The location of this hotel is perfect! It is connected via skybridge to the convention center where our destination was! The service here is perfect, the food is amazing, and the rooms are super clean and spacious!!

Great room! Beware the hidden expenses such as parking ($20 for self parking), state tax, city tax and "resort fee" whatever that is. We paid about $23 for that. We ate supper and breakfast at the B Line Diner inside the hotel. It was good but pricey.

Stayed in a standard room with two queens. Beautiful room, with a great view. Kids loved the TV in the mirror in the bathroom haha. Had breakfast at the buffet restaurant downstairs and it was delicious

The best hotel Ive stayed at. Services and the quality were amazing. There were ducks floting around in a fountain. It was so cute! All the small amenities there were good, and I had lots of fun. Pool also excellent quality and there is a slide that is lots of fun. i highly reccommend this Hotel.

This place was so nice! It has 2 pools. The pool on the fourth floor was less crowded when we were there, so I recommend that one. It s very big too and has a hot tub. The larger pool was much busier. The room was nice. We had requested a king bed, but when we got there, we were told they were all full so we had to take 2 queens. The tv in the rooms is huge, and there is a tv in the mirror in the bathroom which was really cool! Only reason for not 5 stars was that there were a lot of hidden fees we didn t know about until we got there and more when we checked out. So the price you think you re paying is a good $50-$80 more. There s a parking fee and a resort fee for example. They should just include that up front, so you know how much you ll be spending before you decide to go.

Clean, executive level, BUT there 'might' have been something in the airco. Woke up every morning with very dried out red burning eyes, something which i didnt expect considering the humidity.

Was only on town for a night, but the room and environment as a whole was amazing. The walk back and forth to the car from hotel was a bit much, but I had a nice stay. It was really busy there also; people everywhere. That was a bit extreme and annoying. I would recommend.

Stayed here 2 nights through hotwire otherwise I would never stay at a place like this. The more costly the hotel, the less amenities available...unless you pay extra for them. Overall, the hotel is very nice...the staff, the lobby, all 5 stars. The room however was less desireable. Initial presentation is nice, but it is just an illusion. First of all, the fact that they use the cheapest toilet paper in a place like this BLOWS MY MIND! Secondly, all the fixtures were dusty, there was hair on the shower wall and ceiling, most of the towels have dirt stains on them or previous guest hair stranded into the cheap fabric. The bathroom design wasn't thought out very well and you practically have contort your body just to use the crappy toilet paper they provided. The bathroom also didn't have a vent and was unbearably hot after someone showered...I thought it was a code requirement that a vent needs to be installed in a bathroom if there isn't a window so not sure what's up with that. We checked in as 3 guests but there were only supplies for 2. The room had a mini fridge...but no microwave? I can do better at most hotels that are half priced and will do so in the future. Although the bathtub was nice and big, I can see how many people could have a safety issue trying to step over the high walls. The room and bathroom did have night light sensors so you can move around easily at night, and there is a tv hidden in the bathroom mirror...so if that's worth it to you...get ready to spend big money because what you save online you make up for in fees, food, and parking!

Very pleasant and great experience on our quick overnight stay! We were very pleased with the room, the hotel and grounds, pool area, staff, and service. We will most definitely be staying here again.

Waited more then an hour at check in, everyone else appeared to have rooms assigned. The only offer was for me to layout an additional $25 per night to upgrade to next available room. Terrible!

Recently stayed here for our winter get away from the cold vacation and the service was Elite and the rooms beautifully appointed and spacious, not to mention The Grotto pool which was wonderful.

It is a nice and peaceful place to stay in Orlando. While the hotels in Disney or universal areas are always crowded, you can relax and enjoy at this place.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The Italian steakhouse in the hotel serves great food; the pasta was delicious. Also, the diner is famous for desserts.
You can relax at the pools, maybe play some games. By the way, hotel's WiFi was disappointing.
Hotel gives free passes for i-ride buses. Both Disney and universal are at 30 minutes drive. Parking is not free but valet service is available.

This is great hotel with some good restaurants on site. The room was large and overlooked the pool. Everywhere was clean and smelled fresh. The only issues I had here was access to a freezer which is an issue for nursing moms who need fly back home.

When I asked if I could get a freezer up to my room since the room had only a fridge, I was told they didn't have a freezer on the entire property. I later was talking to a friend who told me to try talking to someone else. So I called the hotel chain, the lady who answered was really sweet and said she would make sure I could pump and freeze the milk to bring back to my baby. She called my hotel and talked to someone and told me to call the front desk because they have a location I can store it. I called the front desk, who said she would put me in contact with housekeeping. Housekeeping answers. They tell me they have two on site for just this type of issue and they send one right up.

