Milo arrived safely in Belgium. We would like thank PetRelocation very, very much for all their help, guidance, and professionalism. We always felt that this was the part of the relocation most prone to mishaps and anxiety, but this transfer went very smoothly, thanks to their guiding us through the process and giving us updates as the journey was progressing.

Thank you so much to the Pet Relocation Team for getting my pug Penelope safely to San Diego! I am currently stationed in Hawaii and moving to San Diego soon. My boyfriend and I took this route to getting her transferred there as most airlines don t take snub nosed breeds. The team was very professional and were very quick to answer any questions I had. They even sent a link to track her entire flight and sent photos before boarding. It was a little pricey but worth it! I want to especially thank Katie and Allie for coordinating and assisting on everything.

I m currently in the process of having Pet Relocation move my GSD from DFW to England. Communication with this company is absolutely horrendous and abysmal. I am lucky to receive communication once a week. I have been bounced around between 4 different people. Every time I communicate with someone new I have to reiterate information I have already given them and they often still get it wrong. They have taken advantage of the pandemic situation to charge over 2x what other companies were quoting for relocating 1 animal. Unfortunately, I had to leave the country quickly and based on a good recommendation I decided the extra cost would be worth it to not be stressed about the situation of boarding and moving my dog. I was entirely wrong. They have not made this process any easier and I have been contacting places myself and pressuring them for information. I will make sure I leave negative reviews and warnings to others moving their pets in every possible capacity. I highly suspect the 5 star reviews are faked and/or paid for. Before being swindled out of tens of thousands of dollars and lured into a false sense of security by this company, do yourself a favour and pick someone that actually cares about you and your pet.

I would definitely recommend PetRelocation. Allie and Ananda were amazing and answered all my questions and assuaged my fears throughout the entire process with their quick responsiveness and by being up front and transparent from beginning to end. I am so grateful for this service they provide and am thrilled to be reunited with my bunny Charlotte. I had been separated from her for over 6 months after moving to Austin, TX from NYC for work, then not being able to fly back to retrieve her due to the pandemic. I was worried I'd have to wait another 6 months or so if it hadn't been for them. It's not cheap but it's well worth it, in my opinion. They handle everything for you and are super knowledgeable about all the steps involved. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing to relocate a pet within the US and internationally!
We wholeheartedly, unreservedly, unequivocally endorse PetRelocation. I will spare you the specifics but it was worth every cent. We relocated from the US to The Netherlands, during the pandemic, and there were many setbacks and false-starts. Ultimately it all worked out, thanks in big part to PetRelocation. Their communication, courtesy, follow-through, all of it -- from A-Z -- was truly outstanding. I was not convinced at first, but PetRelocation really came through for us.
BEWARE: YOU COULD LOSE YOUR BELOVED PETS IF YOU TRUST THESE PEOPLE. My two Black Mouth Cur puppies were stolen from my yard and found by one of their employees, Rebecca Klenk. When I found her ad, she stated that they were adopted by her co-worker and refused to get me in touch with the other employee OR give my dogs back. How could you trust them with your pet when they knowingly are keeping my pet? If they decide that your pets are cool, they might steal your pet too. I proved to her through pictures etc that they are my dogs.
I could not have been happier with my PetRelocation experience. This was my first time needing a pet relocation service for my dog and I had no idea what to expect. In the end with the constant and clear communication I received from my coordinators, everything went as smooth as could be.
If you want someone that will care for your pet as much as you do, this is the company for you.
We moved our dogs from the US to the Virgin Islands and could not have been happier with the service we received! Especially considering we moved in the middle of COVID-19, Pet Relocation was an absolute blessing! They were with me every step of the way with shipping these pups (too big for commercial planes) and I felt completely at ease with them travelling without me...which is not easy to do! I definitely recommend Pet Relo to anyone travelling with pets, their knowledge of not only the transportation of the animals, but also the forms, vet visits, etc. that go with it is well worth the money!
For the record, I did price trying to ship them myself without a 3rd party....100% not worth it. Pet Relo doesn't gouge on price, plus I now had experts with getting travel crates set up, travel forms filled out, airport dropoff was taken care of - all I had to do was go pick up my babies when they arrived!

