I started my most recent shopping experience with my guard up. I did some research online but didn't submit my personal info. I met Craig in the showroom and I probably didn't treat him with the respect that he deserved. He was great and gave me all of the information that I asked for. No secrets. It took longer than I liked but that was probably just as much my fault. Good service at this dealership.
