Very competent nursing staff.
Very competent nursing staff.
I was suffering from tachycardia and since my stint with Louis Pradel and the doctor Chauveau Samuel I have had nothing at all.

Side doctor, surgeon, nothing to complain about ... only downside: housekeeping who laughs loudly in their break room while families are suffering and crying next door (service reanimation 1st floor).
Cardiology emergency, perfect welcome, very professional care. A big thank you for the information given, December 31 more.
My son has been followed for a long time in pediatric cardiology. Professor BOZIO was very attentive, he retired and Professor DI FILIPPO is a very gentle person who explains very well. She knows how to expose and argue. Concerning the day hospitalization, it is necessary to accompany the person who can find himself destitute (4th floor), there were "shortages" two years ago as when we are told "we could not have a meal for your child! where is the error? ... we are told that the Service has not been notified! In addition, the child will remain in a corner corridor, we knew in advance that the child was going to come his exams. It shouldn't happen again.

A big thank you to all the emergency service tonight for their welcome their kindness their listening and their support. Thank you for being here despite their working conditions
Today 11/26/2020 at 11:15 at the admissions office excecrable !!! to review completely !!!!
A first quality and very professional welcome visit
A high quality service and that goes to the bottom of things we are fully supported ...
Thanks to the whole team.
HORRIBLE PITOYABLE NIGHTMARE ... PNEUMOLOGY DEPARTMENT = FUNERARIUM ... 2 doctors denigrated my mother's state of health, no serious follow-up, a professor of pulmonology, he will recognize himself if he read this opinion, 2 years ago received my mother in consultation, she was greeted like an animal, he was ready to hunt her ,,, he somehow killed my mother.
I expected much better from such a hospital.
The surgery part went very well but the rest is really bad: the staff was never able to run the TV in the room (a day billed by default however), the phone only worked after 2 days, impossible to call the patient (my father) before, no problem on the other hand for the HCL to charge 15cts euros per call.
Meals are served at times incomprehensible: lunch served around 13:30, breakfast served at 9am on Saturday, 9:45 on Sunday !!
Administratively it is nothingness, the nurses have also confirmed that there was no administrative service (my father received his voucher at home 10 days after its release!). In short, the patient is fully exposed to the problems inherent in the hospital system
Friday September 15, 2017, I arrive at Louis PRADEL hospital: Unit 71, cardio A, 7th floor, room 14, after 24 hours spent in the emergency room of Edouard HERRIOT hospital (who treated me perfectly, in d excellent conditions)
I have an embolism on both lungs + fatigue of the heart. A blood test, D-dimer test positive at 2113 [from memory] revealed the problem
I was perfectly treated
Thank you to Dr Guillaume CELLIER, who even came on Saturday morning to see me, Pierre (intern who did the ultrasound), the two medical students who were with Pierre, the young women who performed the doppler ( on the ground floor or in the basement?) all the nursing staff, nurses: Virginie and Delphine at night, Christiane during the day and all the others whose names I forgot: thank you all. You are great, competent, professional, dedicated, caring and educational people.
As I said in my comment to Edouard Herriot, "For once, I was happy to have paid taxes to take advantage of high-performance medical equipment and your professionalism that allowed me to get back on my feet quickly "
Now I'm starting a recovery in good conditions
Again, congratulations and thank you
Jean-Olivier LEFEBVRE (69003-Lyon)
PS: please relay this message to the people concerned
I was admitted following a cardiac emergency. I benefited from a heart transplant. Very human and very competent staff. Hospital infrastructure to be improved. (Signage, old structures ....) EXCELLENT hospital. THANK YOU for saving me.
You took care of my husband in a remarkable way and I thank you for the perfect cardio emergencies and kindness in addition to competence
really disappointed, staff (female doctor of the emergency department) speaks very badly and this crazy patient! result I left without waiting for my analyzes! I do not recommend unless your life is at stake
Nothing to say about the staff who floats in this establishment but it is a reality in the majority of hospitals
Non-existent medical communications in our case. Obliged to go fishing. Exit decision without consultation for a very elderly person
But the commercial that is established around is totally unacceptable
Toll parking
Pay Wifi
Pay TV
Outgoing and overtaxed calls
Super, competent and caring pediatrician cardio.
Just be sure to arrive early for the labels because even at the 1st hour it's always a mess.
SCANDALOUS FOR THE SERVICE UNIT B at 71 FOR SOME OF THE STAFF WHO ABUSE OLDER PEOPLE
LUCKY THAT THERE IS THE PRESENCE OF A VERY COMPETENT DOCTOR AND EVEN MORE WHO 'THE POOR' IS SURBOOKE
WITHOUT THIS MONSIEUR THIS HOSPITAL WOULD NOT BE BIG THING
CORDIALLY
Go to the Cardio emergency room. Very good support by the care team. Availability, listening, professionalism. Yes, I had to wait a bit between two parties, but is it serious?
