Great hotel with a super friendly staff. Rooms were nice and amenities were above average. Great gym, free WiFi! The upgrade to club services was well worth the extra fee. We were able to relax and get plenty of additional work done.

Great location for accessing Orlando conference center. Very difficult to get to Disney. Hotel provides complimentary day passes to use I-ride trolley. DO NOT TAKE the iride trolley thinking you can get to downtown Disney (Disney Springs) as it won't get you there. Excellent gym and fitness center. Clean rooms with decent shampoo amenities. House keeping staff and front desk staff very friendly. Travelling to Disney: Hotel offers multi-stop shuttle service to Disney for $10 per person. Must be reserved two hours prior to trip. Uber costs $28-30 each way. Public transit via Lynx system-- $2.00: take 42 or 8 bus to the SeaWorld transfer, then the 50 bus. Took 50 minutes door-to-door to Magic Kingdom.

Rooms are very nice. Clean and comfortable. Great view out iver the pool. Hotel itself is huge and contains several fine dining establsiments. Even their "less fine" restaurant is fairly spendier than I'm used to. The food is great, though. Staff has been hit and miss. Some are super friendly, others make me feel like I'm not good enough to stay here.

Beautiful. Indoor and out. Gorgeously landscaped... roaring large waterfalls flow over one pool. A water slide is tucked into the landscape and landing of another pool. Sadly I'm staying for a work function and not included in our package BUT I can tell a day enjoying the outdoor paradise theyve created would be a treat for all ages!!!!
Rooms are spacious, clean, environmentally friendly, with modern decor and nice entertainment features(large 60 inch tv, cubieblue bedside).

Top notch service which means a lot these days! The only improvement would be Jacuzzi tubs in the bathrooms. Everything was very clean and the staff was very dog friendly. If you smoke get a room with a balcony in tower 2. Dont miss going to the 31st floor in tower 2, great view of the area as far as one can see.

Definitely a world-class hotel. All of the staff were professional, helpful, and vibrant. One of the best kept rooms I have stayed in ever. Quiet rooms, great dining. Even the 24 hour B-Line Diner has all fresh made food with some unique options, and the filet and scallops at Fiorenzo are to die for. Couldn't ask for more.

Efficient check-in, fast elevators, clean, well-appointed rooms. Very handy for the Orange County Convention Center.

Strangely, there are three different entrances where vehicles can pick up or drop off. So if you're meeting someone, make sure you're clear where!

We loved everything about this hotel. At first I was worried since it was on I drive and during a busy time of the year but it was wonderful. Pool was spotless, everyone was really nice and it was in walking distance to great restaurants. I don't know why everyone complains about the walk from the garage to the hotel, it took less than two minutes. It was very close unless you parked all the way across the street by the Rosen which you shouldn't have. The only thing I could say they should improve on is it was a hassle getting in and out of the parking garage every day. The machine wouldn't honor our free parking and we had to call valet every time. They did take at least 5 minutes to answer each time. Aside from that it was perfect!

I did not stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. A friend of mine is staying there attending a conference this week. The hotel and the lobby area is very nicely decorated. Overall the hotel is a nice place to stay, very close to the Orange County Convention Center.

This is by far probably the largest hotel that I have visited with in the United States. When I was advised that there was a tower one and a tower to I couldn't believe the fact that this huge complex was all contained under one structure! I will admit that probably every amenity you could imagine is provided within the air-conditioned confines of the hotel such as a Starbucks, many clothing stores, boutiques, and snacks. This hotel definitely caters for the upper middle class with its fountain displays and lobby artwork. If you are a guest here parking is included in the cost of your room. Otherwise expect to pay $29 per day even if you are visiting a guest of the hotel.

Very nice cool hotel. The pool was great with no deep areas so good for kids. The restaurant was high priced but good and bar was beautiful, funky and fun. Location is great...on International but not in a crazy busy high traffic area. All of the staff, at least the ones we interacted with, were all very nice and helpful, even housekeeping! We stay in or around Orlando often and this hotel is a new entry to our top 10.

