Very pretty and decorated for Christmas...great restaurants.

Super property! Close to convention center directly across the street, a few nice restaurants on site, I personally recommend staying on Club Regency level for the extra money it's well worth the access to the club room with appetizers beer wine and desserts bottled water soda & an amazing view of the greater Orlando area from the 26th floor you can even see the fireworks from Disney world at times.

Bad A/c no working and call to front desk an the technitian never show up

The hyatt, has great pools, and food service. Rooms are large with a tv built into the bathroom mirror, large soaking tubs. All the employees were very helpful. I will be booking here again

What a beautiful hotel! My company had its annual sales conference here and I am so glad that we did. The rooms are very nice and offer great views of the surrounding areas. My wife and I were upgraded to a suite and we had tins of room. One downside to this, the TV was too small for the room. The bathroom is pretty awesome... I mean, there is a TV in the mirror! The bed is nice, but the pillows are too soft and I found them lacking. The conference space is MASSIVE! There are tons of rooms and it seems like they can handle any size group (we had 1k+.) The only downside to the conference space, is that it is so largw, walking to each room can take mimutes. The staff is amazing and super friendly, it reminded me of staying at an all-inclusive resort. Though I did not use the Grotto Pool, it looked awesome and I can't wait to use it next time. The hotel bars are awesome as well.

Great hotel and nice rooms. A bit too panicy when there is a thunderstorm (they closed all the pools and outdoor areas)

Very nice hotel. It's huge! Conference center was nice, but the A/C couldn't keep up...way too warm. Overall experience was good, check in was fast and my room was ready right away.

Formerly The Peabody, don't expect the ducks from its glory days. Instead, this giant hotel boasts standard Hyatt amenities. I stayed in a double queen, handicapped room on the 6th floor that was pretty standard except for the amazing bed. The pool is quite lovely but gets packed after 10am.

Parking is so expensive that it's worth it to valet both your cars and the cars of any visitors. Though be mindful in leaving at least 10 minutes ahead of your departure time to call the valet counter as you could be waiting a while.

Note: Your mandatory $20/day resort fee includes perks the front desk won't even tell you about, so be sure to ask.

Our stay here was very exceptional staff was great and the room eased very clean and impressive, really liked the TV in the bathroom mirror.
I would highly recommend this hotel and I will be back..

We stayed in tower 2. Overall it was nice. Spacious room, very nice gym, good food (but overpriced, as expected) options.

The best! The front desk staff worked all day to help me get in a day early during an overbooked convention. They cared so much and hoped I would get in, like family! Thank you Cynthia, Kylie, Anna and the great young lady from Tucson !(wish I could remember you name. We talked about Tucson) You guys are the best!
Food is great. Staff is great. Location and views are the best. Everything is lively and good natured. No misses here.

Horrible experience.

Do not book for the slide and splash pad for kids. Have to be over 4 foot tall to ride. There are no exceptions. Very unfortunate since we booked specifically because of this.

States that no one can external the room during stay because of COVID... but the towels and sheets were swapped out.

Beautiful hotel but unfortunate that they do not have everything under control.

Went here for a conference. Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. Clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. There were several dining options and a 24 hour store. Centrally located on I_Drive. I also highly recommend the hotel bartender. He was quite charming and kept us well entertained. I can't think of anything negative to say except that the hotel is HUGE and it was quite a hike from the conference rooms back to the actual rooms!

I come here to work from time to time, but from what I've seen it's a really good looking hotel, and the staff is pleasant.

Unbelievable Hotel great experience enjoyed being there with Alabama football team.

The place is huge!! Staff was nice they had some type little girls team which the parents where not really watching and that was a bit annoying. But other than that everything was ok.

Hyatt Regency did not disappoint. It s such a beautiful hotel. We just wanted to get away for the weekend and we were so happy we chose Hyatt Regency. Our 2 yr old had a blast in their kiddie pool. The oasis is so relaxing. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet downstairs was very delicious. We will be back again for our home away from home experience.

The overnight front desk was very helpful. They also have a top notch fitness facility. Heated pool and 24 hour cafe.

I showed up and was greeted by a friendly gentleman to take our bags and offer valet or self park. It's per day but valet said it was for the whole stay. The front desk corrected this and made it right. There was no shower curtain in the room but after a few calls they made it right. While it was not a flawless stay management did everything to make it right. The resort fees seemed tied to the parking every resort has this but the location of this hotel to point Orlando, convention center and the attractions make this a perfect place to stay. I would recommend.

Soft beds, hidden fees everywhere. Got nearly $100 returned by asking why I was charged a pool fee when it was closed the entire time I was there.

It s always the people that make the trip. The Manager and staff are outstanding. From the very moment we stepped foot on the property we were treated like royalty. Large clean rooms, a location that can t be beat, and delicious food. Everything during our stay not only met, but exceeded our expectations.

