Attended a conference here and it is a beautiful hotel and conference center

The hotel was clean and comfortable; however I was offered the government rate by one of the front desk clerks but I had key my badge in the car. She told me that would not be s problem, to show it at checkout, but at checkout the manager said the hotel was at 95% and that rate was not available and even though it was not our fault, the manager did not honor it. That was disappointing.

Beautiful hotel. Clean. Spacious. Loved the Starbucks on the property. Staff was sweet!

The valet service was amazing. He helped us with luggage and was very patient when we were trying to find something inside the vehicle.

I had a very wonderful stay in this hotel for an even across the street. Being bale to walk to the convention center was awesome and the staff were amazing. I would highly recommend staying here if your in town for something at the convention center.

Excellent hotel and very convenient as its across the street from the convention center. This was perfect for me attending a convention, and so much dining in the area all within easy walking distance.

Read the article in the paper where you took in 800-900 dogs with their owners as guests during hurricane Irma !!! You deserve 10

Was here filming a wedding. Also a great place to stay if you're at the convention center. It's across the street.

Service is top notch! Quick to answer requests and staff is outstanding.

The rooms were very nice and plenty of accommodations. I would highly recommend this place for the walkable location to shops and dining.

Beautiful high end rooms over looking an amazing pool area and international avenue.

I have stayed here for a work conference every April- May for 5 years. May 2019 housekeeping came through my room and my brand new Bose head phones disappeared I called front desk, house keeping and security multiple times and never got a response on what happened. Terrible things disappear from my room and can t trust this reputable hotel going forward. Asking my company not to use them in the future.

Terrible experience. Customer service is lowest priority. It s a shame because the property is gorgeous.

We stayed for Megacon..my niece who is in a wheelchair makes traveling a bit challenging but the staff was very accommodating and pleasant..the staff in the restaurants were very good..only issue was breakfast took a bit long as kitchen was overwhelmed as they cooked for room service as well but waitress discounted our meal before we even said anything..highly recommend staying

Outstanding for a vacation or even when you need to stay somewhere for a convention. Very convenient location and nice clean rooms. The cafe and ships inside are outstanding as well!

Gorgeous facility. The staff were super courteous and helpful. The rooms were spatious and very nice. The pool was humongous and awesome. It was literally across the street from the convention center so our morning 'commute' was like 5 minutes. All in all, we loved it.

The building is very nice and the staff were all great. The Internet is very slow, limited to 5mbit for free and you can pay $20 for 20mbit, which is adequate but still feels slow for that amount of up charge. The bed is hard as a rock, if you're into that kind of thing you'll enjoy it. The in-room TV was nice but did not have accessible inputs and you can't turn off the 120hz interpolation which was a little frustrating. There was a TV inside the bathroom mirror which is pretty baller.

Just down right amazing! For a nice get away or a week stay for a convention you will want to spend more time at the hotel then you will at the malls and theme parks that are a short drive away. Jog track is fun and so is putt-putt golf but you just have to love the pools, lazy river, and I even got my parents to let loose and go down the water slide! Super fun great memories and want to come back every summer!

Very nice hotel. Nice rooms. Nice pool. But Pool bar could be better. Very small. Not much of a pool bar vibe. Needs music, theme, better seating, more space. Oriented so you are in the sun all afternoon with no shade. No umbrellas or canopy at the bar either.

Excellent service which makes this hotel very popular. It is known for its warm and quick services.
There is cleanliness everywhere and staff is ready to clean all the time if they spot any waste or dust.
Moreover, they have pool, spa, fitness center and games section. Staff is very friendly.
Children enjoy here very much as they get a large open area to run around.

Very big and grand hotel. Many restaurants on site that are absolutely delicious. Pool is very beautiful with pool side bar. I would recommend this hotel.

Great staff. Courteous and helpful. Rooms are very nice and the televisions have HDMI ports that work for Roku and game consoles.

