The hotel was really beautiful and the room is her really well taken care of and I enjoyed almost every interaction but unfortunately my first interaction with the hotel staff in my last one was unpleasant and dealing with the parking people they are very rude and unhelpful which is surprising considering almost every other experience I had in this hotel with every staff member was excellent so it s kind of a shame that they left a bad taste in my mouth in the beginning and the end of my stay

Hyatt Regency exceeded my expectations. From the moment that I arrived to when I left. The only complaint I have is that the email auto reply is outdated. It stated that I could check in and get my keys through a contactless station. However, after searching in the lobby. I come to find out it was removed due to Covid. Which is fine :) but a heads up would have been nice. The pool was extraordinary at night and the entirety of the hotel staff were all friendly and attentive. Thank you for my amazing stay!

Every year I meet up with my friends the first week of June to attend the Family Cafe Governor Summit on Disabilities. The staff goes above and beyond to be accommodating to people of all abilities. From the front desk to housekeeping to the valet crew, absolutely amazing. The thing that I loved the most was the following. I had to change my toddler's diaper and I saw a sign that read family restroom. But it wasn't a restroom per say. It was a conference room that had been fitted with everything you might need to change an adult with a diaper including a medical grade hospital bed, wipes, bags, water. And it also had changing tables for small children as well. But what strikes me the most about this particular space was the dignity and care that it took to prepare it an make it comfortable for a caregiver and a differently abled person. Thank you to the Hyatt Regency family that is what you made me feel like while I was your guest. May you continue to spread your love to people of all abilities.

Edit 12-2017: stayed here again this weekend. Definitely a 5 star hotel (not just my review). Huge rooms, huge bathrooms, clean, high end fixtures, tv in bathroom, I would pretty much live here.

Very impressed overall. Close parking in a nice deck with music playing, walking distance to convention center and nice restaurants.

Absolutely amazing hotel. There is a Cafe on the lobby floor with a world class chef. I cant recall the name of the Cafe, but I ate there 4 times during Ignite conference and I hope to go back again this year. Orlando is a lovely city a. AnD this Hyatt is an extensive experience of the town.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference for work . the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located near restaurants, stores and on the Florida trolley line. You can get free tickets every day to ride the trolley which will take you to the outlets and SeaWorld and other things. It is also across the street from the convention center.

We stayed on the top floor of one of the towers and even though we where on the top floor the elevators still moved pretty quickly. I had a king size room which was a very decent size.
I really enjoyed my stay even though it was for work and hope to return again for pleasure.

The staff was friendly and it was not a horrible hotel, but I am VERY disappointed about my stay. My hunny and I were excited for the fancy balcony room. However, the check-in was three and a half hours late. Also, we found bugs in our room. The room service for blankets were called because we barely got any and they never came. To top it all off, the balcony was locked and couldn t be unlocked due to construction. I expected more from the Hyatt brand.

Beautiful hotel with so many amenities...too bad the telephone didn't work and that there wasn't a remote for the tv in the bathroom that was in the mirror...Yes the mirror...next time maybe

Had an excellent stay while on a weekend getaway with the kids! I can t rave enough about the service . Service , service was 100% everywhere . The pool, the valet everywhere. I can t give it a 5 because the rooms were not tje cleanest.
I would recommend for a family and would come back!

Wow!! I can't even describe what an awesome experience this was for us! We had a corner room with full length windows on two entire walls! The pools, and there were several, we're amazing! Awesome kiddie area with a sand spot that was like a real beach. The landscaping was gorgeous. Workers were all courteous. I would love to stay here again!

Clean rooms and beautiful conference center. I only gave 4 stars because i disliked the extremely long walk from the parking garage to the hotel. I would advise using valet if you stay here. The bar restaurant had very good food and the menu had a great deal of options, however, they were all a bit pricey.

Overall it was amazing! There are so many fabulous amenities and, apart from one bad experience, this place is perfect. But when the vacant room next to ours alarm clock started blaring in the middle of the night and we called to ask for it to be turned off and the snarky security person said she would but did not, that was enough to turn my perfect stay into one that was much less perfect. Upon addressing this at check out, I was told that the security personnel get annoyed when asked to do such favors . I would like to tell the Hyatt Security Personnel that such tasks are part of their job and the reason they get paid. Taking two minutes to shut off a blaring alarm is not a favor to the guest. Further I would like to know why on earth such a magnificent resort regressed to a precious century and put alarm clocks in the room at all. I mean every person on earth has a cell phone. There is no earthly reason to have an ancient alarm clock in a hotel these days. Can you tell I got a lousy night s sleep?