Very modern lobby and exterior. The furniture needs to be updated. The TV in the bathroom mirror is unique. The room numbering system is initially confusing.

The hotel is very nice and well-kept. Staff are very kind and helpful. Amenities meet expectations. Pools are great. You get the vacation family pool in ground level and a more mature crowd on the 4th floor with lap lanes. Food options are quality and there are quite a few of them.

It is a beautiful hotel. The club house has great amenities and the location can not be more convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando for business or pleasure.

The hotel is very nice, but not 5-star. There were some mechanical issues and a funky smell in the bathroom. More bothersome was the $25/day resort fee hidden in fine print and the excessive prices at restaurants that made the stay cost more than advertised. $50 for a diner breakfast and $4 for a bottle soda are too much, and it significantly detracted from any sense of hospitality.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was gorgeous. It's a great place to stay for business or with family.

Very nice, clean, comfortable and friendly hotel but you better bring comfortable shoes if you come to a convention because its huuuge!

Everything is al la carte. It is very expensive because of this. They give the worst discounts on room of any hotel. So with booking the conference here many stayed at nearby hotels because the cost savings was greater than 50%. Food is not great. The other hotels have much better and less expensive food.

Beautiful hotel, with well appointed rooms. I stayed in a king room over looking the lap pool. Property has several on site restaurants, workout facility with spin studio, several pools including a kids pool and lap pool, and best of all the bed was very comfortable!

I went for a work conference and had a wonderful time. The concierge service at check in was quick and friendly. I was allowed to check in early and the room was much larger than I expected with a nice view of the pool. After checking out they even kept my bags so I didn't have to carry them around Disney!

So Beautiful, Clean, and Comfortable. I wish their prices were decent since it's surrounded by other hotels like Hilton, or Crowne Plaza, but overall Hyatt meets my standards. Next time anyone visits Florida for Universal or Walt Disney World for a first timer like me, it is most recommended for at least one night! Updated and high quality stay.

The onsite food market is expensive, but 24hrs. Overall a beautiful resort with friendly & helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Here for a convention. So gar all's well. Room smelled of figure nail polish when we checked in. Other than that nothing spectacular abokt it. Staff cordial enoigh.

Great place great bars, definitely expensive. So be ready to spend some money for going to go there very convenient. Used to be the Peabody I believe this is the right one. But I like it especially if I'm not the one paying.

Great hotel with an amazing swimming pool and great service. It is pricey but that is expected for a hotel of this caliber. Pointe Orlando with its many restaurants, bats, and a movie theater is just a five-minute walk away.

I've only been here a few hours and felt the need to acknowledge the dining staff that went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I'm sick with a cold and had a real craving for chicken noodle soup. Since it was not on the menu I ordered plain noodles instead. To my surprise when room service came, they had made me chicken noodle soup. It was delicious and just what I needed to start feeling better. Thank you.

They re-rented my room. I came back from dinner to a guy walking out of my room. Other than that it's a nice hotel.

Only visited for a conference dinner but the facility was great for the event.

Stayed here for a work trip.The hotel and accommodations we great, but what really stood out to me was Mary Moss. Mary was my room attendant. She was so thoughtful, diligent, and kind. That woman deserves a raise and most definitely a promotion!

Honestly the best hotel I've ever stayed in with the most comfortable beds!

Rooms are nice and staff is friendly. Only issues I found is the cleanliness of the carpet in the room and the hot water in shower takes forever while you hear knocking noice from the plumbing. The elevator and it's doors shake when riding. Otherwise it's a nice and quite stay.

Wonderful hotel with great accommodations. There were a couple minor inconveniences, room key to exit the garage stopped working and they failed to service our room one day. Overall I'd say it was a great place to stay.

My second stay here. Very satisfied. Professional staff, modern amenities, comfortable beds. Everyone was following face mask protocol. Would recommend. I heard there are more people on the weekends so I would think social distancing would be harder to follow during those days. I was there during the week and had a great experience.

Gorgeous hotel, could of used the restaurants to open at 5 instead of 6 but that isn't their fault.

Beautiful place, convenient to food places only thing I didnt like that parking was $22.95 a day.

I'm enjoying this resort tremendously!! They just about anything you can want for a vacation getaway. And it's close to everything including the airport, Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios.

Very nice and conveniently located if you're attending a conference at the convention center. Would've liked to stay there but was sold out. Very nice and clean facilities with lots of open space and places to sit. Ballrooms/conference rooms were nice and adequate. Restaurants and bars were nice. Large parking structure conveniently located next to the hotel with self park and valet options. The pool looked really nice and big with waterslide.

I can't accurately rate this establishment, but based on what I experienced, this was a great encounter.
I attended an event in the bottom floor of the Hyatt, and it was great! Nice and clean restrooms and the room itself. Friendly staff. Incredible decorating.
