From the very first email through our last, our Pet Relocation specialists were extremely helpful: knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, patient, and professional. They guided us through the custom crate process (as our two dogs are large), the veterinary paperwork, and answered all questions promptly. The associates that helped with the hands on move from the US to the UK were friendly, reassuring, and professional. Given our emotions of the move, they were both comforting, patient, and focused on reassuring us as well as - and most importantly - the safety of our dogs. Our two large dogs (aka: the loves of our lives) arrived safely and with puppy smiles! We recognize the value of the service that PetRelocation provides. Their expertise is invaluable as the process can be complicated, not to mention emotional. Of all of the steps involved in an international move, relocating our Penny and Gus was of course the part that was most concerning. In all honesty, working with PetRelocation allowed this to be a part of the move we didn't have to worry about. Throughout the process we felt like they had everything under control...and they did! It was a huge relief to have them. Thank you to all involved in this process and for making this move a success! Penny and Gus love their new home!
