any communication with the Groomer salon and probably not with the store and probably not with the vet office but everything is under one umbrella for convenience.

They sold a chew toy that my family loved friend Turbo Sunshine Morrison chewed on because it was bacon flavored. Well. He just died June 3rd after exhausting all funds accumulating to around 3300.00 to save my dog to find out a piece of that said chew toy was lodged in his large intestine. The vet tried surgery but was unsuccessful. I have the record of purchase. And the piece that killed him. Looking to see if that company that made it or PetSmart themselves can be held responsible since there was no warning g on the label to not give certain breeds that can possibly tear the solid rubber toy. He could never tear any piece off his Kong rubber bone.
Yet was able to shred your rubber bone...... you made your toy cheap and it became defective with my breed. Family and greaving 7yr old sons been crying .. my 2yr old is going around the house going. Germantown Maryland Branch: on September 28 I ve taken my dog into the grooming salon and requested the best package that includes everything like ear cleaning, teeth brushing, bath, and nail grinding. To my surprise once we get home I realize that my dogs ears were never cleaned even though they wrote about how well he did during his Ear cleaning . I called back and was greeted with a nasty attitude from a lady named Alexa who insisted that maybe my dogs ear was infected since she never even seen my dog. I then explained to her that this was not the case and I just wanted to I paid for. Her follow up excuses consisted of oh well ear cleaning is included so you can t get a refund . Such a stupid remark. If I ordered a soda from McDonald s we all will assume that the cup is included and if not who the hell will purchase anything to drink? Anywho, I no longer trust this location with my pet.

Took my perfectly healthy dog to the Petsmart Grooming department in WAXAHACHIE Texas for a nail trim. In the less than 5 minutes I did not have my eyes on my dog, Brittani, the groomer, was finished with the nail trim, nail grind, and cleaning of the ears. My dog left limping and we thought she cut a quick. By that same night, she was unable to walk. Petsmart is denying all liability because our veterinarians report said she scooted her butt across the floor a month prior to the visit. She walked in not limping. What did they do to my dog? I am beyond angry!

I have had the worst experience this morning at the Petsmart in Euless on 121 Hwy. I have brought my dogs there for 10 years and although I'm a long time customer it means nothing. They told me they cannot trim my dogs nails without a rabies check with my Vet. I had all shots done in April of this year and have been to this Petsmart several times since then. They checked for rabies back then.....come on....It's currently July. I told them my Vets name which is just on the opposite side of the highway and open. They must have called the wrong number as I called the vet once outside the store and they picked right up and confirmed my shots on all 3 dogs up to date. My dogs weigh in over 400 combined pounds and I was in the store almost an hour struggling with them before they told me they couldn't help me. These people are incompetent and their store manager was no where to be found. This store manager should be fired. They need new people.

They accept the booking and then a couple of days later via email you to say that the hotel is full and a reservation cannot be made. Would have felt better had the site blocked out the days while I was "booking" so I would have known immediately that they were full and could have moved on to another place to board my pet. Wanted to send a shout out and thank you for a job well done to Rose. I had to place a last minute on line order to the PetSmart in Hemet. I have an old sick cat that has dietary restrictions due to IBD. FedEx dropped the ball on delivering his RX cat food this evening. So I was on line scrambling to find something comparable until his food arrives. Due to being at a high risk for Covid I'm concerned about entering public places. I placed the order around 6 PM and the email I received said it could take up to 2 hours to fill the order but they would email when it was ready. I called the store to see what time their curb side pick up was open. Rose told me it closed at 7 PM. I explained I just placed an order but I realize according to the email I received it wouldn't be ready until after their curbside service was closed. Rose quickly asked without hesitation what my name was and said she would get the order ready for me right now if I wanted to come down and pick it up curbside. When I called I was expecting I would have to plead with them explaining my personal health concerns regarding covid and ask if they could possibly get the order ready before their curbside service closed. Boy was I surprised and delighted by Rose's response and great customer service plus she did it all with a smile in her voice. Thanks again Rose your kindness meant a lot. My year old new rescue and I went to Banfield today (in Pestmart store 1269) our appointment was at 8am. he has low kidney function & is on a 63.89 17.6 lb bag of food. I go to buy it at 8:43am, not knowing the Petsmart is closed I wait at teh check out.
After a few minutes I say (sarcastically) helloooo?? after another minute and another hellooooo?? A woman says hellllooooo more sarcastically & appears from nowhere. She says (with an attitude) we are closed and the registers are locked. I say that is ridiculous still with an attiude she says what? that we open at 9? I said no that no one told me at the vet when they gave me the new prescription, that they did not take the money, that you do not open when you have customers in the store.
I start to leave, she says don't you want to buy the food? I say you said you are closed. She says she does not like the way I am speaking to her, I say I am not yelling, look at the situation, I have a 99 pound dog pulling me, carrying this bag of food and you are giving me an attitude & yet I am not yelling, I'm not thrilled with you either & continue out the door she says do you want your prescription and sarcastically says I can do you a favor & open the register.
I said perhaps you MIGHT have said We are closed but I can help you and have avoided this entire exchange.