The pool is amazing. An awesome slide, a waterfall pool, a children's play area and a hot tub.

In hotel restaurants are a bit pricey but you can easily walk to less expensive options.

Parking cost is a bit high, would be nice if it was lower for guests

Excellent location for conferences. Food is very good. Presentations went off without a hitch.

The customer service, room, pool, and facility was excellent! Delicious food & large portions! Friendly staff, quiet room, great atmosphere! The only downside was that food, beverages, room service and in-room movies were VERY expensive! If those were the prices you have to pay for outstanding service, then I understand, but things being so overpriced was a little disconcerting.

Excellent Service, Lots of Amenities, Beautiful Property. I had a recent conference here. Just know that walking distance, could mean a mile still as both the hotel conference area and the Convention Center are massive. Know which building you are in and how to get there vause it could take you 15 minutest to get there.

Secure & accessible public parking. Spacious and neat lobby with clean restrooms. Friendly hotel staff greeting with a smile and eye contact.

If you can find Sandy to be your bartender, do. She's the best!

I travel from Ny to florida 2 times a month. when in Florida I sometimes stay in the Orlando Hyatt. I like it but they can do better, maybe better trainer for the staff.

Rooms are well kept and the on site amenities are great. Staff are very nice and helpful. Parking is very pricey, but that is to be expected next to the conference center.

The hotel was very clean, very organized, staph was extremely helpful and nice. There is a lot of convenience from the market as well as the diner inside. The from my voucher is very helpful as well. For the location it's a great price, though paying for parking was my least favorite, that still offered some vehicle security.

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff. I stayed here for a conference and it was a very enjoyable experience.

We attended a social gathering in one of the very nice conference rooms. The venue was huge and difficult to find the room but an employee walked is to the exact spot.

I have stayed here and have had nothing but bad experiences. My room service chicken was uncooked on my salad, then I had to wait another hour to get a COOKED chicken caesar salad. There was construction on our floor that we were NOT made aware of could not move rooms. I tried to give the hotel another try to book for Megacon2018 and was told that because I was going to stay longer than the convention I would have to make 2 separate reservations and possibly move rooms for the last-not convention room rate. This staff and hotel is a joke. I'll stay with Hilton, where they make my stay easy and enjoyable.

Contemporary hotel, very comfortable and clean. Lots of amenities, perfect for conferences at the hotel. Chromecast on the TV was a very welcome addition so you can stream from your device.

Pricing of food on site is high but there are several restaurants within an 8 minute walk at pointe Orlando with more reasonable pricing. Fridges in room as well.

The wait staff was extremely friendly and the food and wine was lovely to match. Very enjoyable evening all around.

The Hyatt Regency is absolutely gorgeous. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There's a lot to do in the area and a lot of restaurants in walking distance.

The employees at the front desk and out front are very professional, courteous and efficient.

Great place it is truly beautiful. 3 food is way over priced. 4 dollars for a soda. Come on really!!!

Granted this was my first time staying in a resort style hotel... I was disappointed. I stay at the Hyatt place all the time, it's priced less and normally awesome so I figured I try the regency to see what it's like. The room was tiny compared to the Hyatt place and there was no free breakfast... I had a really hard time seeing what I was paying the extra $100 night for.

I attended the wedding expo. It was a very long trek from the parking garage to the conference room. But the walk through the hotel was beautiful. Everything was clean and grand I felt like I was in a fairy tale. I will definitely consider the Hyatt when I am in need of lodging in the Orlando area.

Great staff, great venue, nice atmosphere. Will recommend to anyone attending events in the area.

I really enjoyed staying at the Hyatt. It was beautiful and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The food was a little expensive, but they offered free snacks, water and coffee during each of the breaks at the conference I attended. It was very hospitable. The catered food that we paid for through our conference fees was fantastic. Great vegetables, salads and meat options. I would stay at this location again for a personal vacation.

Attended professional conference at this location and the staff members were friendly and willing to help.

