I made an appointment with Pearson Ford for 9am to...

I made an appointment with Pearson Ford for 9am to have my car checked out. I got a call at 3pm saying that they have been backed up, and didn t get to my car. The guy said that I could bring my car in tomorrow, but he didn t know if they would get to it. But I could reschedule my appointment. I get there and the guy didn t even ask if I wanted to reschedule. NOTHING!! Just handed my key and asked if I seen my car out front. I felt like they didn t even care to service me and I am very upset!! What was the point of making an appointment! I will never bring my car back! I have taken my car to another ford service center. They were very nice and professional not to mention better in pricing.
