Fell far short of my expectations and promises mad...

Fell far short of my expectations and promises made to me. More involvement of pet owners is required to pull off the relocation with this outfit. I don't know where to start, from the botched handling of USDA paperwork to having zero knowledge of destination agent/process, wrong phone numbers of destination agent and zero updates for +5 hours after arrival at destination. When they find out you are calling the destination agent directly, you then ironically get updates. They sub-contract everything out so once your loved one leaves you, you are at Pet Relocation's mercy and Pet Relocation is at the mercy of their sub contractors. Never again and I encourage anyone to who is making pet relocation arrangements to ask how the company manages the work and their sub-contractors from pick-up to delivery.