I just went for a professional event, but the atmosphere was amazing. I'd never been in a nice hotel, and I'd love to stay there. The pool I saw as I was walking by was very pristine and beautiful, and the hotel reminded me of the high-rise city kind of life that I love.

Stayed here for a conference. The staff and service was great. I had a room in tower 2 that overlooked the pool and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed their gym; so many variety of gum equipment and it was never busy. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is one of the better hotels we have ever stay. The wedding was perfect including different thickness pillows and very fresh clean Linens the soap products and shampoo products were very nice as well there is a TV in the bathroom and a remote control to the TV was also the TV out in the main area is huge is bigger than the one that we have at home and it is very clear I was shocked at the clarity of this TV there are roads in the closet there is a safe in the room and a refrigerator but there was no microwave there is also a little set today that one of my kids used to sleep on it's almost like an extra bed and it's it's on the window we stayed on the 23rd floor and the view is incredible you could see all the Disney properties the elevators are very fast and if you are meeting at the convention center below the accessibility is ridiculously good parking is expensive for self parking you park in a garage which is next door to the property I assume the property owns it it was $24 a day the parking garage even as nice upbeat music playing which I thought was very interesting the pool is spacious and friendly and has several waterfalls and there is also a lap pool and a different part of the hotel the workout facilities are ample there's plenty of free weights and machines there's a separate Corps room and then there's a separate room for treadmills and they have spin class and yoga classes which are complementary with your stay so seriously this is one of the best values we've seen in the Orlando area and we have stayed at every Hotel here

Great hotel, lots of amenities, convenient uber and lyft pickup locations. Under control even when we stayed from Halloween Horror Nights over at universal. Not crowded even when there's millions of people. Only complaint I have is that the check in desk isn't labeled well. We couldn't find where it was. The only sign they had up at the time was a very tiny plaque by the multiple desks.

Staff were amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. Whole place was clean and organized. Enjoyed the pools and restaurants served good food.

Great hotel if your in Orlando for a convention, Sea World, or Sea World. This hotel is clean and very nice. I stayed in the Metro Suite. I recommend the suite with Club level access. Private seating and drinks morning and night.

The suite came with more than needed. It included a tv in the bathroom mirror. Sofa bed and a door seperating the bedroom.

I found that was a pretty impressive list meaning for a quick stay you can bring very little. Also there is a fridge and coffee maker in the room but no microwave.

Finally there is a doorbell which is a nice touch.

When getting up in the middle of the night there are subtle led lights guiding you around without waking others.

Nice pool also.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and welcoming staff. Well situated with many shops and restaurants near by. Room was very clean and comfortable. The thing that stood out from other hotels was the staff - the valet attendants were always welcoming and would be quick to wish us a wonderful day on our way out; the morning staff at the Bell Desk were some of the friendliest people I have ever met. It's the little things that make a great hotel even better. I would highly recommend! Bonus: there is a tv in the bathroom mirror

Hotel is very beautiful however the incidental charges should be advised upfront. I came this weekend to enjoy my birthday only for my card to be charged with various fees. Self parking is $27 per day, valet is $40 per day. They also place a hold on your card of $70

I feel that these charges should be told before arriving to the hotel. I m giving it 3 stars due to this as well as the carpet on the 25th floor smells stale.

I don t think I ll be returning. I feel for the prices here there should be a complimentary breakfast.

It was truly great & the makeup shows that were being held was just as good.

Very nice hotel. Love seeing my old friend. Want to stay there sometime.

Not a good experience. Parking lot far from the entrance . Shuttles suposse to go by to pick you up but you end up having to call. Valet parking $40.00 per day and regular parking $29.00. Too many furniture in the room. The tub is so close to the sink that you can only enter one way. Choose another hotel.

My visit was for 6 days as a business trip. I gave 5 starts because I frequent hotels and this one everybody was super helpful and always trying to accommodate you. They have free passes for a ride (iRide) to close places, very clean very pretty I will come back