I am extremely unhappy about your policies. I bought a pet training package back in May - went through the puppy training and my dog graduated. Because of some unfortunate personal circumstances , the next level of training I had to miss the first class - I called to reschedule. No one returned my call. This was in July. I called again at the end of July & in August - no return calls. I called again in September, no return phone calls - so I had to physically go into the store to deal with this situation. I want my money back! Since this is due to the inability of employees to follow a simple process, I have been told that I cannot get a refund. I do not want the training classes, I want my money back. I had to go out of my way to go to the store to speak with someone and get someones attention. Your employees dropped the ball and I have had to play phone tag for the last two months.

After my 16 year old granddaughter took my fostered dog to see a Vet at the Banfield Hospital, they somehow signed her up on a Wellness plan for the dog. Then, after she repeatedly told Banfield she was only 16 and to stop calling for money....(because she would use her debit card at Pet Smart, to buy her cat food), Pet Smart provided Banfield with her debit card information! Next thing we knew, Banfield had made a $340., unauthorized withdrawal from her account (which only had $15.00). That was definately THEFT!! Pet Smart (or Banfield) entered her debit card information into "our" Pet's online account and checked the box stating that ALL Wellness Plans be paid using "HER" debt card account information!! We tried to edit out her card information, however it kept reappearing!! I am so upset with Pet Smart for providing Banfield with her personal information!! We just finished filing a police report and plan to follow through until we see justice!! Thanks Pet Smart, you just lost another customer!!! OUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS NOT SAFE AT YOUR STORE!!!

After multiple pictures were show of her she was taken from us and locked in a kennel. When I suggested that was theft of property the police were immediately called and I was escorted out of the building.....

August 05, 2017 @ 9:10am I took my Poo-Chon puppy Miss Coconut to the Petsmart at the 4155 Austell Rd Austell, GA 30106 location for the puppy training. "Jim" is the instructor for the class. Jim has a chocolate Retriver or Labrador "TJ" that he brings to work with him everyday. The class was to start at 9:30am. While we waited for the class to start we walked around the store to kill some time. My 10 year old son was with me and he had met Jim and TJ before. Jim took my son to the training station so he could play with TJ. A few minutes later I went to the training station because the class was about to start. Jim was standing outside of the training area assisting a customer. When Jim saw me he instructed me to take my pup inside and he'd be right there. My son was still playing with TJ at the time. When we entered the area my son came over towards us. We (me and my pup) weren't in there no more than a minute when TJ (weighing approximately 95-110lbs) viciously attacked my 12 lbs puppy! He growled and barked at her and grabbed her by her snout and shook her like a rag doll! My pup was petrified and suffered an eye injury from the bite. The manager "Josh" came over along with other people because of the loud commotion to see what was going on. Josh escorted us to the back where the hospital was located and had a Doctor check out my pups injuries. While we waited for the Doctor, I told my son to go get Miss Coconut's things. When my son returned he said Jim told him that TJ must have became jealous because he (my son) stopped playing with him when my pup and I entered the area.
The Doctor took care of Miss Coconut's injuries and provided some medication for her eye and a cone for her neck so she can't rub her eye.
On the way out of the store, Josh spoke with me and said he didn't understand why TJ was not in his crate if Jim was not in the training area. Josh also stated that Jim is required to be in the training area if his dog is out.
My pup was so traumatized and whimpered all night! I will never go to another Petsmart!

