Booked appointment 2x online. Received a confirmat...

Booked appointment 2x online. Received a confirmation #. Received an email confirmed the appointment. Called Petsmart to confirm the appointment as well. They searched in their appontments and found no appointment. Said the groomer was booked up for the day. Gave me no resolution, just said they were sorry. Don't advertise on tv that you can book appointments online it does not work.
IF YOU CONFIRM AN APPOINTMENT IT SHOULD STAND!!!
