Great price, rooms, and people. This is officially my go to hotel for Orlando. The $22 to park was a hidden fee that I did not expect and I'm a little frustrated about that which is why I can't give a perfect five, but other than that, I'm happy.

My stay was amazing but I was traveling for work and they could not keep track of our tax exempt form and other forms needed for the tax exempt. It was very frustrating at check in. Once in, everything was great!

Location seems out of the way, kind of hard to get to. Although, once you've arrived it feels like paradise. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the horrible state the lobby bathrooms were consistently in... However, I did visit during a very busy double convention time. Worth noting. Clean rooms, professional staff, beautiful atmosphere. Great gym and pool. Would recommend.

Amenities are great.

I just don't like all of the fees charged daily.
Why can't customers park for free?
Smaller, dirtier hotels have free parking for their guests.

Nice hotel, better for business travel than family vacation. Very friendly and hospitable staff. The room was OK, a bit worn for what you would expect from a Hyatt Regency, mainly the stained carpets. The place is huge, and has everything you would need for comfortable business travel.

I've been here in the past and been ok with the property, but this time, it's been so bad for our group that it might be worth moving our 60+ room block back to the Hilton and dealing with the worse transportation issue to the convention center. Serious.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful grounds. We stayed one night on the 7th floor, our window overlooked rooftops, so there wasn't much of a view. But outside of our room by the elevators, the windows overlooked the pool area and it was beautiful, especially at night. We parked in the parking garage and were quickly shuttled to the front lobby. The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. Our room was clean, and comfortable. The room next to us did have their room service trash outside the door from 8:30pm til we checked out the next morning at 10am. I thought that would have been picked up sooner. But the maid was two doors down when we were leaving, so I'm sure it was picked up when she passed by. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Really disappointed ... Booked 6 months in advance and they lost our reservation .. Very uncaring, insensitive and coldly unaccommodating -- even recognizing our business's customer loyalty for 4 years consecutively. Worse than all of this, when our company Receptionist call 2 months ago to confirm with the front desk - - having her on hold and disconnecting --- when we called back they said 'oh, no problem your reservation is confirmed ( gave correct dates) -- but at the WRONG Hyatt location
In a strong professions manner, "sorry, we can't help you [ our business, meetings, etc.] further" WORSE FOR BUSINESS ACCOMMODAIONS.

Im so glad I chose to stay with the Hyatt for my birthday, the staff was exceptional and made this the best experience in all my years of renting hotel rooms. The attention to personal detail surprised me and made me feel at home. They even surprised me with a complimentary bottle of champagne. The view of central Florida was exquisite. My overall experience was incredible and I would do it all over again in the presidential suite.

Terrible first impression. Got a royal run around about our reservation, given wrong information to fix it, and after much persistence was told it was a result of an error in their system. Could not get a straight answer on what caused the 30 minute check in delay (on top of a 4 hour plane delay) and staff was very dismissive. Nothing more was offered than our room key. Terrible service experience. Wasn't even told how to get to our room after all that...

Well its my birthday today and I finally got the chance to stay there thanks to a great friend. Let me just say its all i expected and more. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Came here for a work conference for the second year in a row. The staff here is amazing, they are the most energetic, polite, gracious and attentive staff I've ever encountered - anywhere. I would go out of my way to stay at this hotel again just based on that fact. The rooms are nice, the food is amazing, the amenities are endless. You cannot go wrong by booking here.

Beautiful facility, fully stocked market, GREAT restaurants and high quality staff. However, my reservation for my room some how didn't matter so didn't get the room I wanted (did not receive any form of comp) THEN 4 of tower 1's elevators stopped working. This is a 5 star facility but these events did not make it possible for ME to give it 5 stars.

This hotel, was, amazing. Staff very friendly and accommodating. My boyfriend and I were celebrating my birthday over the weekend. And stayed two nights in a balcony room. Amazingly comfortable beds!! My car was having some transmission issues. Around the same time we needed to checkout. I had to get it towed and I explained my troubles to the front desk. They not only didnt charge me a late fee for checking out late. But extended our room availability until 6 pm free of,charge! I was blown away. Thanks again hyatt staff! We will be back!

Plenty of helpful staff to direct members attending midyear. Sort of confusing floor design but overall high quality for the ballroom and side rooms for our social/business events. Close location to the convention center and the two Rosen hotels flanking each side.