Congratulations and a thousand thanks to the entire cardiology team.
Very pleasant team, we were really well treated, thank you very much to everyone !!
Very disapointed,
very knowledgeable and caring staff, of course. But concerning the administrative, a disaster !!
September 2017: two vagal discomforts but which follow numerous palpitations, a cardiac assessment is launched. My meetings (3) are scheduled 6 months later (we have time to have problems), I also receive letters concerning and confirming these appointments (protocols, signatures, etc.) and when a week before (therefore 6 months later, I remind), I confirm these meetings by phone, I am told that the secretaries have made a mistake, that there is an order of appointment to be respected in short in 6 months it's complicated to realize it ... 2/3 of my appointments are canceled, still obliged to take time off my working hours to come back a month later for the 2nd and 2 and a half months after for the last. During this second meeting, everything is going well, I am confirmed the next one.
This morning, I learn that my last appointment (which is also a review of my condition - reassuring certainly but nevertheless important) is canceled without reason.
I am tired of spending my time on the phone to: have explanations, set up appointments that are systematically deleted apparently. It is really tiring.
I leave these two stars because I recognize that the staff is really up to the task, foreseeing, attentive, attentive.
PS: I advise you to prioritize your numbers in your file because "we take the first number we find madam" even if it is not you, but the great aunt of your neighbor. (ok I'm exaggerating a bit, but that's the idea.)
Good and bad memories passing from a very good surgeon to a service followed after the very limited operation on certain points, ... I think that the people are competent but that there is a lack of means and personnel and that is feels about the service rendered to the person.
Errors occurred during the recovery phase after the operation, a machine supposedly messing around (vague memories came back to me afterwards and the error was human and voluntary ...) and I found myself "Shooter" at morphine with an unwanted addiction, result => 5 more days at the hospital for intoxication right after my operation (quite heavy, 11h ...) which required more effort and time from the staff and myself.
Bad faith and a lie to hide this event from the surgeon and from me. (fortunately serious people are still in gear ...)
Thank you anyway to the surgeon and the competent staff otherwise I would not be there to write this comment!
Admitted three times 6 months apart for paroxysmal AF (fibrillation flutter),
I was extremely well taken care of in cardio emergencies with staff at all levels, very human and very present.
I am also followed in this hospital by my cardiologist who is a great woman she is a specialist in rhythm problems, arrhythmia ... this is Dr. De Breyne. Very human, she is very competent, she explains everything clearly. I am very happy with this hospital dedicated to the Heart and lungs!
My mother was taken care of for a stroke.
Despite the COVID, the reception is impeccable, the caregivers are very professional and have real empathy, are close and attentive to families.
Congratulations to you
Thank you to all the staff of cardiology B on the 7th floor and especially to Lucas a rising star of the medical sector I hope that in a few years will be a good doctor but I would first of all thank my cardiologist Roland Rossi a big name in the medical of cardiology.
U41 cardiopediatrics: BIG STAFF AND ORGANIZATIONAL PROBLEM.
WHERE IS BABY RESPECT ????
17-day-old baby to be operated on for congenital heart disease, is hospitalized on Monday, intervention scheduled for Tuesday.
Tuesday: cancellation for transplant (disappointment for us but understanding of the priority of the emergency).
WEDNESDAY surgery scheduled for 10 a.m.
At 10 a.m. we are told 12 p.m., then 3 p.m. and at 1 p.m.: CANCELLATION: the prefusionist nurse having to finish his service at 3 p.m. and the intervention lasting more than 2 hours, does not want to do the surgery SO AS NOT TO MAKE EXTRA HOURS therefore CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT TO FRIDAY ...
Our 17-day-old baby fasted for 9 hours, or 3 bottles of stir-fry for NOTHING. INADMISSIBLE !!! WHAT SUFFERING FOR HIM !!!!
Not to mention that we have been hospitalized since Monday for an operation on Friday: AND THE SECU HOLE?!?!? It seems that it is the liberal nurses who dig it !!!
Not to mention our personal costs (trips, accommodation, meals, days off ...)
Not to mention the psychological torture that this situation causes us ...
BIG DECEPTION WITH THE CARE OF OUR BABY.
Hopefully the rest is better, could it be worse ????
Cardiological emergency to banish !!! Check in at 3:00 pm pick up at 8:30 pm check out at 11:00 pm
PLAIN Doctor Batiste auscultation sloppy, no care and no sense of the human, for a cardiologist ... it will not fizzle.
Lack of staff, on the other hand the team Caregiver very well.
A very good hospital for both the heart and the lungs. Good doctors and good teams. The building is in its essence but much improvement in the abuse. In terms of reception quality and administrative formalities, there is also a lot of improvement.
