The pool area is nice and has a grotto and a resort feel but the surrounding structure and the view of the parking lot is not exactly romantic. There are multiple restaurants including a 24-hour diner which is really useful for us when we're there during conferences. The gym and the spa are decent and that after hours bar is generally a fun place to hang out with live music and nice bar area. This place is huge with multiple towers and from our experience some rooms are much nicer than others. In general I think Tower one is nicer field and Tower to even though Tower 2 is closer to conference areas if that's what you're there for it might be worth the extra 5 minute walk to the conference areas to get the nicer rooms in Tower one.

Hyatt Regency is a great location! Great Rooms and accomodations. Self parking is in a parking garage and is not directly connected to the hotel so you have to do some walking. Loved the Ride-sharing pick up spots however!

Location was convenient easy to access and affordable. Pool area was excellent and not overpriced as many other higher end resorts are. That being said, this area is a bit more expensive anyway, but if you're staying around here that should already be expected.

Was there for a car rental, there are no signs for the National office located within the building and several employees had no idea National existed there and could not direct me. National call centers also had no idea where or if National existed there. Otherwise the hotel looked beautiful.

The hotel itself is very clean very friendly people. However they tend to leave out fees and details upon check in and on the website. I booked my room on line.when i got there, the lady stated she would hold my card for incidentals. What she didnt tell me was she was charging me 70$ a night with my card nor what it would even be for. I only noticed because i checked my account. Im sorry but if you didnt tell me i didnt authorize that. When i got to my room my sheets had hair someone elses hair in it..they came very quickly and changed the sheets they were awesome. They gave me a credit. To go towards anything in the hotels. Im sorry but i will not be staying here again. For the amount you pay for the rooms parking should not be 27 a night for hotel guest. I am not pleased

One if the much better hotels that I've been in. Check in staff was extremely accommodating and upgraded me to a corner on 26th floor which had wall to wall glass from floor to ceiling. Very efficient housekeeping and friendly staff. Absolutely no complaints.

The meeting spaces at the Hyatt is gorgeous! The landscaping and decor will have you smiling and enjoying the atmosphere. The staff is pleasant and the dining areas are really good inside.

I did not stay at the hotel I was only a convention guest. what I can tell you though is that the amenities available for the convention were fantastic. The whole is so large that despite the size of my convention there were two other large conventions going on at the same time and you almost didn't know that those people were there. additionally it seemed as though there were still a significant number of very large conference rooms available to perhaps hold even more conferences simultaneously. some of the things I liked in addition to the nice conference spaces weir things like postcards with free postage available. A lot of time on the road going to conferences you know how hard it can sometimes be on your family and it's nice to be able to send them a postcard.

The hotel is a great location for everything in the Orlando area. It has excellent restaurants and a beautiful pool facility. I wish it had televisions in all of the restaurant bars and an adult swim time at the pool.

TV in our room could only get 5 stations. They tried to fix it but couldn't. Otherwise, our room was very nice. Restaurants other than diner are over priced for food quality.
We attended a corporate function but probably would not book again otherwise. For its size location and brand we expected better. Staff, however, were the best.

Good hotel, close to universal for a one night last minute stay. Booked the hotel through hotwire so it was a decent deal. Rooms were great, did not order room service. Did not like resort fee, or parking fee (over $50 for those two) even though we knew about these going in. The concierge bought our tix to universal and she had lots of good info! Overall, I wish we had planned ahead a little and stayed on universal property so we could enter the park early due to the extremely large crowds!

The hotel was very busy with conventions and the food is a little pricey for what you get. Overall though, everything was very clean and the hotel itself is nice, with a big pool and fitness center. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed there for a conference - for my husband it was work, for me leisure. Overall had a good time. Here are my two cents: 1. location: if you go for work/conference the Hyatt makes sense as it is literally located at the conference centre and a convenient pedestrian covered footbridge connects the two massive buildings straight from the hotel. 2. Pools: While there is a fancy pool at the Hyatt I didnt get to use it as the two towers arent connected but on the ground floor and you would need to schlep your bathing gear through the main lobby in your bathrobe to get to the big pool - not much fun when you are surrounded by 30 000 conference attendees who are mostly men. Fortunately there is another outdoor pool on the 4th floor of which not many pple know about and it is open 7am-11pm. It is more of a proper pool where you can actually swim, loved the fact that it stays open till late. 3. Breakfast: B line diner was great! We literally ate there every morning. Service is great, food is great. It was always fresh and delicious. 4. Room: we stayed in an executive king bedroom which was really spacious, well maintained , with furniture, curtains, bathroom all still in good condition. Shower was awesome! The only reason I am giving it 4 star is because the hotel has been designed for conferences and accommodating a huge amount of guests - it really feels like you are in the middle of a conference. and if you dont attend one - it might feel a tad bit overwhelming. One more thing I liked 5. free yoga/pilates classes! They are at the back of the fitness centre on MON- WED FRI in the early morning, There is a cycle class, then yoga and pilates all held by the same dude. Enjoy!

