Are y guy open for business? U have a number to call for enrollment etc but u guys never ever answer the phone or return a call, that makes no sense and its mad annoying
Before I sign them up I let them know I had autistic twin boys whom had good days and bad days. They assured me that they had trained professionals on their staff... after being there a week they called me everyday to pick one or both the twins. Ultimately kicked one of my twins out and acted as if I never told them my kids where autistic.. do not send your child here.
If you wish for your child to come home from their first day of daycare with scratches on their face and in their scalp then this would be the perfect place to send them. My daughter was here for less than 8 hours and managed to come home with so many scratches. I was not informed of what had occurred until I brought to the staffs attention that my child was harmed. When I came back the next day to retrieve an incident report the story of what had taken place changed several times. I would not recommend this center to anyone!
I had my kids going here and the teachers are ghetto. All except the tall one Ms jasmine that cares for the 3 year olds and the french lady. ThereTwas one other good one with the dreads but she left. The kids came home all the time telling me Ms jaylen was mean. I watched her talk to the kids like they were her peers. Punish them for laughing. Just be mean to the kids sometimes in a playful way but that is not the role a "teacher should play" I voiced my concerns nothing changed... I had one teacher tell another teacher I was lying , while I was on the phone (Ms Kia) I walk around at she continued to act a ghetto mess raising her voice in her place of work around chi at me in for the kids telling me "It don't matter" , when I was explaining that my concerns were valid... They also have a driver that sits at the front of the daycare looking like she has an attitude. She doesn't speak at all. When I noticed I started questioning the my children , then I found out that she does not speak to the kids AT ALL either. No good morning no hey just "come on" I also found out that she is on the phone cursing with whoever is on the other line. When I brought this to the attention of the staffs attention , it was explained they had a meeting and it will change. After another week no change so I voiced my concern again the owner calls me and says "even tho she only has your kids for a short time" I will talk to her again. Which made me feel like this wasn't a big deal to her.... Well next day the driver still has the same nasty attitude and does not speak to my children. So I called up the next day and spoke with a staff member to voice mymconcerns again and Ms Kia was in the background trying to make it seem , to the lady I was on the phone with ,as if I was lying. I walk around at she continued to act a ghetto mess raising her voice in her place of work in front of the kids telling me "It don't matter" , when I was explaining that my concerns were valid........ In the same breath she agreed that this lady sits with this stink attitude. i pulled my children out after that... No call from the owner and I walked past one day and saw the driver looking like she had an attitude still. So to me that says they don't care about the quality of care their children receive! BAD BUSINESS!
This daycare gave my son to the wrong person then had the nerve for an whole hour try to make it like I called for someone else to pick him up the Director had no remorse I hate what they put me through I never been so scared in my life I wish there was a 0 star