We were among many affected by the global pandemic, resulting in numerous delays in receiving our visas, which continually pushed our best guess timelines. It was messy, stressful and compounded by the lack of details, communication and clarity we experienced with the first pet travel company we contracted with. After preventing a costly mistake, our Vet recommended we switch to PetRelocation as the first company was not communicating with them either.

Kathy gave us clear information, and then Natalie expertly took over. Natalie worked seamlessly with our Vet and Boarding place where our 85 lb. GSD Knight was boarding. She proved to be a thorough coordinator as she provided important details and answered questions promptly. That alleviated much of our stress. She successfully navigated obstacles, coordinating transportation to and from the Vet as we had already departed, and she creatively and proactively problem solved our air travel kennel issue. She listened to our concerns about our dog s easily over-excited personality, and she made us feel heard as she kept in mind his special needs when coordinating his health visits. She nipped potential issues in the bud, was easy to work with, communicated promptly and thoroughly, and was unfailingly courteous and professional, making us feel valued and reassured throughout this whole process. We had been separated from our Knight for over 2 months, and I literally cried with relief and happiness when he arrived home, healthy and happy.
We will be forever grateful to PetRelocation for their exemplary team effort to reunite us, especially during these unprecedented times.

We moved our 2 year old dog from Chicago to Chennai this March and working with Pet Relocation was an absolute pleasure. They ensured all the documentation & vaccinations necessary were planned and put in place well ahead of time. Also, they assigned a local coordinator in Chennai who were extremely helpful as well. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Five stars and definitely recommend.

Our office typically does a international health certification atleast 8 to 10 times a year, and it's a nightmare .The hoops and requirements that each location varies, and the whole process can be stressful . Owners are already stressed about relocating or the simple fact they aren't sure how their fur baby will handle a plane ride. This company had everything in order and super essy to fill out what's needed and required. I would give PetRelocation a 10 star review,but the max here is 5. The staff if beyond friendly as well
I must for context say first of all that I rarely take the time to write reviews or comment on services. In my lifetime, this is the 2nd time I have done this sort of thing. However, in my humble opinion there is rarely any service that I feel one can truly say is worth every penny, often I find them overvalued or undervalued.
To that end, the service I have received from Pet Relocation has exceeded all expectations. I must admit I was sticker shock at first, but once I started working with Lindsey Rose and Catie Cox, the value of working with these 2 professionals alone has been value exceeded already. There is nothing more stressful than uprooting a family to a different country. The care and support Lindsey provided me has been nothing short of exceptional. Not to mention the trip has had a series of false starts, not once did Lindsey add to my stress but she even supported and would constantly say, I understand and let me see what I can do to help and adjust to what your needs are

I used PetRelocation to move from New York to Sydney, Australia with my 12 year old Chihuahua mix and they were amazing! They literally handled everything! The price was very competitive and there were no hidden costs.
I really thought this was going to be the worst part of my move but my coordinator Nina made everything so easy and stress free for me. She answered all my questions and replied to my many emails quickly and was always informative. Australia is not an easy country to move a pet to, especially an old pet, but they handled all the paperwork and bookings and even made sure my almost toothless dog had access to all the wet food he needed.
They gave me an amazing timeline and checklist for all my pets veterinary visits which was easy to read and understand. Even the doctors and receptionists at my dogs veterinary hospital said how wonderful Nina was to work with!
I really can't give them enough praise. Because of all of Nina's and PetRelocation's hard work I get to have my best friend by my side in Australia.
100% peace of mind, positive experience, and my cats made it to Mexico happy and healthy :) definitely recommend

Amazing pet transport, answer your questions honestly and make you feel comfortable and safe with the transport of your animal. I have a French Bulldog, who have breathing and temperature issues and flew her to Morocco via 2 flights. She was given the best care and arrived so calm and healthy. I would 100% use this company anytime to transport my pet.
Using your service was amazing from start to finish, and took so much stress off of my move to the UK. Alexis was an incredibly helpful and sweet person and she kept me in the loop at all stages of the process. I honestly can t begin to fathom orchestrating this part of our move on my own with the unpredictability of this pandemic on top of travelling overseas being as complicated as it is on its own. Once we were finally to our home in Bristol, I couldn t help but get a little emotional because all of the pieces felt together so perfectly, and so much of that was due to how helpful you guys were throughout the whole process.