Went there for the AAP national conference. The presidents reception was held there along with several conference lectures. Rooms were perfect for lectures. They provided complimentary coffee and tea. The food at the presidents reception was great.

We always stay at the Hyatt Regency when attending my yearly convention. We keep coming back because it is always great. We love that we can do everything we want to do at the hotel without ever feeling we have to leave. The dining options are great as is the lobby bar area is always fun. The pool is always inviting. I will be booking again for next year.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very attentive and genuine. The diner menu and food left little to be desired; but there's a ton of restaurant options within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

This review is for their parking options. My daughter was there for a dance competition, but not to stay at the hotel. We needed to go in and out of the hotel all day. They wanted $25 for each time we entered and exited - they did not offer an all day pass. Terrible. They wanted me to pay $75 just for parking for a total of 3 hours! I cannot support this type of highway robbery. I parked elsewhere.

I would not recommend this location. The first night there wasn't water in tower 1 where my family was staying. The cleaning service they use did not clean our room except to make beds 2 of the nights without replacing new toiletries or removing trash from trash cans in our room. I had to go to manager for help and it was not fixed .

Hotel is very clean and welcoming. So of the staff is very nice and quick to take care of our needs. Very convenient location for waking over to the convention center. Couldn't have had a better hotel for the weekend!!!

Overall nice hotel. Pleasant staff. Room was disappointing. Air felt sticky and humid even with AC on. Sheets and floor felt sticky Also. Restaurant at the pool charged us for a drink we never received, but we didn't notice until we got home. Expected better all things considered from a Hyatt.

Everything was great...the front desk staff (Ryan) , the cleaning staff, the room, the gym, the bar, the restaurant and the pool. It was all first class and a great experience. Conveniently located to restaurants and convention centers. Only complaint (and bad first impression) was the valet. Once I told him we didn't need help with our 2 small bags and that we were going to be self parking (we didn't need the car during our stay) he was very rude and aggressive. Tried to tell me I had to go park in a parking deck before I could go inside and see if my room was ready.. Acted totally different toward people who wanted valet service. Everything else could not have been better!

Nice location for a small or large convention. The lobby restaurant was nicely remodeled fairly recently and another kitchen area near the pool was in the process of being remodeled. The hotel was also conveniently connected to the Orlando Convention Center via a walking bridge.

I was there for a wedding, the hotel staff was very nice, friendly and attentive. The only thing I didn't like very much is that most of the chairs, glasses, dishes and clutery were showing signs of being heavily used so it would be a good idea to renew, repair or repaint some of them.

Stayed here for two weeks for our honeymoon. The staff was incredible - they gave us a voucher for a bottle of champagne from the market, but the market would only redeem it for wine, which we don't drink. We still appreciated the gesture though! Self parking was convenient and there are many, many restaurants, shops, and entertainment options within walking distance of the hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel had some good and bad points. The bad parts were frustrating enough to the point where I would not stay again at this particular hotel for leisure. The good: Large expansive hotel, many amenities, fairly clean and quiet rooms with good views. Good access to I-drive, overall great location for someone looking to be a tourist in orlando or attend conventions.

The bad: Frustrating experience at one of the hotel bars where they serve some small snacks, pool view. Waitress left us hanging without a menu for what seemed like 10-15 minutes. I got up and left. On another occasion at the same bar, a different waitress was quick, friendly, and prompt. So maybe a little inconsistent there.

The in room dining food was not amazing for the price. Just very expensive for the quality. Good service however, just pricey. Once they tack on all the resort fees and parking, a stay at this hotel is deceivingly expensive. This is typical of a resort hotel like this.

For the price of the overall stay, where are the room slippers? What is the deal with american hotels and lack of slippers ?

Very clean hotel. Staff is very professional. Beautiful hotel. Just had an issue with a front desk employee named Alicia. Went there around midnight asked for extra blankets. She said the hotel had a shortage of sheets!!! And couldn't give us any. My wife was so upset. Have never heard of such thing. Left a bad taste in my mouth