Rooms are clean and spacious. For many events at the convention center this is a great place to stay. Used the hyatt app and was able to ask for blankets and extra towels with no problem.

Even in the event of a hurricane (Irma) and all of the special request being made. Service remained professional and even comforting in a highly stressful situation. Desk staff has been able to answer all questions from nervous guest and willing to accommodate many situations. Rooms are very tidy and comfortable. Bathrooms are great and staff is extremely helpful. Amy and the rest of the front desk staff is amazing!!

During check in for a conference, the power went out anc couldn't get to my room for almost two hours. They not only waived my parking fees for the entirety of my stay they gave me credit for my stay.

Very nice, clean. Wonderful amenities. Beautiful hotel. Nice staff. One mark against them though. Two robes in our room. Could tell they were used before. Slight make up stain near neckline and slightly frayed.

The food was bad and beds are soooooo uncomfortable. Would not stay again.

Very Bad service. They really add extra costs and beware of cost on the confirmation. I thought I was paying 3000 total. I got my bill and it was 6000 total for my stay. They will not put a total on the confirmations so be careful. Imagine paying 6000 dollars for staying at a Motel 6. That s what this felt like.

I'm here for the Xamarin conference. The stay has been pretty normal. I didn't really get any communication on the amenities of the hotel, which I would have liked to know. The food has been decent, but nothing special.

My biggest gripe was that my room wasn't ready on arrival, so I had to downgrade to a room without a king.

Overall a great hotel, with comfortably sized rooms, large tv's, many dining options, and very easy to navigate, especially during conferences or conventions, using the pathfinders they have stationed around the building. Nice large pool and many amenities such as the fitness center, easy to go to the convention center adjacent using the convenient walkways. Friendly and helpful staff, everything i couldve asked for

We spent 3 nights during spring break at the Hyatt in a Metropolitan Suite. The suite was amazing, on a corner it had views out toward Disney World and the I-drive area, a balcony to get some fresh air, separate bedroom, pull out sofa bed for the kids in the living room, and the bath was luxury at its best...a tv in the mirror, do I need to say more! There are two main pools, with the grotto pool next to the newer tower being the best ..water slide, zero entry, waterfalls, kiddie splash area and a bar/grill with all the required fruity daiquiris! The hotel is very large, in two 22 floor towers and a massive convention center attached (in addition to the Orlando Convention Center across the street)...the large size can be a draw back as it doesn't inherently come with the warm welcome you get from some hotels...most of the time coming and going through the main lobby you don't interact with any staff at all, let alone where some hotels you have a doorman or reception right there that always greet you with a smile and hello....there were parts of the hotel we honestly never even set foot in too, but in Orlando if you are like us you are likely here for the theme parks and attractions and honestly aren't at the hotel long enough to fully experience it anyway.
We are Hyatt Globalist elite members as well and the Regency Club was great, good breakfast food, though limited to oatmeal every day and 1 other hot item, but lots of fruit, danishes, a nice coffee machine, meats and cheeses (typical European spread)...it was nice. We also made it to the desert one night, a selection of macaroons! We were not around for the evening appetizers or complimentary bar but we did see they are on the schedule for the club daily. As Globalist I felt they did a great job recognizing our status and they made us feel very welcome and special, even helping us celebrate our anniversary during our stay.
All in all I would very much like to stay here again, especially if I wanted to be close to Universal or the convention center! Only negative was a billing mistake (overcharged) but their customer service team was quick to respond and take care of fixing it!

Great front door service, did request a king, but apparently since it was through a conference they gave me a queen and said we did not get first choice. So then why even let me pick to begin with? Oh well the rooms are nice and the hotel is huge.

The staff and service of this hotel is top notch. One of the few hotels that actually call you later in day to verify if you need anything because the do not disturb sign is up. Best hotel in International drive Orlando.