Fast forward to the last day, I ask the front desk for late check-out since I need to keep the milk frozen for as long as possible and I need somewhere to pump later since my husband was at his conference until 6 that night. They said I could stay there until 4:30 at the latest, which was great. After I pump for the last time I go downstairs to check out and ask if I could use a freezer to store the milk in until he gets out. The lady tells me they do not have a freezer on site. I had to explain that I had a freezer in my room and if I can not keep the milk frozen that it is going to be 10x harder to get through security. She checked with someone in the back, came back and told me they didn't have anywhere for me to store it and that I could check with the baggage claim. I explained that I already had and they said they did not have access to a freezer. I then asked if they could bring down the freezer from room to store it and made it obvious I am not leaving without a better resolution. She asks a coworker up front and without skipping a beat the coworker says they will find a way to make it work and to meet her at the baggage claim area. It is then stored without issue.

While I am so happy that the hotel was able to assist a pumping mother, it was frustrating that it took so much work. I get not giving out freezer space to anyone just wanting to store their frozen foods or drinks, but I feel like when they start off by telling you it is for breast milk they shouldn't be any issues. Also, the staff needs to all be on the same page and trained, because if this was my first baby I would of just dumped it because I was not prepared to fight for it and that is not something a mother should have to do.

Amazing experience throughout Irma, staff extremely helpful and nothing was an issue.
Phenomenally professional and put guest at ease and kept up to date in a very tense and potentially life threatening situation.
Allowed us to check in at 10:30am with immediate access to the room, room was spacious and well appointed - no complaints and usual Hyatt standards definitely upheld!

This hotel complex was perfect. Our suite was certainly spacious and comfortable. The swimming pools were large, clean, and relaxing. We had an amazing dinner at Fiorenzo and will definitely consider staying here next time we are in Orlando.

The pool alone is worth the stay. It grotto pool is only 3 feet deep and extremely relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good and services within walking distance can be a bit over priced, but your stay includes a free day pass for the I-Drive shuttle which will take you a few quick minutes north or south to more reasonably priced options.

The hotel is very nice, rooms are clean and spacious. Be aware of the "resort fee" that is additional to your room rate and that does not cover daily parking. You pay $24 a day for self parking. So when booking, add the resort and the parking fee, it's around $50 extra for each day.

Great conference experience at the hotel overall, food was good and everything was very well organized. Moving things into / out of conference hall was a bit annoying, but not a major issue.

Fairly standard seating, flexible tables and chairs along outside of room, some booths. But this place earns it stars with service and the terrific food. They discount substantially until 6:30 for Happy Hour, so go in time if you can, quite a bargain. Server staff was helpful and attentive, didn't push the tab, We enjoyed appetizer of grilled peppers and.

Gorgeous property but they have a very difficult time getting room keys programmed properly. They continue to NOT get it right after 4-5 tries so we can access lounge, self parking garage and room. Truly amazing how difficult something which seems so simple can become. Otherwise great place to start. Awesome room and bathroom/shower. Nice friendly and helpful staff other than key issue.

Awesome hotel! After a short line we were checked in and on our way to our room. Hotel staff was courteous and attentive. Parking and resort fees add an extra 48$ to your room rate. Its kinda worth it because the resort fee includes bike rental and day pass on the I-Trolley. We will definitely be returning here.

If you book this hotel with the Hoteltonight app you can save 25$ with prom code "TMYNAME"

Drove the youth from church to the hyatt regency Orlando for a youth convention during the weekend in a 26 passenger school bus. However due to the height of the bus 9'10 they had no parking for that type of vehicle and wanted to charge me $100.00 for a like 2 hours that we were going to be there. What bother me the most was that they could not tell me where i could go and park. Instead the person encharge of the parking told me to drive to Mc Donalds and to leave the bus there and to call an uber who would charge me like $3.00 to take me to the hotel. I'm glad and hope that no one follows this type of advise otherwise your vehicle will get tow. For a hotel with this type of prestige their workers should or need to be more informed i think, so that this won't happen to other people with that type of vehicles.

Recently attended a conference in Orlando, Florida and stayed at the Hyatt Regency. By far one of the largest hotels I've stayed in and cleanest! The staff are some of the friendliest people I've ever met and incredibly helpful. From the time you arrive till the time you leave they make you feel like family and are easily available if you need assistance. I'll definitely stay here next time I visit Orlando.

Everything about this hotel was great except it's horrible parking garage and staff. I was working an event for the hotel and was forced to pay 22$ for a parking ticket to get out of the complex. I made it clear to the manager and staff (who were just hanging out not doing anything besides smoking cigarettes behind the complex. Why should I have to pay an absurd amount when I am employed there? Will never return to this hotel.

I think we were on the 30th floor. King bed suite. Room had a odd smell to it when we got in. Only stayed one night and we were super tired so we just went to bed instead of making a fuss. Didn't get a chance to jump in the pool but looke like fun. Wife went and got a massage at the spa. She enjoyed it, but slightly prefers Rosen Centre Spa not due to massage but to the ammenities/relaxation area.

I stayed here after staying at the Marriott Stanton South Beach. Big difference in service and the attitudes of the staff here. Hyatt staff didn't feel very helpful, not smiley when you pass them by, didn't explain that there would be a resort fee a d what it would be for.