My pugs moved from Wisconsin to England. It was a giant debacle as evidenced by the opening line of my letter to Kevin the CEO, "I am writing to express my sadness and dismay with the result of the service I contracted for. In addition, I write to share my concerns over the recent customer service support I received from Katy and Jeri."
Customer service is essential and this was the feedback I shared with the CEO, "Their response to me while I sat in a full state of panic, fear and duress was shocking. The condescending and patronizing tone will not be soon forgotten. They had very little empathy and my perception was their number one concern at every turn was to tell me it was not their fault. That WAS NOT the time to talk semantics with me."
Bottom line, my dogs landed in quarantine--it was devastating--and the service was appalling. I paid A LOT of money for a product which was not delivered. PetRelocation paid for the quarantine bill (as they absolutely should have), but that was after significant back and forth. I received not a dime back for the "service" I paid for. It was an absolute traumatic experience.
I have no doubt you could opt for a more middle of the road company for the exact same product, if not a bit better. My best advice to you or anyone moving pets: Don't look for a company with solely stellar reviews--take it from me---look for a company who has someone that is able to speak to how things turned out when events did not go as planned. That is the company you want to pick! TRUST ME. Ergo-this is not your company.
I am currently in the process of using PetRelocation and would absolutely not use them again. You are dollars to them. There is little concern for the client and they will do the minimal possible to deal with and help ease your pet's transition. They have made an already stressful and expensive process even more so. I which I could go back and use a different company. Think hard about trusting them with your pets and their journey. They completely lack compassion.
This company is completely non professional, never bothered paying the airline even though I paid in full, and caused me exponentially more stress. Our cat nearly missed his flight thanks to your lousy business.
Fell far short of my expectations and promises made to me. More involvement of pet owners is required to pull off the relocation with this outfit. I don't know where to start, from the botched handling of USDA paperwork to having zero knowledge of destination agent/process, wrong phone numbers of destination agent and zero updates for +5 hours after arrival at destination. When they find out you are calling the destination agent directly, you then ironically get updates. They sub-contract everything out so once your loved one leaves you, you are at Pet Relocation's mercy and Pet Relocation is at the mercy of their sub contractors. Never again and I encourage anyone to who is making pet relocation arrangements to ask how the company manages the work and their sub-contractors from pick-up to delivery.
If someone told me they were relocating internationally with their pets during a global pandemic, I would have told them they were asking for trouble. Although our decision to press on with our move this year came with a fair share of stress, I'm happy to say that Jill and the rest of the Pet Relocation team were never the cause. Communicative, informative, proactive, and friendly from the beginning, we couldn't have asked for a better experience, despite all the COVID-related setbacks. Nina was fantastic! It's no easy feat in normal times to relocate a doggo from U.S to New Zealand. With all the constantly changing Covid conditions, Nina was able to work through options for us and get Dusty on the ground without delay. She explained and guided us the whole way and was always so quick to respond. Dusty arrived happy, healthy and full of love!

Using Pet Relocation was the best decision and worth every penny. I used their doors door service and everything was completely streamlined. The communication not only with them but with the animal lounge in Frankfort and the vet Dr. Nave in Madrid was excellent. Our 3 cats have never traveled further then 30 minutes in a car so this was an extremely stressful journey not only for my husband and I but for the girls. They were truly taken care of on their 2 day journey and when they arrived to my husband they were a bit disoriented however they were clean and quickly bounced back to their normal personalities.

Katy from Pet Relocation did an amazing job moving our cat Nemo from the US to Germany! First, we did not know our exact travel dates until 2 weeks prior to our move. Katy organized everything in just a few days. She responded to e-mails quickly, kept track of every step of the process and made sure that we know what to expect at every stage. No questions were left unanswered. She managed to get the cat on the same flight as us, which made the trip a lot easier for us logistically. Katy also walked our vet through all the necessary paperwork and helped them fill it out correctly.
We have moved quite a bit (both in the US and internationally) and we have never been more satisfied with any other Service or company we have used when relocating.
When we first found out that we'll be moving, we thought that moving the cat will be the hardest part. It turned out this was the easiest and least stressful part of our move thanks to Katy! She sent us pictures of our cat when he checked in at the airport, which was such a relief for us and being able to see he's doing OK made the trip a lot less stressful.