The Hyatt is a class A Hotel with the perfect location to the convention center, and walking distance to the point in Orlando. Many restaurants are there like Adobe gilas, Hooters, The Capital Grille, Johnny Rockets, Bahama Breeze, Pizza Hut across the street, and many more. IFly is right down the block as is the Orlando Eye. Two restaurants and the diner are inside the Hyatt all of the of the food is delicious. Two pools, The Grotto pool has a waterfall and water slide, the other one is more of an adult pool but both have hot tubs. They have their own Convention Center where they hosted the Family Cafe, a convention for disabled individuals. The accommodations were fantastic, the staff was incredibly kind and considerate year after year for 3 years now. What a great place to be in Orlando.

Customer Service is great. We had everything we needed. Could improve signage within hotel as it can get confusing trying to find what you are looking for. Rooms were very nice and clean. They have a nice small bar area where the mini refrigerator is. It would be a nice touch to add a small microwave to the rooms to complete that area.

The hotel has really fancy rooms with features such as a TV in the bathroom and a high quality TV in the bedroom. The beds are comfortable. Overall the rooms are great. The ballroom s are also very nice with atypical decor. The hotel is overall a great place to stay with conveniences such as a Starbucks cafe and a diner. Just be prepared for the massive size of the hotel.

This hotel is a well oiled machine. Service was top notch. The rooms were great. Comfortable bed, all the amenities one would expect. Huge tv in the room, complimentary bottled water and coffee in room. There is even a tv IN the bathroom mirror. Large hotel but never a long wait at elevators. Highly recommended!

Our overall stay wasn t as pleasant as expected. My family and I have stayed at the hotel before when it was called The Peabody which we loved. We expected to have the same experience but we didn t. We checked in on our was to the hotel at 5:40 PM expecting to arrive by 10:00PM. We arrived 30 minutes earlier (9:30 PM) than expected. At check in we were told to wait 30 minuted because our room wasn t ready yet and had to be inspected. We were fine with that went to the bar to wait for our room. The 30 minutes passes and our room wasn t ready at the end we had to wait 2 hours for our room. Once we finally thought we had our room we go up and when we scan the key at the door the room was already given to someone else. We had to go back downstairs and be given our correct room. Once we finally go into our room we had no towels or enough toilet paper and Kleenex. Also every night we noticed that the hotel would turn off the air. We d have the air set at 65 degrees and had no air. We called the front desk and as soon as we hung up they turned on the air. We were called afterwards and told that someone had been knocking on our door to fix the air which wasn t true. Overall the stay wasn t the best and we will not be returning to the hotel. Some of the managers were helpful but others didn t seem to care.

I booked a room and due to an internal booking malfunction was provided an incorrect room. I paid the extra cost for a King Size bed and was downgraded to two queens. It was my birthday weekend and I had to choose between splitting my family or sleeping crowded on one bed with my toddler. The hotel was nice but the experience was completely ruined due to the room. I was looking forward to a good nights rest and that wasn't the case. If the error was on behalf of the hotel it should be their responsibility to fix it. I paid my price.

Tailored services and competent staff.

Nothing can ruin your holiday other than booking wrong dates for your stay, what makes it even worse is that there is no one else to blame other than yourself and no one can compensate you for that mistake. Fortunately, Hyatt Regency Orlando with their Professional and competent staff compensated me their own way even though they haven't done anything wrong. This shows that they care about their guests. This act of kindness and caring influenced me to stay 5 more nights feeling respected and as if all services tailored for me.

Names of people I ll never forget how professional they are:
(Jim from the valet parking, Taylor and Sam Front desk Nightshift and their supervisor whom unfortunately I did not get her name)

Hotel is nice but it's crazy how one employee can ruin your stay and have you cross out a hotel just from a negative experience. CALLED guest services more than 10 times from the room with no response. Called the in room dining and also got no response from my room. Called from my cell phone and got a response right away. Spoke to COURTNEY who was the absolute worst in customer service. Informed her that our room had no menu to order in room dining and I have little kids and was told i should come down and use the grab and go Market if they're not answering. If I wanted to use that, I would have. I want my kids to have real food. Asked her how long to have someone bring a menue and was told it'll probably be long and I should go down to the grab and go market. Courtney should def not be anyone answering the phone to deal with guests. Very rude and dry personality. Never staying here again. I usually stay at JW Marriott or renaissance sea world and guest services doesnt even compare.

Very nice pool with jacuzzi anx water slide. Steakhouse was delicious. 24-hour market was helpful but very expensive. Would love to stay here again