Bingley had a grooming appointment scheduled at the PetSmart in Indianapolis on Washington Street this morning at 8am. At 11am I received a call anticipating news that he was finished, but to my dismay (& later horror when I showed up at the "grooming salon") they, meaning Haley, Lindsey, & the 3 other groomers STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING completely botched his grooming.
Now why you ask were they unable to complete this grooming? Bingley is the sweetest dog in the world, and also really anxious & easily scared. I warned them of this prior to the appointment, and Lindsey herself even confirmed they would go slow and be gentle with him. During the appointment, they shaved his body first, and then attempted to bathe & dry him with a blow dryer. The first time, he had diarrhea from stress. Instead of calling me, they tried a second time to blow dry him, with again him having a bout of diarrhea from stress. THEY ATTEMPTED A THIRD TIME, BECAUSE YOU KNOW, IT'S THE CHARM. After he CLEARLY was not taking to their "grooming" methods well, that's when they finally decided to call me. We walked into the salon where all 5 groomers were standing around. They explained the aforementioned, but could not answer the question: WHY DID YOU CONTINUE TO TRY TO FINISH THE GROOMING WHEN HE WAS CLEARLY STRESSED & NOT DOING WELL, & WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL ME THE FIRST TIME HE GOT SICK. You can imagine my face when Bingley slowly walked out. Pieces & tufts of hair mangled on his chest, stomach, & all 4 limbs.
It's heartbreaking & horrifying to imagine what they subjected Bingley to, just so "THEY COULD JUST GET THE JOB DONE." I'm sad to be sharing this story, because it involves the one thing I hold most dear in my life. And I'm also sad to say that I know this is not a unique instance, especially regarding PetSmart.

I had called corporate to complain because the passed 3 times I ve gotten large crickets they have been so tiny they would be smaller then small. I was just informed last week when I went to get crickets and they did t have any, that they had a shortage. So I told the corporate tech that I understand they are just trying to just produce and ship them. That they aren t even letting them grow so it s not Petsmart s fault it s their distributors being rushy instead of just letting the crickets grow so there is quality. They were very accommodating though and sent me a gift card same day because I ve had to spend twice as much on crickets from them Bri g so small. So they did very great with customer service. Double thumbs up.

Quit telling customers that baby bearded dragons are a good first reptile and giving all around terrible information. Baby bearded dragons need upward of 50-100 crickets/day not 10-12. You and other large corporations should quit selling all reptiles because you do not put proper time into correctly training your employees. Frequently when I enter your stores I find the people that I talk to know very little about these animals other than them being "cute." Start hiring professionals.

I decided to stop in a brand new Petsmart store in California, Maryland. When i entered the store there 3-4 employees standing up front. I walked past them and not one hello, i then walked around the store, more employees working and still nothing. I was leaving the store and one person was by the door, looked at my way, said nothing. That was a big mistake. One of the ladies working there was so rude and hateful I left without adopting a pet. I don t know her name but she was heavy set, blond hair and wore a mask. On September 20, 2019 I called Pets Mart Grooming to make appointments for my mother in law 2 doggies. Poodle and Yorkie. The lady told me they are not taking any appointments to next week. So I made one for Friday Sept. 27, she told me to make sure vaccinations are up to date. So she confirmed my appointment for the 27th. I didn't ask for her name because she sounded like she knew what she was doing. So I took the 2 doggies to the vet clinic got their shots. Here I am at Pets Mart on 290 & Spring Cypress Road in Houston TX and the lady said there is no appointment made for my 2 doggies. While I was there, they had screwed up on an appointment with a lady on the phone also. They need better training , ban their cell phones, and have them pay more attention on their customers. I'm taking these doggies else where. They need to get rid of their landline, because it's not doing them any good. And they let customers leave unhappy.

