The doctors really care about your well being.
After going to many doctors that did not help my chronic pain, I am so thankful I am now a patient here. I am finally hopeful that I will live a better life.

Went to them for services that required Cash Only because I had no insurance told me it would be just $155.00 paid cash in full. I found out later that they charged me $255.00 for a UA that I had not requested but still done because I thought that was part of the deal. they sent me a bill for $255.00 and told me next time to read the fine print. Well that's what I get for trusting them.

I believe Dr Tyson and his Staff have the best approach to giving you your life back. I appreciate pain cause and elimination approach. They all want to see me get back to all my pre-accident activities. Not just survive, but thrive. Thank you.

Dr. Tyson is wonderful. I had nerve pain for 6 years. He recommended a stimulator and I had it put in a month ago. My pain is near zero and I feel GREAT. Thank you Dr. TYSON ! I highly recommend him.

After getting an RFA from Dr. Tyson 2 years ago an...

After getting an RFA from Dr. Tyson 2 years ago and being told by him that when the nerves grew back, meaning my pain returned, all I needed to do was call and set up an appointment, I called yesterday and they said a provider would look over my chart and I'd get a call back. No call so I called today only to be told that they wouldn't reestablish care. They decided not to have me as a patient anymore and wouldn't tell me why. So now I have to find a new doctor to do the RFA just so I am able to walk. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

I've waited almost a month to get in. I was informed that the Dr's review you chart records prior to making an appointment to make sure that you fit the clinic well today go in to see them and get told they all the Dr's decided THIS MORNING that I wouldn't fit there style. Well you should have called and cancelled so I didn't loose work and my freaking copay! I could have been looking for a different clinic and not being basically cheated out of money! I doubt that theyou ever reviewed the chart prior like they had stated

Dr. Tyson is my hero. I have been in pain for 2 years and counting. Dr Tyson strongly advocated for me with my health insurance which allowed me to finally get a trial stimulator for my pain. Dr Tyson has a fantastic bedside manner. He listens to you and explains everything clearly. He is a wonderful doctor and I would refer him any day of the week to anyone who is looking for a fantastic pain doctor.
Thank you Dr. Tyson my hero.

The office manager at this location is one of the ...

The office manager at this location is one of the worst health care professionals I have ever had to work with. Dr Tyson and Craig are magnificent, they are compassionate and true professionals, however their office manager has free reign to do as she pleases and lies about patients she doesn t like. From the first time I met her she has been rude and combative with me unprovoked. I have fought tooth and nail to keep my mouth shut and be a a pleasant person to her in order to abide by my pain management contract. I ve even been cordial to her and once complimented her on a hair cut, and she just looked at me blankly. This last week I was called while I had a cold and I was told that I wouldn t be allowed to come visit the doctor for at least two weeks. I had to ask for clarification four times you mean if I have a negative covid test and have recovered from my cold, I m still not allowed to come into the office? I can t just put it off a few days? It s hard for me to believe that this is the rule, is there a way you could check with Dr Tyson? She then claimed I kept changing my story because I was using cold and sick interchangeably. She exclaimed first you say you re sick and now you say you have a cold, you keep changing your story! I had to ask her if you have a cold, are you not sick? So I receive a letter today that says I m being fired as a patient because I ve been rude to staff (which is untrue) and because I ve cancelled several appointments - which is also untrue. In fact I ve made extra effort to always be pleasant because I knew the office manager didn t like me. In regards to missing appointments, I have called and asked what they would like me to do when I ve been exposed to covid but not tested positive to covid because I have a home full of essential workers - they ALWAYS told me to stay home and to do a telehealth appointment instead. I have even asked if telehealth appointments were the same as in office appointments. It wasn t until this last week I was informed that I must be seen in person ever so often - I was unaware of this, no one explained this rule since covid has all changed our lives. I ve even offered in the past to submit to drug testing even though I was doing telehealth, I wanted to make sure I was being compliant. I was only respecting their wishes and trying to be a responsible individual. I would have gladly come to the appointment to be compliant with my pain contract. What would have been the respectable and responsible thing to do is for someone other than this office manager to talk with me, either by phone or in person. This is why she continues to bully people, because there is no transparency.

I am a strong woman with a loud voice and I always have an opinion, if I was such a rude and unruly person then I would ve yelled in your office - but I didn t. I left. The only reason I m posting this here is in hopes that Dr Tyson or Craig will see this and have a little more insight into the management of your office since I was refused a direct way to speak with you or leave you a message and I can t trust that a letter will actually be delivered to you.

Dr. Tyson and his staff have been so wonderful. Dr. Tyson is one of those rare doctors that don't just say they care but actually show it. He has tried many things to figure out the issue that is causing me pain. When he needed to refer me out to another doctor he talked with that doctor so she was well informed of my issues before I even met her. He still follows my progress and manages my pain. I am hopeful that we will figure it all out. I am very fortunate to have found such a wonderful doctor.
