Always fun great pricing lots of choices for food from simple to gormet. Must go place

Today 2/16/19
Our room was not.ready are 345 after a.long day . Call to room service they promised us they would get the room done I. 30 min. 1.5 hours later we returned and it still was not done
Another call to the front desk and had nothing but double talk! I just had surgery and was trying to get ready for a dinner we had planned. Ultimately we were late for our dinner.and the hotel did not seem to care and all we got was double talk. We use to go often. I think we may have to rethink where we stay in the future.

They did a great job with the conference. The meeting rooms were really nice. I was a little disappointed with the daytime food options. B-line was good, but the only on-site breakfast and lunch option for several days (everything else was closed until 6pm).

Awesome place, sadly it rained during our stay but it's florida it happens and covid had some things shut down such as the restaurants on the resort but you're on international drive so that's no big deal. Still had a great time. Pool area is amazing. Both of them. They have a rooftop pool, tennis court, slide, hot tubs, it's just a great time.

We stayed for a convention at the Orange County Convention Center for about 5 days and it was a great experience. You're just a skybridge away from the HUGE convention center with central access to theme parks like Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Disney. The amenities were great with clean rooms and a great bathroom. It really became a second home during our trip and we felt so at ease during our stay. The hotel was also a bustling hub of about two other conferences as well and it was great to see a variety of people walking the halls. I was initially going to ding about the room view or about the overall aesthetic of the hotel, but frankly you don't go to Orlando to be wowed by the hotel. You go to a great hotel that makes you feel welcome while allowing you access to so many things you're looking to do. And this hotel does that in spades.

This place was amazing! We booked a presidential suite bc we were celebrating but they upgraded us to a penthouse and ohhhh myyyy goodness was it beautiful! The pools and drinks were wonderful and there wasn't an ugly corner to be found! Would love to revisit!

Stayed for a conference. This Hyatt has everything from spacious and clean rooms, very helpful staff, activities and a really convenient walk to the Orlando Convention Center. Rachel at the front desk was very hospitable, Concierge, and the golf pro, Janet, were beyond helpful. Highly recommend!

The best hotel I've stayed in while visiting Orlando in the I Drive area. Truly clean from the lobby, to the hallways, and the room. The property is very well maintained. Given 4 stars because of the parking. The parking is $25 for each 24 hours spent during your stay. Valet is $38. It is paid at the time of check out along with the hotel fees which is about $29. The parking is in the garage which is a quite a walk. There's a shuttle, but was nowhere to be found. I would suggest taking your luggage in first then park if you're not going to valvet. I booked a King size bed non accessible room.

This is my all time favorite hotel in Orlando! Every year I treat myself on my birthday to a weekend :) I love the one bedroom suite! The bar is very nice and has excellent small plates to enjoy with your cocktail. Every time I go I never want to leave! The staff is A+ !!!

We went to the Hyatt Regency to attend dance finals. My main concern is the cost of parking. We were only there for about 3 hours and the cost was the same as full day, aside from that we were very impressed with the hotel.

Early check in was a breeze. Greeted with glasses of champagne. Room and view were as advertised. Bed very comfortable. Nice spacious bathroom. The pool and surrounding grounds, resort amenities, gym, available activities staff knowledge, concierge service and assistance were all outstanding. The only feedback I can honestly give is that the carpet was kinda dirty when we arrived in our room. It didn't look like it had been vacuumed in a while. Everything else was top notch. Thank you thank you thank. We had a wonderful weekend partly due to the quality and employees of the Hyatt Regency

There is a lot going on here. Staff was friendly and extremely accomodating. Italian restaurant was great for food and service with a large group with dietary restrictions. The Rocks bar helped us throw a fantastic party and the food was incredible. The marketplaces were lacking much selection for snacks or drinks. Fire alarm went off 3 times and staff at the back told us to evacuate while people at the front told us to return to our booths the last time. Conference rooms could be very noisy and temperatures were hot.

Really nice hotel. I was in town for NPE and my boss booked rooms for the week. Being up on the 28th floor was a nice view of everything could see disney off in the distance. Only problem was waiting for the elevator sometimes. Since there was so many floors I had to wait a few times but nothing crazy. Drinks were good at the bar and food was good in the little diner. Stuff is way over priced in the little store they have though but if you need it you'll pay.

I was a visitor attending a conference. The bathrooms were kept clean but needed more stalls. The staff and food were great. The main issue I had all three days was regarding self parking. I paid at the machine and upon exiting requested a receipt to which each day I was not provided with one. I went each day to the valet attendant to have a generic receipt printed. This happened to my colleague as well. If parking wasn't $22/day, I wouldn't have bothered. Mohammad was less than enthused to assist us both in the morning and noon time.

Attended a conference reception at the Hyatt Regency. Found everything to be very well organized and clean and staff was helpful. Dinner afterwards at one of the restaurants in the complex was very good. Definitely recommend Regency for more events.

The location is very good if you are attending at the convention centers nearby and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean and up to date. We arrived before our room was ready so they held our luggage and brought it up to the room while we attended a convention. In house restaurants and rooms are overpriced for what you get and the view out the back looks over a swamp.

Here for a convention and 1 nights stay. Will certanly be planning a return for more nights. Hospitality was on point and appearances and amenities complemented well. 3rd largest Hyatt in America and well worth the title.

Not happy for the price! Filthy room and bathroom...soap scum all over the bathroom, broke. Toilet seat, uncomfortable beds, and construction outside of our window from 9-6 the entire week we were here! Ridiculous and rude response when I questioned what hours the noise would continue. NOT the place to be for relaxation. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. A huge disgrace for the high price!

Simply outstanding. I've been traveling for 25 years and I've seen my fair share of hotels and Conference Centers. The rooms. The bedding. The food. Small things like oversized toiletries and room service that shows up when you ask them to and delivers what you ask them to. Really, I'm going to take a closer look at staying at Hyatts in the future. I've been a lifetime Platinum with Marriott for a long time and find that I am really enjoying what Hyatt is putting up.

The Market uses Ingenico POS system, but unlike every other place they have tip and signature on the receipt and cashier's stop the line to hand-enter the tips after every transaction. This place needs a management consultant!

AMAZING HOTEL! Upon check in request main tower (tower 2) and as high as you can get. Both towers are beautiful and completely remodeled. The Peabody ducks are greatly missed.
a tip: ask them how their occupancy is. if they give you a lower number, kindly ask for an upgrade because with more rooms available, why not?? However they do have policies so don t be disappointed if your request is politely declined.
