The rooms were well done although we got stuck by the elevator that is HORRIBLE LOUD and we were not moved. What a shame as it could have been a lovely time. Stay way way away from elevators if you want any sleep at all.

Such a great place to stay for a weekend and relax! The pool is very nice and the staff is very friendly and approachable. The food was good and so were the drinks. I recommend everyone give this place a shot!

The Hyatt Regency Orlando hotel is a beautiful grand hotel that is perfect for just about any function. The location is in the heart of Orlando near all the attractions and the size of the hotel is perfect for corporate events, weddings, etc. The room is large with plenty of storage space for your belongings. The beds are comfortable and the staff has been extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is my second time coming there for a company event and I have to say that the facility and the staff is top-notch. Even though I live in Orlando this is a hotel that I would definitely stay in if I was in town. The food that was served the property the pool it was all top notch.

Absolutely fantastic hotel they have even managed to step up their game from when it was the Peabody. Rooms and service are immaculate the whole place is beautifully equipped. Probably the most luxurious hotel in the Orlando/Disney area

Stayed for 4 days. On arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff. Check in was a breeze and was completed quickly. Our room was on the 24th floor of tower two. We lucked out and got a corner room. The view, as you can see in the pictures, was magnificent. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft and had a very high quality feel. There was a small fainting couch in the room that my 7 yr old decided was perfect little bed for her. There was also a very large modern TV and a work desk. There were ample outlets for all your electronics. The bathroom was spacious, had a large tub for soaking, an anti fog shave mirror, a large regular mirror with embedded TV. The water pressure was epic. And I DO MEAN EPIC!!!! Best shower in a hotel ever. Temperature was easy to control and shower had a homey feel. Sadly, didnt get a chance to use the pools but they looked incredible. Staff is very knowledgeable and very happy to help.

Only downside is the in hotel shops. I expect a little up charge at hotel shops. 4/20 oz. Of soda though? Nearest convenience store is about a 10 minute walk in each direction. The market was well stocked with a variety of items both food and beverage wise. It also included a fully functional Starbucks. We ate at the B Line diner for a breakfast. It was decent. Not phenomenal but decent. Overall, the Hyatt is a winner. Wonderful place to stay, great amenities, excellent staff.

Not a single negative thing can be said regarding this location. It is a beautiful hotel that is kept in pristine conditions at all hours of the day. Staff is top notch, from the moment you step out of the car! I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times. Outstanding, I wish I could give them more stars!!!

In no way impressed. It was overpriced and poorly done. There were four of us staying in a room we never had more than three towels, had to ask for water every day even though we were supposed to receive two bottles. Had to ask for more towels everyday. The door to our room did not shut unless he slammed it. In fact I didn't realize the door had not completely shut once and some random man walked into my room somehow his key opened it! You want to explain that one to me?

The phone did not work. There was only one towel bar in the bathroom which was in the shower, no other place to hang even a hand towel. There were two soft robes in the closet which were a perk, and the beds were comfortable. there was only Wi-Fi in the hotel and you were charged $40 a day to access Wi-Fi if you could get it, in the convention center. I got around this by using my phone as a hotspot, but if I had not had unlimited data there would have been zero Wi-Fi.

The pool on the 4th floor was touted as being more secluded, quiet and adults only and it mostly was, except there was very little shade it was basically a concrete hole in the ground with water. Oh and some chairs around. They were to Cabanas off to the side, but that was it. I counted about for umbrellas total, no trees and virtually no shade it was not very relaxing and pools hot. The other pool was crawling with people and kids even though it was prettier and had a Grado theme. Very nice but also very crowded.

Our negotiated convention rate was somewhere around $160-180 a night, which is unbelievable. Friend of mine staying somehow manage to find online the rate significantly lower the day she checked in, even though I asked for a military rate it was not better, because they charge you $25/day "resort fee" to use the pool, access the fitness room and fitness classes which I never did, rent a bike which I also never did, and who knows what else. Apparently that is not waived with military fee. It also costs $25 a day to self park in the parking garage and $37 a day to park at valet. If I ever have a choice I will not stay here again.

Thank you very much too the employee who was able to check us in very much so early and the employee who helped me with my bags I so appreciate that and their employees were extremely nice no problem there. If you're going to charge that much for a luxury hotel you need to actually utilize our space better. Not enough towels or towel bars even? Those are Basics and if your room door doesn't close .... Come on, get it together

Attended a convention and couldn't speak for the hotel rooms. The water stations in the ballroom had water that tasted really bad. I travel a lot and most of the nicer hotels I've been to at least use water filters when filling the containers. This just tasted like bitter chalk.
Hotel staff were pretty good and the banquet setup folks were great. A little pricey in the food shop area but not over the top like other places.