I bought a guinea pig from my local store and it was sneezing, I called my local store to be told to return the guinea.. so I called corporate hoping I could get a better answer we loved her we bought her because we fell in love with her!! There response was the same I could return her!! So instead of taking the time to help the animal who I only had two days I was told to return her!!!! I even said I would take to the vet and IF she was sick would they pay for treatment and they said no! So their aloud to sell sick animals then you return and dispose of them!!! I shop the petsmart at least once a week for pet food. Last night I went in to purchase a self cleaning cat litter box. My cat is having issues with his current liter box so I thought I would try something else. There was no one to help me so I was there a while reading boxes and trying to figure out which one to get. Well then a voice comes over the intercom that they're closing in 15min. So I grabbed another liter box, not a self cleaning one which I originally went in for. Go up to register and asked the cashier some questions. She seemed frustrated and just wanted me out. I also asked about coupons and expressed how much I shop there but never get coupons. PETCO and Pet Supplies Plus always sends me coupons but they are further away. Upon leaving all the employee's are in the lobby waiting for me to leave and talking bad about customers and How they always ask for coupons.....like really?? I'm still here. I'm so frustrated and very upset because I adopted my cat from there and spend good money in that store. I also use Banfield pet doctor too.

I called for an appointment with the Tisalynn and I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND getting your pets groomed here. It would have been my 3 month old puppies first professional grooming session. I made the appointment 1 week ago and on the DAY of my appointment they call me and ask me to come in ASAP because it s snowing and they want to go home early. Little did I know that I came early and they told me that my puppy needs a rabies vaccination shot. Now why wouldn t they tell me that when I scheduled the appointment? They re just lazy and didn t even have any dogs in the shop at the time meanwhile all they were doing was sitting at the front desk . They wasted my time and I don t appreciate it. I m sure they closed up shop and headed home shortly after.

I purchased Exquisicat cat corn litter from Petsmart for over a year. Just the other day I noticed a film on all 3 of my kitty litter trash cans. I thought this was from the small amount of dust from the litter (had been using it for over a year so I thought it built up). I took them outside to clean them off and boy was I surprised! They were micro sized BUGS! I freaked out. I cleaned the surrounding areas the best I could, bleached the pans and the trash cans. Ugh it was a pain. I googled this and it turns out, it is a common occurabce with this. So I called Petsmart and explained this. I requested they escalate it to management so they could get an exterminator out to my home to inspect. Obviously I didn t want to pay for that because I was certain it was the litter that brought the bugs.
They got back to me in a good amount of time and granted my request without hassle. I am so thankful for this. I will continue to keep my business with Petsmart. I am just going to switch back to clay litter now haha

Avoid shopping at the Silver Spring, Calverton store. The night manager there this night, 1/29/2020, refused to sell me the dog food I have been buying from that store for one year (U/D Critical Care). I carry a prescription "script" from my veterinarian so that I can buy this prescription food necessary to keep my dog alive. Because this script was not written by Banfield, he would not sell me the food and told me to go back to my vet in Washington, DC. I have a 17 year old Shih Tzu who is blind, deaf, has mobility problems and no top teeth. He is not able to eat without assistance and I put his food into a blender and syringe it into his mouth. I now have a critical situation since I was not able to buy the dog food I need tonight. I will be shopping at Petco or another dog food store in the future. This store manager needs to be instructed on what "care for an animal" means and preferably fired.

BEWARE of buying from PetSmart online! They will sell you things they don't have! I waited until Cyber Monday (11-27-17) to make an expensive purchase I needed so I could get it for a better price. I decided on PetSmart for the items and made the purchase. The charge was posted to my bank account. I waited for days for shipment confirmation. On Thursday (11-30-17) I got an email saying my order had been canceled due to unavailability. Their website, as of today, is still showing it for sale and letting people buy it. I called the help number on the email to complain and ask what the deal was, it was useless. They don't care that they are selling items they don't have and they don't intend on doing anything about it. I am suppose to get my money back at some point.