Place is beautiful very clean. At check-in they were very courteous, helpful and welcoming. There's a skybridge to the convention center which makes it very convenient if you have anything to do at the convention center. I like this place, and I'll be back.

The rooms and restaurants were very nice and clean. We ate at the seafood restaurant they had in the hotel and the food was divine. The pool was comfortable and luxurious. We would stay again.

Our company had their annual conference at the Peabody in Orlando. The facility was superb. The staff was very warm, friendly, and welcoming. There is something for everyone, from their selection of pools to the comfortable restaurants and lounges. The Peabody ducks were a treat too.

I attended a professional breakfast at Urban Tide. The space is absolutely gorgeous, and the breakfast buffet spread was pretty impressive. I would have liked to see some non-dairy milk options and overall better allergen labeling, but that's par for the course in Orlando.

Amazing from outside and thought room was great until my son found trash under the beds. Cleaning service should check, but nice view from room. Valet expensive. Front desk has not been helpful thus far. Place is pet friendly however.

Consistently forgot that we were a family of 4, so every day they replaced the towels with 3. They also took up all towels despite our hanging them and honoring their "green" initiative. No recycling options. $50 more per day due to self-parking ($24) or valet ($36), plus the $25 resort fee. They neglected to supply the promised 2 bottles of water for half of our stay, and the outdoor hot tubs were luke warm ("max 104 degrees"), with spa jets non-functional.

The hotel is beautiful. Room very nice and beds are comfortable. Got a room with a "balcony". Balcony consists of stepping out. Only enough room for your body, no tables and chairs, which is what i was expecting. Other than that it's great

This is a beautiful facility. I had a few hiccups... one being the battery went out on the keyless door so I stood in the hallway for over an hour. The manager and maintenance young man were both very kind and apologized profusely.

The hotel is neat and clean, except for the bird poop all over the balcony (EWWW). Staff is courteous, and the location is super convenient. Room service for breakfast was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this hotel. Should have taken my chances at the adjoining food court!

was greeted friendly by entire staff, was given an amazing dinner suggestion to a local restaurant johnnies hideway. few days after returning to work a nice package was delivered to me from the staff at the hotel. funny thing is I only had a conversation about where I worked never gave my address or other info. job well done. thank you

Not off to a good start. Got in the room and it has 2 queen beds, when I booked a king. Called the front desk and they had nothing to say but sorry we can't do anything. I'm paying a small fortune for 3 nights here, it's not the right room, there's only a dirty coffee maker, no Keurig like most hotels have these days, and a single bottle of water for 2 people. Management should do something about the total lack of customer service as well.

Edited to add Concierge Demi helped out and got us moved to the correct move. Thank you so much.

Bait and Switch. They offered a great price on a suite which I took. When I got to the hotel they said that the room was oversold and they only had smaller rooms available. The reservation was already prepaid and it was late at night so we had no choice but to take the smaller room. We were able to cancel the remaining nights and go to a better hotel elsewhere, but when I got home I saw they charged me for the cancelled nights anyways. Terrible place. Terrible rooms. Liars

I am a frequent stayer at the hyatt regency orlando. I understand from time to time issues arise. Issues are usually with housekeeping. This past stay my hyatt passport room preferences were not followed. I was placed in a double queen and reserved a king. Room curtain was broken. Bathroom floor was grimey and grout was dirty. Not to mention the beds were hard as a rock. I literally did not sleep AT ALL. When i woke up I had 2 swollen red bites on my right upper buttock and a trail of 4 bites on my thigh I expressed my concern of bed bugs...filed a security report, housekeeping emailed me back ensuring there was no insect activity via ECO LAB. Which is hard to believe since I work for a Dermatologist, and am a trained medical assistant. Truly disappointed for a 1 day short stay.

Attended Microsoft Ignite at this hotel/convention center and could not be happier. Venue is very nice, but put on your walking shoes because this place is huge if you're attending an event.