Still, it's not the same employee family vibe as when it was the Peabody

This place is massive! Super nice and full of restaurants and market places. Attended several banquets and receptions here on business and the service was exceptional! Great for attending the Orange County Convention Center, the sky walks makes getting back and forth a breeze!

Great hotel to stay at when in Orlando! The interior is very nice and the entrench to the hotel is grand as well. The staff were courteous and the food at the restaurant is good but expensive. ( As usual with these hotel restaurants)

Stayed here for ADA convention. Hotel is very nice, lots of conference rooms and meals provided for conference. Staff was always helpful. Room was clean and cleaned daily. Nice view from 17th floor.would recommend if going to Orlando. Several restaurants in walking distance. Located between Universal Studios, Sea world, and Disneyworld, each easily reached by Lyft service.

Great place to stay and have a convention or meeting. The rooms are spacious and the food is very good. The walk to the conference areas are a bit far and parking is a little pricey but you are right in the middle of the convention area when you stay here.

This used to be the old Peabody....All staff ( no exception) is professional and extremely polite. If you are ar road warrior, do not hesitate to count on their business center for help - their staff is extremely professional in providing that last minute job you will need for your presentation!
BTW, printing your boarding passes is complimentary.
Thanks to each one of you who make the Peabody a great experience (yup send my best to the mallard family too). Monica

This 5 star is for concierge service. They are awesome.
Front desk? Not really. All they do is directing you to somewhere else like - me: can you send this bag to my room? Her: bellman can help you, me: can you call Bellman?? Her: aw, they are right there. ( she could say, sure. And take a bag and call Bellman, tell him what to do. This is a service.) this was not only one big failure.. But enough for now.

B line restaurant was pretty good. Friendly staff. One Asian female chef was very professional. She was running a show like a boss! Unfortunately i didn't catch her name.

Beautiful property! I stayed in a corner suite on the 23rd floor and the room was spacious and spotless! The views were amazing and everything was up to date. Big TVs (even one in the bathroom), great amenities and a top notch staff. The pool was amazing too!

Rooms are fairly nice, although a little dated but very clean. Beds are comfortable, TV channel selection is bigger than most places. Free wireless internet is convertible considerably faster than most places premium internet.

The rooms at the hotel were very large and clean. It is a gigantic hotel with 27 floors. Though it was very packed because of a conference, we were still able to check in quickly. Parking is $20 for one night in the garage which is a little bit of a walk but less than 5 mins. Express checkout with the email was amazing since the line on our way out was awful for the front desk. There is a Starbucks inside and a small gift shop. It's extremely close to the convention center west concourse. And the multiple pools and the hot tub were beautiful.

Great hotel at a very good price. Our standard room was unusually large. The bathroom was very luxurious and the bed very comfortable. Only problem in the room: It was always rather cool, even if the air conditioning was switched off.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
The pool area is very nice and I have never seen such a great hotel gym before.

This is a standard convention center hotel. BUT why I'm giving it 5 stars is for the staff who go above and beyond. Plus it's dog friendly, the pool is great and the rooms are large and clean.

The B Diner is great. The Kale Salad outstanding and the grill cheese also outstanding.

Spent father's day weekend at The Peabody with my wife, son, and another family. They were very nice and upgraded us to the new tower at no cost with adjoining rooms, which the kids loved. They have a fenced in wading pool for toddlers and children who can't swim; this was a big plus. Everybody was very nice, but the food was average at best.

The hotel is fine for business, but a terrible value of you are on vacation, it's too far from any attractions and not a vacation or themed hotel. Price is very expensive compared to others in the area, you can do much better unless you needed to be by the convention center.

Sat outside at Urban Tide restaurant. Had their burger. Food was good. Table was nice. Would have been nicer if the sun had been out on our side. Staff was friendly both at the hotel and the restaurant.

Right nest to the Convention Center. We were there for volleyball nationals and it was the best one yet! No driving! The hotel had food at all hours, even when the game ended very late! Always clean. The staff very polite goes the extra mile to help you and find whatever you re looking for.

Loved everything about this hotel...conveniently located, I Trolley was great to use, great staff, great restaurants and nice pool area...my only problem was the housekeeping...our room was turned over around 5pm one day, not supplied in towels enough for 4 people, dust on tables,lamps...we stayed 6 nights...would appreciate a change of sheets...would recommend the hotel to come up w an app to let guest know if the room has been cleaned...we were so scare that housekeeping wouldn t get done that we worked our schedule around the housekeeping....