We are the parents of a young adult with Down's syndrome, 26 years old, Delphine. Our daughter was operated on from the heart by Professor Henaine. This operation involved enormous operational risks but Delphine was brilliant and above all very well supported by the cardiologists and nurses of unit 40.
We thank all the service for having the patience necessary to make Delphine feel better. Nurses listen to patients and families. Patients and loved ones feel safe. This service reassures us and listens to us.
Thank you all for being here with our daughter.
cordially
Chantal and Patrick Rameau
I think I'm dreaming !!! during my pulmonology consultation I was received by a person who did not have any identifier. Over 15 minutes, this one spent at least 5 minutes changing a personal appointment by telephone. he introduced the floppy disk in the drive having no result and after a second try he told me that my floppy disks will be seen by the doctor with whom I should have had this consultation. You can leave the doctor will contact you. ..when? in a day when two.R2 result 0 for 4 hours of travel and 170 KM AR of Bravo car
Scandalous, the staff is inhuman, the endless waiting, go your way if you want to live as long as possible.
For the first time I was in consultation at the cardiologist service. I pleasantly appreciated the welcome, the medical staff. Very little waiting and very good follow-up
Hospitalized for heart surgery in early January, this hospital center gave me complete satisfaction. Thank you to the entire surgical team and the nursing staff.
I had an emergency cardio appointment on doctolib. Already to find the service, it is necessary to be armed.
Once in the waiting room, what can I say? We witness dumbfounded, my partner, I and the other patients to the giggles and other squeals (there is no other word) of the secretary, the nurse and the cardiologists who are visibly bored while I wait for my appointment which is therefore almost 30 minutes late ... it already makes you want to start!
The nurse comes to get me (I say nurse but I don't even really know because not in a gown!). Very pleasant nothing to say but then in terms of modesty, it is the case to say it I could go and get dressed. In short. The cardio arrives and we apologize for the delay. Ok ... here comes the secretary screaming in the room with the nurse, all next to me in a bra trying to answer the cardio questions as annoyed as me ...
anyway ... i'm super uncomfortable and tired but nah, they scream and don't give a damn that i'm lying there exhausted and also scared of what i'll be told.
The appointment goes as smoothly as possible given the circumstances. I go back to the secretariat, really hesitating to tell the secretary to be aware of the power of her voice, which is greatly unpleasant and moreover because it is very high pitched.
Not a great experience considering the place and what it is supposed to be. Here....
I was present in this establishment a few days ago for a simple consultation.
Efficient and fast organization.
Competent and friendly staff.
Correct signage.
Very easy parking.
arrived at 22h in the Emergency Department after a call to 15 who advised me to go quickly to this hospital
very reactive, care, analysis and care in 1h.
Internal who was interested in my troubles and gave me more tests than necessary when I explained my fears about my heart disease.
Honestly it feels good to feel listened to.
a word for nurses on guard that night, reassuring and understanding, it's rare!
good team, thank you :-)
Worst Hospital Ever. The doctor asks you why come to the emergency room when we asked for it. A shame where we are told that doctors are losing their time ... If you care about your loved ones or yours. Go clearly elsewhere!
UPDATE: After leaving the Cardio Hospital I went to another hospital that took my father on an emergency and ended up in intensive care. The second hospital was CHOQUE by the treatment of the "doctor". Luckily, there were no consequences ... but the treatments were radically different!
Lots to say ... this hospital is doing well for classic heart diseases but as soon as there are complications they are overwhelmed, and some are incompetent and do not hesitate to insist on making the situation worse and putting the vital prognosis at stake !! And tell the OR just before the anesthesia if we can't find it we'll play Doctor House! Nothing reassuring
A Congenital Heart Disease Ultrasound, I don't know if they can smile and be nice? Doctor and secretary otherwise it's not funny
The hospital is poorly attended, it is cold, does not inspire confidence and is not clean
There is a charge for parking. It's a shame when the doctors are not on time, the parking meter is running! It quickly becomes a budget
In short to avoid absolutely, you might as well go elsewhere ...
My husband had recourse for his heart, his pains that he could not bear any more he was well received, put in trust, the staff respectful, attentive and present, it is important a caring presence for the patient. your arrival.
The food served to the patient is really foul
It's intolerable to have to go through this on top of everything else
Shameful
Support by doctor Bessiere for my daughter and for me.
What can I say, I'm going to get to the point, an excellent, human, available doctor.
If you have cardio concerns don't hesitate for a second really. Do you know the Hippocratic Oath ???? Well, Doctor Bessiere is a worthy representative.
A whole day in the OR and came to see our daughter to reassure her.
Awesome nurse recovery room.
Anesthesiologist who reassures and is accessible.
The rhythm department where my daughter was taken care of is a very good service, the pediatric assistant and the nurses were patient and efficient. If your child is scared they will do everything possible to help him. You have the heartfelt thanks of a mom and dad.
